Chapter 296 Shepherd

In the northern part of Victoria, inside the FIC division building, Robbins skipped his usual coffee and went straight for a glass of brandy.

He knocked it back in one go.

His brow furrowed, clearly wrestling with something inside. He poured another glass and downed it just as quickly.

His conscience was weighing him down.

The FIC's main job was to keep cyborgs in check worldwide, fight the bad guys, stand up for justice, and keep the peace in this cyborg era!

But he had just left Evalia hanging, which meant all of Evalia's cyborgs were doomed with Perseus on their tail.

And then Perseus would continue his rampage!

Robbins gripped his glass so hard it creaked.

In the empty room, the sound was loud and clear.

He couldn't just go all out and let FIC get wiped out! He had to play dumb.

Suddenly, the phone rang.

Robbins took a moment to get a grip on his emotions before answering.

He knew who it was. But no matter what, he had to keep up FIC's image, even if it meant lying.

"Captain Robbins, I salute you on behalf of Evalia and your FIC!" Commander Wyatt said, sounding excited.

Robbins's mouth twitched. "Commander Wyatt, what are you talking about?"

"Well, I have to keep your FIC's actions under wraps, but I'm just too excited. Your FIC's strength is incredible. I've never seen such a powerful cyborg handle a national crisis solo," Commander Wyatt replied.

Then he added, "But don't worry, since he asked me to keep it a secret, I'll keep my mouth shut. Anyway, I must sincerely thank FIC!"

Robbins was baffled. "This,"

"Well, Captain Robbins, you're so modest, still hiding your strength. No problem, I'll cooperate. Besides, I'll visit to thank you in person another day," Commander Wyatt said.

"I have a mission now; we'll talk later," Commander Wyatt added before hanging up.

Robbins was puzzled! It seemed some mysterious expert had sorted out Evalia's crisis!

But it wasn't anyone from FIC!

Perseus's challenge had caused international outrage.

It must have been another group that stepped in.

Robbins sighed heavily.

At least Evalia's crisis was over.

As for the misunderstanding, it should clear up soon.

Even if the honor didn't go to them, FIC's reputation was still intact.

When the time came, he'd just say his team was always on the way.

Elbert's hand snapped back.

"Harper, are you still not fully recovered?" Elbert asked coldly.

"No, my mind is clear now," Harper said, her eyes looking charmingly at Elbert. "The mission of a saint is tough. We have to ensure our people's safety and think about future generations. It's my duty to combine with a true strongman to have strong offspring."

As she spoke, Harper's delicate hand reached for Elbert's arm again.

A current ran through Elbert's entire body.

Elbert shivered, giving a cold shudder!

"Robert Williams, I think I've encountered an unprecedented attack," Elbert said.

Robert Williams replied, "What attack? This is just a stress response. In an ambiguous situation, physical contact with the opposite sex triggers an instinctive psychological reaction. Elbert, I think you're losing control!"

Harper softly said, "I've never met a strongman like you. This chance can't be missed! It's a crucial mission."

Her cheeks turned a bit pink as she glanced at the blanket covering her. Slowly, she lifted it, revealing her graceful figure.

"Even though I'm injured, I can handle it. My pure body has never been touched by anyone. I can offer it to you now," Harper said.

Elbert swallowed hard. 'Evalia's way of thinking is something else! Why hasn't the enemy shown up yet!'

"Veridiania strongman, don't be shy. This mission is sacred. We're creating saints to save our people from disaster. There's nothing to be ashamed of," Harper said, gently removing her veil.

Her eyes sparkled with wisdom, her nose was high, and her lips were sexy.

She had brown skin and was a very beautiful woman.

Her chest heaved slightly, "You are one of the few who have seen my face."

Besides him and Harper, nobody was in this house. Harper, an extremely seductive exotic beauty, was on the bed now, indicating she intended to offer herself to him for free, and her reason was indeed legitimate. Anyone faced with such a situation would struggle to hold back. Even Elbert, who was extraordinary, felt like countless temptations were set before him, waiting for him to fall into a trap. Although he was almost on the edge of breaking down, he remained still.

Two miles away, a black stretch limousine slowly drove into a rundown street.

Shepherd's massive body took up the entire back seat.

Twenty minutes ago, he saw that terrified hunting dog return.

He was furious. He knew very well that this time he had encountered a formidable enemy.

They had wiped out his 30 hunting dogs, which almost destroyed all his combat power.

His teeth ground together, and the only remaining hunting dog in the car lay on the floor, trembling, not daring to make a sound.

The white-coated professor in the front seat said, "Sir, there's no need to be angry. Hunting dogs are born to be sacrificed; we can make more! Give me three months, and I will create another 'pack' for you!"

Shepherd's eyes flashed with a fierce light, "He wasted my time! He must die!"

"Of course. No one can withstand your wrath," the white-coated professor flattered, "This is also an opportunity to show them your strength, to completely intimidate them, so there won't be so many clowns trying to block our path in the future!"

Suddenly, two figures jumped out from both sides of the road, directly blocking the stretch limousine.

These two were dressed in burlap clothes, with a red dot on their foreheads.

Judging by their appearance, they seemed to be from a foreign land!

"We are members of Rajvati 'Pharaoh'. Shepherd, you are not going anywhere today! Surrender peacefully!" the two shouted.

The two stood in the middle of the road, extremely confident in their strength, exuding an impressive aura.

Shepherd's face twisted with rage.

In extreme anger, Shepherd kicked out, smashing through the car's windshield.

With the powerful recoil, the car's rear tires burst instantly.

Shepherd let out a beast-like roar, moving as fast as lightning!

The two Pharaoh members hadn't even reacted before they were grabbed by their heads with Shepherd's hands.

Dragging the two far away, Shepherd kept smashing their heads into the ground with incredible speed and immense power.

Shepherd, like a madman, kept smashing the two cyborgs' heads!

The ground trembled, their heads were already shattered. But Shepherd didn't stop!
