Chapter 81 What a Ridiculous Twist of Fate!

Clearing all the messages, Vivian happily went downstairs and saw a very cool Jeep Wrangler at the hotel entrance.

She was thrilled beyond measure, especially with Rosen waiting in the car for her. Contemplating his status, she suddenly felt her own worth soar in tandem as he fetched her in this manner, .

"Where did this car come from? I remember the company arranged a different car," She asked, suppressing her excitement with a smile.

"Your company?" His tone was full of disdain.

Vivian wasn't angry. In her heart, Liavian Perfumes was indeed insignificant now. Although it was a pity, she had once been full of ambition to create a publicly listed company. However, now, she had long given up.

Given Rosen's status and position, it was normal for him to look down on it.

"Yes." she nodded.

Rosen said, "To be honest, if it weren't for you, I wouldn't have taken your company's car from the airport."

She didn't know if he meant it, but she was happy to hear it anyway.

"Where are we going?" She asked Rosen, full of anticipation.

"You'll know when we get there."

The car sped along, and soon, they arrived at their destination.

Vivian was ecstatic. "Wow, so many flowers! So beautiful! How could there be such a lovely place? Rosen, how did you find it? You're amazing!"

Driving, Rosen smiled faintly and leaned slightly towards her, "Which aspect do you think I'm amazing in?"

"You're terrible!" She blushed and lightly punched him, laughing as well.

The sun was getting hotter, and Cathy was starting to feel the heat. Looking up at Evelyn, she saw her face was also slightly red, but her expression remained focused.

"Evelyn, let's go back to the hall first. If you want to look more, we can come back later. How about that?"

Stopping, Evelyn looked at Cathy, who was panting heavily and drenched in sweat. She nodded. "Okay."

They had walked quite far. Cathy called the base, and they would soon send a car to pick them up. They decided to wait where they were.

Taking off her hat to fan herself, Cathy saw Evelyn still walking slowly. She had taken off her mask when they entered the flower field. Because of the sun, her cheeks were slightly red.

Squinting in the glaring sunlight, Cathy watched Evelyn standing among the flowers. The colorful blooms on either side couldn't outshine her. Even her slightly messy hair and the sweat trickling down her face looked beautiful.

This girl was truly a natural beauty. No wonder Cathy had initially thought she had advanced through improper means.

However, Evelyn had successfully completed her two assessments, even with all the difficulties, indicating that she had real talent.

"Evelyn, can you tell me what exactly you're looking for?"

She had been on many business trips and had taken many colleagues along, but Evelyn was more persistent than they were.

"An ingredient that can extract the scent I want," Evelyn said after thinking for a moment.

"What ingredient?" Cathy asked.

"I don't know."

Cathy tried a different approach. "Then, what kind of scent are you looking for?"

"I feel like it's indescribable."

Cathy was speechless.

Alright! Although it sounded unreliable, she could somewhat understand.

This was a task that couldn't be helped.

The base's vehicle arrived swiftly, albeit not the lad who received them earlier. Nevertheless, the newcomer exuded warmth. "Feeling exhausted, I presume? I didn't realized you'd traveled so far and for so long. Typically, those who come here take at most just over an hour and are back. But here you are."
"In truth, we pride ourselves on the best specimens. Our flowers are picked and dispatched on the same day. Even our samples are refreshed daily, leaving no concerns about freshness impacting judgment. Whatever you are looking for, you can just express it to us directly."
The person spoke warmly while driving.
Evelyn quietly watched the flowers by the roadside. The air was filled with natural floral scents and many fragrances mixed. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, distinguishing the different flowers. However, it still seemed a bit off from what she wanted.

"Managing such a large flower field must require a lot of effort from many people, right?" Cathy asked.

"Yes, it's hard work, but it's our job! Seeing so many beautiful flowers every day and watching them grow from our hands makes us happy," He said with a smile. "We do need people, and we're always short-staffed. That's why my brother went to pick up guests, and I came to get you. After dropping you off, I still have to go mix the insect repellent."

"Sorry for the trouble," Evelyn said.

"It's no big deal. It's our job. You are our customers!" The person was very friendly and kept chatting.

"Do you have many customers every day?"

"During peak season, we have. Recently, it's been okay. There's a perfume blending workshop these days, so more people have come. However, today, you are the earliest. From now until the afternoon, more people will start arriving."

As they talked, they arrived.

Pointing to the hall inside, he said, "It's in there. You can go in and rest. I won't go in. I need to head to the greenhouse."

"Okay, we'll go in ourselves," Evelyn agreed happily.

Many people have come to choose ingredients recently. We should hurry and place our orders in advance to avoid missing out," Cathy said as they walked towards the hall.

Evelyn wasn't too concerned. Not everyone needed the same ingredients, so finding the right one was the most important.

"I'm so thirsty. I need some ice water. I wonder if they have any!"

Evelyn was about to push the door open when it was opened from the inside.

"Evelyn!" Vivian spotted her immediately, her eyes wide with astonishment. She never expected to run into her here!

In these past few days, Cathy too had engraved the image of this shameless woman in her memory, her gaze harboring no trace of kindness.
Of course, Vivian remained unperturbed, her undivided attention fixed upon Evelyn. Observing Evelyn drenched in perspiration from head to toe, she couldn't help but feel a sense of disdain, remarking, "What brings you here?"
