I have been feeling horrible the last week or so. Well, that's not true one minute I am so horny I have to find the will. It's almost like a small heat then the next just the smell of something sets my stomach rolling. I have been worried the last few days but this morning when I almost lost the contents of my stomach all over will we decided it was time to visit the clinic. While walking to the clinic will pull me close to him as we go. I feel so tired like I have been up for days but I just got up. We just make it the other door when he gets a link from someone. He has alpha business to do the work is never done. I love how he cares about every wolf in the pack. I just wish he didn’t take the kidnappings so hard like they are his fault.
I slip through the doors to the clinic before he takes off. Jackie one of the nurses working today met me at the door “Luna how can I help you?” I hate being addressed so formally it's so alien to me growing up not in a pack though I know my wolf side loves it. “I haven't been feeling too well the last few weeks so I thought I would come get checked out.” she nods clicks on her computer keyboard then grabs a clipboard as papers print. “follow me please Luna” she smiles at me following her down the hall stopping at all the fun rides. Height weight you know the greatest hits. I don’t understand why they check my height every time I come it's not like I am gonna get taller all of a sudden. Or will it? In the room, she hands me that oh so lovely leaves your ass bare gown to change into. In the year medical technology has advanced a lot and yet they can't come up with a better gown design. Waiting for the doctor to come into the room I get to sit alone and think about all the time I have spent here in one of these rooms. I am about to demand she tells me what she's thinking when there is a knock on the door and it opens. “Luna I am doctor Williams. What seems to bring you here today?” after going through the list of the reason I came in she decides she wants to run a few tests. Before she leaves she asks “when was your last heat?” thinking back I have only had the one since I started taking the medications that have been prescribed. “just that the first one after will mark me.” she nods and makes a note the paper. Getting dressed while we wait for Jackie to come in and draw blood. Jackie comes in taking my blood and asking me to pee in a cup how wonderful my day has started. First almost threw up all over my mate while I was trying to have some smexy time then I get to pee all over my hand. Ice cream I deserve ice cream.
Waiting in the room after doing all that getting annoyed I have been here forever I want ice cream and my bed right now dang it. Hopping off the table I turn to amber to tell her I am ready to go they can call me or will with the results when there is a knock on the door. Opening in walks Dr. Williams. “not all the tests are back but I did get some results back. Your sugar is a little low but that could be from not eating yet and being sick this morning I will want to check that again next week. Second, the potion for birth control have you been taking it?” I nod “every morning with hot tea just like you told me to.” confusion is radiating through me. “it's not in your blood. How weird ill have to call the coven about it. Anyways I want you to start eating and drinking more and schedule an ultrasound for as soon as possible.” she says as she makes notes on the papers. “what why what is wrong?” panic fills me now I can feel will trying to link me but I block him, for now, I will find him later. Amber is jumping around like a two-year-old left alone in a candy store. Shock is all I feel. Walking out heading up to my room bed yep bed that's where I need to go this is all a dream and when I wake up everything will be back to the way it's supposed to be. Halfway to my room, I stop the reality of it all set in as my hands land on my abdomen. A smile spreads across my face.
