Chapter 15 Pranking Elbert
Lori was extremely shocked!
She instantly understood everything.
"Elbert, I'm sorry."
Lori tightly gripped the hem of her clothes, tears glistening in her eyes.

Elbert's lips curled into a wicked smile. "Then marry me, and we'll call it even."
"You are shameless! get lost"
Lori turned her head away.
Elbert stepped on the gas, and the Mercedes GT headed straight for the Brown Family estate!
Inside the car, after an extremely quiet 10 minutes, Lori finally mustered the courage to ask, "Elbert, I want to help Gary, help his hospital!"
"No need," Elbert replied indifferently.
"Why? I saw they really need money!" Lori was puzzled.
"I just left them some money."
Elbert said, a hint of a smile on his lips.
"How much did you leave?"
"Not much. Just 4 million," he talked it like 4 dollars.

'My father had given Elbert a total of 5 million, and he had spent over a million on clothes and a lighter.

Lori asked tentatively.

By the time they returned to the estate, it was already evening.
After getting out of the car, Lori took a deep breath.

"Lori, you're back!"
Mary and Susan were already standing at the estate gate.
"Elbert! We've been waiting for you for a long time!"
Mary hopped and smiled as she approached Elbert. "Your room is ready. Susan and I decorated it with great care! Here's the key!"
Elbert smiled lightly. From their expressions, he could tell they held some kind of "evil" plan.
Lori was still unaware of it and said with relief, "You two are so considerate, even preparing the room in advance. Which floor is it on?"
"The second basement, the innermost room!"
Mary grinned.
Lori was stunned. "The second basement? The basement?"
"Yeah, what's wrong?
"Don't forget, Elbert is just a driver. Do you really want him to stay in a suite or live upstairs with us?
"I'm even afraid he might sneak into my room at night!"
Mary wrinkled her nose.
Elbert didn't mind at all. He walked up, took the key from her hand, and said calmly, "Thank you."

Susan whispered from behind.
Watching Elbert's back as he entered the main building alone, Lori felt a bit conflicted.
"Is this really okay for him?"

The two said in unison.
"You're right! We can't let this annoying guy off easy!"
The two girls ran off gleefully.
They couldn't wait to get back to their rooms because they had set up pranks for Elbert in the second basement.
And they had also set up various surveillance cameras!
"This main building is really big! Even the hallway on the second basement is so long!"
Elbert stood at the entrance of the second basement, looking at the dark hallway in awe.
Robert: "Elbert, do you want me to predict your upcoming misfortune? This is hilarious!"
Elbert smiled helplessly, "Alright!"
On the fifth floor, Mary and Susan lay on the bed, holding a tablet. They were full of anticipation.
"Look, Elbert is in the hallway!"
"Mary, are we being too mean? But I'm so excited!"
In the video, Elbert pressed the light switch on the wall, but the switch was already broken.
"Stupid, we cut the wires a long time ago!" they laughed.
'Boring!'
Elbert sighed lightly and waved his arm.
The hallway instantly lit up!
The Brown Family estate, being a top-notch mansion, naturally had a smart home system.
With Robert's capability, controlling all this was a piece of cake!
"How did the lights come on?!"
"How did Elbert..."
The two girls' eyes widened in disbelief!
In the video, Elbert easily stepped over the tripwire in front of him!
He dodged to the left, avoiding the plastic skeleton falling from the ceiling!
He casually picked up a nearby chair, blocking the mechanism that would spray a bag of flour!
Then, Elbert paused for a few seconds.
A dozen eggs flew out from under the table, hitting the opposite wall.
He walked leisurely, effortlessly avoiding all the traps!
"Impossible! Not a single one got him! I hired a prank expert to set these up!"
Mary was furious.
"Don't worry, there's one last trap. He definitely can't avoid it!" Susan comforted her.
In the video, Elbert had reached the end of the hallway in front of his room.
Just as Elbert opened the door, the tablet screen flickered with static and then went black!
'What the heck!'
The two girls stood there, dumbfounded!
