Chapter 359 Breaking the Limit

"First, it was the Sixfold Seal of Demon Slaying, and now the Berserk Potion. RedFeather really went all out," Eric muttered, recognizing the blood-red potion in the hands of the six assassins.

The Berserk Potion was beyond the current crafting capabilities of players. Its recipe was unattainable for now, only dropping from bosses in team dungeons with a mere 0.2% chance. This meant that a guild would need to defeat 1,000 dungeon bosses to possibly get two bottles. Only the most powerful guilds could afford six bottles.

Once consumed, the Berserk Potion temporarily unlocked a player's physical potential, significantly boosting strength and agility. It also pushed the player's physical limits, enabling feats otherwise impossible. It was a formidable potion.

"BlackFlame, we admit you're strong, but the game ends here," NightFang, a short assassin, declared after drinking the Berserk Potion. His skin turned red, veins bulged, and waves of heat radiated from his body, transforming him into a different person entirely.

As soon as NightFang finished speaking, he blurred into motion, cracking the ground beneath his feet and leaving a shadow behind. In an instant, he appeared behind Eric, his gleaming dagger aimed at Eric's spine with blinding speed.

"So fast!" Eric quickly turned, meeting the attack with his Abyssal Blade.

Sparks flew as their weapons clashed!

Eric was forced back half a step, while NightFang retreated a full step, indicating Eric's superior strength.

This encounter made Eric realize the six assassins' attributes, enhanced by the Berserk Potion, were nearly on par with his own. Without the ability to use skills, his advantage was nullified, making a one-on-one fight difficult, let alone facing all six.

NightFang and his team were equally shocked. They knew the power of the Berserk Potion, yet Eric's attributes still surpassed theirs. Eric's prowess was beyond their imagination, terrifyingly so.

"How good is BlackFlame's gear?" NightFang wondered, his gaze fixed on Eric with a grave expression. "Let's all attack together!"

The other five nodded. NightFang alone couldn't defeat Eric; they needed to work together.

Seeing the six assassins charging at him, Eric didn't dare underestimate them. He pulled a Frostbite Grenade from his backpack and threw it.

Though he couldn't use skills, items in his backpack were unrestricted, unlike the Absolute Time effect of the Ring of Seven Luminaries.

The Frostbite Grenade exploded, catching the six assassins off guard and freezing them.

They quickly used their vanish abilities to break free from the ice, ready to attack again. But then they saw Eric pull out something familiar from his backpack.

A Berserk Potion!

"How do you have that?" NightFang's eyes widened in fear.

"Why can the Stellar Alliance get it, but not the Guild of Aether Wing? I'm the guild leader, after all. Don't underestimate us," Eric said with a smile, drinking the blood-red potion.

Eric's skin turned crimson, emitting a faint blue glow and intense heat waves that even the six assassins felt from seven yards away. The potion's effect was stronger for Eric due to his superior physical potential.

"Let's start round two," Eric said, feeling the surge of power. His mere presence cracked the ground beneath him, his strength surpassing even Infernal Fury. He looked at the six assassins, who swallowed nervously.

Eric vanished from their sight, reappearing in front of NightFang. The silver-gray Abyssal Blade descended swiftly.

NightFang tried to block with his dagger but realized he couldn't match Eric's speed. With his defensive skills exhausted, he could only watch as the Abyssal Blade struck, instantly depleting his health and dealing 2,641 damage without a critical hit.

The other five were stunned. The speed of Eric's attack was overwhelming.

They finally understood that speed and strength were everything. Before drinking the Berserk Potion, they could barely resist Eric together. Now, they had no chance at all. If they had known, they wouldn't have taken the potion.

But it was too late...

As Eric fought within the Sixfold Seal of Demon Slaying, the guilds outside the teleportation hall regrouped and charged back in.

They were met with a massive purple fire barrier blocking the passage, causing confusion and anxiety.

RedFeather remained calm, confident that NightFang and his team had succeeded. Eric, trapped within the barrier, was doomed. Once the barrier dissipated, all of Eric's loot and equipment would belong to Stellar Alliance.

Soon, the Sixfold Seal of Demon Slaying faded, and everyone looked on.

"Now NightFang and the others just need to escape," RedFeather thought, elated. Despite losing the Sixfold Seal of Demon Slaying, the loot from Mechanical Slaughterer was worth it.

As the purple fire vanished, a figure emerged.

RedFeather's joy turned to despair, his face darkening as he saw the figure. "BlackFlame!" he roared in fury.

RedFeather couldn't believe it. Despite facing six top assassins without using skills, Eric had prevailed. He had even given each assassin a Berserk Potion as a precaution, yet the outcome was this.

"He's escaping!" some players shouted as they saw Eric activate the teleportation magic circle.

It was too late. Eric and his team vanished into the teleportation circle, leaving the stunned guild members and a devastated RedFeather behind.

RedFeather had lost the Sixfold Seal of Demon Slaying and the Berserk Potions, and now he had to compensate the other guilds, gaining nothing in return.

Chasing Eric was impossible. Even if they knew his location, attacking in a guarded area without overwhelming force was futile.

The battle for Silvervale City was over.

Guild of Aether Wing emerged victorious, while Assassin's Alliance, Imperial Radiance, and Devouring Serpents gained some loot early on. The other guilds suffered heavy losses.

Eric instructed his team to rest after the loot restrictions lifted, exhausted from the prolonged battle. He found a hotel and logged off to rest.

The Silvervale City battle caused a stir on Eldoria's forums, with many players discussing BlackFlame and the Heavenly Secret Pavilion's rankings.

Eric saw the discussions and smiled, drinking a nutrient potion before continuing his physical training.

Heavenly Secret Pavilion was renowned in the gaming world, and being on their rankings was a dream for many players, including Eric.

Divine Realms: Legends was vast, with millions of players. Eldoria was just one of many kingdoms, each with only a few spots on the rankings.

Eric had learned about top players like Violet Mistflow and Primearc Rosewater through the Heavenly Secret Pavilion.

"Why is my physical condition suddenly improving?" Eric wondered as he trained. Normally, he'd be exhausted, but today he felt energized.

Physical improvement was usually gradual, but this sudden change puzzled Eric.

"I need to get checked at Polaris Reach fitness center," he decided, hoping to uncover the secret behind his enhanced physical condition.
