Chapter 282 Francesca is a Mystery
Pearl's heart trembled slightly. She had never seen Paige wear this necklace before; it was clear that Paige had just found it.
Although it couldn't compare to those expensive jewels, the diamond was very clean and quite rare. She knew that this necklace was extremely precious to both Luna and Paige.
"So meaningful. The diamond is beautiful."
Paige thanked her, "Thank you. She has good taste."

While Paige and Raymond were having the meal, they also noticed the necklace around Paige's neck.
"Why haven't I seen you wear this necklace before?"
Paige replied, "My mom prepared it for my eighteenth birthday, but Xena took it. I went to the hospital this morning and happened to meet Mrs. Sackler, so I asked her for it."
Paige said this very calmly, but Raymond paused with his fork. Raymond could tell at a glance that the diamond was small and rare.
It indicating that when Luna bought this diamond, she didn't have a large budget. Of course, it might also have been for the sake of modesty, given Paige's awkward status at the time.

After lunch, Raymond stayed in Paige's office for a cup of coffee before leaving. After leaving the Universe Group, Raymond had someone send the food containers back to Willow Crest Estate and had Charles drive him directly to Francesca's place.
Today, Louis didn't go to work, and Francesca hadn't answered her phone in a long time.
Raymond had asked Philip and heard that Francesca seemed to have some issues. Originally, Raymond planned not to contact Louis recently.
But today, Paige happened to go to the hospital and then back to the Sackler Family. Raymond coincidentally heard that Francesca seemed to be in trouble, so he had to show up.
Due to Francesca's connection to Luna's death, Raymond had been keeping a closer eye on her lately.
Francesca, as a top socialite in Northwind's high society, didn't actually like to be in the spotlight. Philip was probably satisfied with her because she was steady and gracious.
