Chapter 385 Oliver, I Just Had A Miscarriage Not Long Ago
Jacob was just a little kid. When he saw Oliver, he broke into a big grin, showing off his tiny white teeth. He looked absolutely adorable. He reached out his short arms and hugged Oliver's neck tight, whispering, "I missed you."
Oliver felt a lump in his throat. He pressed his forehead against Jacob's and murmured, "You silly boy."
With a toy car in one hand and Jacob in the other, Oliver headed towards the two-story house. After a few steps, he turned back to Sarah and gently asked, "Why aren't you going back?"
Sarah stood under the tree, sunlight filtering through the leaves, casting tiny golden spots, but none of it warmed her.
If Jacob weren't here, she thought, she would lose it and ask him why he wouldn't let go, why he kept chasing her. He was the one who said to let go.
But Jacob was in his arms, and he had brought seven or eight bodyguards; she couldn't escape.
Oliver was still waiting. Sarah slowly walked to his side, unable to hold back any longer, and whispered, "Why won't you let me live in peace?"
Oliver's gaze was deep, with a meaning she couldn't grasp.
After a while, he finally said, "Because I miss you."
Sarah gently closed her eyes. She had heard these words so many times before.
But she couldn't break free; she could only follow him. Later, he handed the toy car to a bodyguard, held her hand, and led her. It should have been a happy family of three, but she felt an endless chill behind her.
Back home, Olivia was picking vegetables in the yard, and Nicole was lying in a small cradle nearby. Hearing footsteps, she thought Sarah had brought Jacob back and said without looking up, "Back so soon?"
Jacob called out, "Olivia."
Olivia smiled, wiped her hands, and got ready to hug Jacob.
But when she looked up, she was startled. Her lips trembled, and she stammered for a long time before managing to say, "Mr. Windsor, you're here."
Oliver acted like nothing was wrong and said to Olivia, "Keep doing what you're doing! By the way, I'll be having dinner here."
Night fell. The first floor was cool. Oliver leaned on the couch, smoking, while Olivia stood beside him, not daring to make a sound.
Oliver held the cigarette, exhaling light smoke, his voice low, "Olivia, you've got some nerve."
Olivia stood there for a long time before finally finding the words to respond, "You told me to follow Mrs. Windsor! So I am her person now. We servants must be loyal. Since Mrs. Windsor employs me, I must serve her wholeheartedly. How could I betray her? Besides, you instructed me that whatever Mrs. Windsor says goes."
Oliver sneered, "You have a point."
Saying this, he leaned over to extinguish the cigarette and walked upstairs.
Olivia was worried. She knew Oliver well. Tonight, he probably had no good intentions. She was very concerned that Sarah might not be able to endure it. If things got out of hand, Sarah would suffer.
But as a servant, how could she interfere in their affairs?
Oliver went up to the second floor and entered the master bedroom.
A bedside lamp cast a soft glow in the room.
On the big bed, Jacob and Nicole lay side by side, sleeping soundly. Only one spot was left, clearly not for him.
Sarah sat at the dressing table, quietly applying skincare products.
Her nightgown was loose, making her look even more slender.
The warm yellow light highlighted her profile, casting a soft glow on the fine hair on her cheek, adding a touch of youthfulness.
Oliver closed the door, walked to the bed, sat down, and touched Jacob's chubby belly, laughing softly, "He can really eat! Does he eat this much every night?"
Sarah didn't respond, continuing to apply her face cream unhurriedly.
Oliver knew she was upset. He was also trying to please her. He even praised Olivia's child-rearing skills, "Olivia is good at raising kids. Nicole is well taken care of too. We should give Olivia a bonus."
Sarah didn't respond, but this didn't dampen Oliver's spirits. Instead, it fueled his desire to conquer.
Oliver walked behind the dressing chair, gently embracing her along with the chair. He looked at their reflection in the mirror and softly asked, "Where should I sleep tonight?"
Sarah also looked at the mirror. After a while, she calmly said, "There's a guest room next door. You can sleep there."
"Take me there," Oliver's thin lips brushed against her ear, and he whispered gently but with a hint of threat, "Or we can stay here? But I'm afraid the noise will wake Jacob! He's already a year and a half old. I don't want him to see our intimate acts and become precocious. Maybe when he's a teenager, I'll give him a sex education. What do you think?"
Sarah met his gaze in the mirror.
She sneered, "Oliver, you're such a hypocrite."
However, she had no choice. In the hallway, with only a faint light, Sarah opened the guest room door and looked at Oliver, "You'll stay here tonight."
As soon as she finished speaking, Oliver pushed her into the room.
Sarah's back was against the wall, with his hot body in front of her. She tilted her head slightly and softly said, "Don't close the door!"
She was wearing a nightgown, looking delicate in the moonlight, exuding an indescribable charm.
When Oliver touched her, his hands trembled slightly.
He suddenly pinned her against the wall, kissing her passionately and running his hands all over her body.
Sarah tilted her head, silently enduring.
Oliver's body had been idle for a long time, and his desires were easily ignited. He licked and kissed her ear, softly asking, "Here or on the bed?"
Sarah's legs trembled uncontrollably. After a while, she whispered, "Oliver, I just had a miscarriage not long ago!"
Oliver suddenly remembered, but once a man's desires were aroused, how could they be easily extinguished?
