Chapter 636 Kill You

The belt was thrown aside by Rhett, and he eagerly pressed down.

Molly struggled hard, kicking at Rhett's abdomen. He noticed her intention and dodged to the side.

Immediately, he raised his hand and slapped her hard across the face.

The slap was extremely heavy.

Molly spat out blood from the corner of her mouth, her head spinning and buzzing.

Her already weak body had no strength left to resist after that slap.

When Rhett's filthy hand came to tear her clothes, she felt so nauseous she wanted to vomit, but her stomach was already dry, and there was nothing to expel.

"You will be punished!" Molly said sharply, enunciating each word.

"Still being stubborn!" Rhett sneered, pressing down on her again without hesitation.

A murderous look flashed in Molly's eyes. She mustered all her strength, lifted her head, and bit down hard on Rhett's ear.

"Bitch, let go!" Rhett tried to pull his ear away, but Molly's mouth seemed welded shut.

In the struggle, a piece of Rhett's ear was bitten off, making him look both horrifying and ridiculous.

Rhett clutched his ear, hopping around in pain.

He grabbed Molly's neck and roared, "Give me back my ear!"

That piece had some cartilage attached, and if reattached in time, it could be saved.

Molly suddenly tilted her head and spat the ear down the slope.

Rhett watched helplessly as his ear rolled into the water and disappeared.

Furious, Rhett slapped Molly twice more.

But the slaps couldn't quell his rage. Rhett gripped Molly's neck tightly, his eyes bloodshot as he screamed: "Bitch, I'll kill you!"

Molly's vision blurred, her breathing grew weaker, and her chest felt completely compressed.

Just as she thought she was about to die, she heard a noise.

Rhett, who had been pressing down on her, suddenly tumbled down the slope.

The rain poured down, and the wind roared like thunder.

Molly saw Robert standing in the rain, squinting and saying, "You can't even handle a piece of trash, and you think you can handle me?"

Robert's voice was cold and disdainful.

At this moment, Molly felt a sense of relief.

At least now she wouldn't be humiliated by Rhett. In the past, Robert might have done such things, but now, he probably wouldn't.

For whatever reason, he wouldn't do such things now.

But Molly didn't want to delve into Robert's motives. She wouldn't believe a word he said.

His crimes were unforgivable to her.

That such a demon could live so comfortably made Molly feel she was betraying the deceased Harrison and the unaware Leah.

And she felt she was betraying Taylor, who had become a tool to be manipulated.

Taylor could have had a simple and happy childhood, but with a moody and unpredictable father, he had to live cautiously.

Although Taylor never said it, Isadora's careful care showed that their lives were not easy.

Molly closed her eyes. She didn't have the energy to argue with him now; even getting up was difficult.

Fortunately, Robert didn't keep staring at her. He took off his suit jacket and threw it over her, then turned and walked down the slope.

Molly wasn't stupid. With the rain so heavy, if she didn't cover herself, she'd surely fall ill.

She didn't mind falling ill, but she couldn't leave Taylor unprotected.

Robert had no feelings for Taylor. If she died, with Robert's unpredictable nature, only Taylor would suffer.

And that Rosie, what she said at the courthouse, Molly remembered clearly.

Molly had seen many women who, driven by infatuation, did terrible things, even committing crimes.

Thinking of this, Molly wrapped herself tightly in the suit jacket, not caring that it was Robert's. It was enough to keep her warm.

Robert glanced at her, his lips curling slightly.

Then he walked over to Rhett, who was covered in mud, and stared at him.

That look made Rhett shiver.

Robert, a tall man with wolf-like eyes, looked too fierce and terrifying.

Rhett had only dealt with ordinary people and had never met anyone important. For the first time, he felt a man's gaze could chill him to the bone and make him tremble. It was an unsettling feeling.

"You... you dare kick me? Do you know who I am? I'll call some people to kill you right now." Rhett said threateningly to bolster his courage.

Everything he had done was through phone contact with Zack. He had never even seen Zack's face, let alone Robert's.

Rhett thought Molly wasn't anyone important, so whoever helped her couldn't be that powerful.

Maybe Robert just looked intimidating but had no real ability. Before the other made a move, he had to stay strong.

If he didn't kill Molly today, he would contact Zack later to handle it. Otherwise, it wouldn't be good for him if it got out.

Zack wanted to stay out of it and put the blame on Rhett, but that wasn't going to happen. He wasn't that stupid.

"Kill me?" Robert's face was icy, and his murderous aura was intense. His hawk-like eyes were more terrifying than the storm.

"Yes, I... I know some very powerful people," Rhett stammered. "I'll have them come and kill you and that woman."

"You're that powerful? You can kill us both." Robert surprisingly had the leisure to chat with Rhett while slowly unbuckling his watch.

Usually, he didn't say much, even at the company.

If Robert spoke more than a few words, it meant the person had made a fatal mistake.

Robert's words were a prelude to a 'death sentence.'

Anyone fired by the Perot Group would never find work in the same industry again.

Rhett didn't know Robert. He only paid attention to the stock market and entertainment, never reading those financial magazines featuring big shots.

Seeing Robert's calm demeanor despite his murderous aura, Rhett thought he had scared him.

Feeling smug, Rhett said, "Of course, I know some very powerful people. If I want you dead, you're dead."

Before he finished speaking, Rhett saw a shadow flash before his eyes.
