The gasping had me turning my head to the cook. “Mrs. Thomas are you okay?” she just points and stares at Breena. After what seemed like a long time she finally swallows and asks “may I ask who your mother is?” she stammers out. Cocking her head looking back at me then she answers “my
mother or my birth mother?” the old cook looked confused and looked at me then back at Breena. “your birth mother?” Mrs. Thomas replies. “that, I don’t know sorry. I was taken in as a young seedling.” everyone but I was confused about what shes talking about. I am trying so hard not to laugh. Noticing the looks she looks back at me raising her brow “what?” I couldn’t stop the laugh that escaped me. Breena glared at me making it harder to not laugh. It's gonna be fun having Breena in the pack and I hope she never loses the ability to talk to me like she does. Not growing up in a pack or with wolves she never learned how wolves are. Her wolf will demand her to respect me but also doesn't see me as anything other than William Samuels.
“Mrs. Thomas she was raised by a wood nymphet. Found on the border of Eria grove.” “oh, she looks just like my daughter did before she ran away. But I think I see her in every young wolf these days.” I had heard about her daughter running away twenty or so years ago. The story is that she found her mate but he refused to come to the pack and met or join the pack. No one knows if he pressured her to leave or if she left on her own just that one day she was gone. Without a thought Breena rushed to her wrapping her in a hug. “well if it will make you feel better we can get to know each other and you can be my wolf grandmother.” I had planned to ask amber to help Breena get settled in the pack but maybe Mrs. Thomas would be a better option. Deciding to just let this pan out itself I watch as I take my son from Allie so she can sit back down.
Looking over I see Kyle and Amara coming this way with a young she-wolf and pup. Looking over at them Allie freezes up. Staring at her wide-eyed. The young girl looks up sees Allie and stiffens and stops. Both are shaking in fear. Looking around panic heaving in the air. “what's the wrong little one?” I link Allie. “she's one of the alphas companions.” she links back looking up at me then back at the pup. The she-wolf pulls the boy to her holding him close as I see Allie trying to pull Philip to her.” its okay love I promise.” she nods and I let her take Philip and link Kyle “can you bring that she-wolf and pup to the office please?” not looking away from Amara he nods and starts talking to them. She lowers her head and walks behind Kyle. As he passes Amara stays with me on the porch. “alpha?” “Amara glad to see you made it safe. This is my Luna Allison and our pup Philip. Allie this is Amara she was on loan from alpha winters.,” I wink at Amara who slaps my arm and laughs. “nice to meet you.” I can feel her discomfort at Amara so close to me and touching me. But then I feel her guilt as she has just seen Kyle claim her. But on the other hand, she's not marked yet so allies wolf would be on high alert.
I had linked for a nurse to come from the clinic and help Allie and Philip down to our rooms. When he arrived I kissed Allie and told her I would be down soon. Heading upstairs to the office I find Kyle the she-wolf pup. Amara coming up from behind. “Amara Kyle if you would take the pup for ice cream and give us a few minutes alone please.” I smile at everyone. The little boy is just holding a baby doll smiling looking around in wonder. Once they left all I can see and smell is her fear. “you know who my Luna is?” she nods “you have ill will towards her?” shakes her head. “how do you know her” fear making her shake her head bowing lowing as her shoulders rise “calm down have a seat just looking for answers.” she nods starting to knee down where she is standing “no-no. In a chair on the couch. you never need to sit on the floor again if you so choose not to. don’t let anyone make you do that.” her eyes looking up at me in shock. She slowly takes a seat in a chair like she's waiting for me to say “joking” but I just smile and wait for her to settle and asked again “how do you know Luna Allison” taking a breath she begins “she's one of alpha Silas friends slave. Alpha Silas use to pay him with me for things he needed. And I know he talked once or twice about brian or whatever his name is having to pay with his slave for the night.” “who is your pup's father?” tears streaming down her face . “the brain guy. I had just gotten my wolf and and” sobs racking her body I want to comfort her but I don’t know her and I dough I would be much comfort so I wait.
“and the alpha wanted to test new potions to bring on a heat to increase pups in the pack. So he gave me a huge shot on the way to meet with Brian. Told him he didn’t have all the money yet but if he wanted a night with me I would be super willing tonight. Soon a heat and arousal hit me so hard I couldn’t think or breathe. One-touch and I were moaning like a pig in heat. Ben took me over and over that night I couldn’t stop or fight it off. I was trapped in my head. Soon I found I was carrying a pup. The alpha was happy he planned to hold on to my pup raise him to be loyal to him and then send him to find his father. Please my pup doesn't know anything he's only two.”
