Paige had just stepped out and was about to call Pearl when someone outside came up and said. "Ms. Ellison, Mr. Louis Carnegie is here to see Mr. Raymond Carnegie."
Paige said, "I'll be waiting for him in the study. Let him come directly to see me."
Paige went to the study first. She composed herself, not wanting her emotions to cloud her judgment.
Louis originally came to discuss the matter with Raymond, but Pearl brought him to Paige instead.
