Chapter 80 Last Night, I Was Very Satisfied

The people at the flower nursery weren't exaggerating. It was indeed very large. The two of them had walked for almost an entire morning, and their legs were starting to feel weak. They had only covered about a third of the area.

"Alright, we can head back now. Later, we'll have them bring samples of all the flower species, and we can review them to finalize our choices and the overall theme. That should be enough," Cathy said, clapping her hands, her face glistening with sweat from the heat.

The temperature difference between morning and noon was indeed significant. It had been a bit chilly in the morning. However, now, even after taking off their jackets, it was extremely hot.

"But I'm not done yet," Evelyn said.

Cathy was a bit surprised. "What else do you want to see? We've already looked at a lot of flower species. This place is so big that we might not be able to see everything, even if we walk all day. How about you tell me which area or what kind of flowers you want to see, and I'll have the staff drive us there?"

If they kept walking like this, it would be too exhausting!

"No, I don't have any specific flowers in mind. I want to walk around and see if I can discover something new."

"They have samples of all the flower species here, and they are the best varieties. It's not much different from us finding them ourselves," Cathy said. But seeing Evelyn's insistence, she added, "Alright, if you want to look, I'll accompany you."

She was right. In the industry, this was the standard.

After reviewing the samples and finalizing the flower species and the approximate quantities needed, the base would ship them directly. Most people would only personally walk through part of the base.

"Thank you."

Although she felt a bit apologetic, she wouldn't give up because of it.

Even though the base had samples of all the species, she was looking for more than just flowers!

There were diverse species in nature. Besides flowers, there were grasses, trees, various vines, and so on. All of these could be sources for extracting fragrances. If she didn't personally search for them, she might miss something.

Recently, she had a new idea but had yet to find the right raw materials. She wondered if she would find what she was looking for here.

Perfumery relied on a sense of intuition, and this intuition was something indescribable. She had to find it herself. No one else could help.

Vivian slept in late. When she woke up again in the large bed, she was disoriented, unable to tell what time it was.

The bed was empty except for her as if she had just had a dream.

Suddenly coming to her senses, she tried to sit up. However, as soon as she moved, her whole body felt like it was falling apart, especially from the waist down, which was almost numb.

This man was too ruthless!

Gritting her teeth, she slowly moved from the middle of the bed to the edge. Just as her feet touched the slippers, she heard the bathroom door open. Rosen, with a large bath towel wrapped around his waist, walked out.

She involuntarily drew in a breath, her sense of alarm palpable, her gaze also unsteady.
She watched him approach step by step, her instinctual response urging her to flee.
Yet here, she had nowhere to escape!
Rosen drew near, slowly bending down, his hands supporting on either side. The strength of his waist nearly caused the towel to slip and his chest was covered in an abundance of hair. This physical abundance mirrored the intensity of his desires.

"Honey, you're awake," he said, lifting her chin.

"You, you're up." Vivian forced a smile, afraid he would press her down again. He was utterly relentless, too terrifying!

"Don't be afraid, I won't eat you," he said with a smile, "I was very satisfied last night."

Vivian blushed. Even though they had done it, hearing him say it to her face still made her feel a bit ashamed.

"So, you will get what you deserve."

This sentence immediately dispelled all her shame. She looked at him with bright eyes. "Really?"

"Of course!" He kissed her lips and said, "Take a shower and get dressed. I'm taking you somewhere."

"Where are we going?" Vivian perked up at his words.

"You're here to learn from me and become a star perfumer, aren't you? Then, you needn't ask so many questions.Just follow me."

Finally, he released her hand and stood up straight, his towering figure exuding an intangible sense of dominance.

"Alright." She obediently nodded, intending to grab the bedsheet to wrap herself as she headed towards the bathroom. Unexpectedly, he snatched the sheet from her, tearing it off with a single powerful tug.

"Your body..." His fingers slid from her waist. "Is there any part I haven't seen? What's there to cover?"

Vivian was speechless.

He wasn't wrong, but it felt like she was a commodity, priced at his whim.

Although it felt a bit uncomfortable, she thought about it differently. She gave him what he wanted and got what she wanted in return. It was just a transaction. She was just a commodity. Why care about dignity or shame now? It would be ridiculous.

Understanding this, she didn't feel as uncomfortable.

She let go of the sheet, stood up confidently, and kissed his cheek despite her sore legs. "Yes, you're right."

Rosen was very satisfied, watching her walk into the bathroom naked. He smiled smugly.

After the shower, her body felt much less tired, but since her clothes were still in her room, she had to go downstairs in her nightgown to change.

Returning to that cramped little room, her mood was completely different. Soon, she would leave this life behind and live the affluent life she desired.

She chose a slightly sexy dress paired with silver high heels and looked at herself in the mirror. Although she looked a bit tired from last night, her figure was still great.

Taking it for granted, She was not guilty of leveraging her beauty for benefits.

Satisfied with her makeup, she remembered to get her phone. It had run out of battery and shut down last night, so she had left it charging in her room, thinking she wouldn't need it overnight.

When she turned it on, messages started popping up, all from Liam.
Liam: [Vivian, answer the phone. I need to talk to you.]

Liam: [Vivian, are you still mad? Let me explain.]

Liam: [Vivian, turn on your phone. I'm worried about you!]

Liam: [Vivian, it's all my fault. Please forgive me.]

Liam: [Vivian, whatever you want, I can give it to you. Don't be mad at me, okay?]

Liam: [You know, you're the only one in my heart!]

Looking at those messages, Vivian felt indifferent.

If it had been before last night, she might have softened and hesitated. But since she made her choice, she wouldn't look back.

She would give herself whatever she wanted. Waiting for him? Forget it!
