Patrick's condition stabilized quickly, and he was transferred to a VIP room. His consciousness was returning slowly. With the crisis averted, Sophia suggested that there would be no need for Liam to stay longer..
"Liam, you should get back to work. Patrick's fine, and I'll stay with him," she said, then to Teresa, "See Liam out, will you?"
Patrick was alert now, and Liam, seeing no reason to linger, said his goodbyes and walked out with Teresa.
Outside, Liam held Teresa's hand, his gaze was intense. "I was serioud about marriage. Will you marry me?"
Teresa's eyes sparkled with emotions. "Liam, are you sure? I..."
But before she could finish, Liam sealed her lips with a kiss.
As they embraced, someone was observing everything from afar...
"Teresa."
Unity, following Gabriel's gaze, caught sight of the couple's intimate moment.
"That's Liam, isn't it? Quite the timing," Katherine remarked, spotting Liam easily.
Gabriel watched, his expression unreadable, silent.
Teresa, startled by her name, pulled away from Liam, her cheeks flushed.
Liam smiled at her reaction, his joy evident.
"What a coincidence to see you here!" Unity called out, now approaching with a newfound confidence. Her relationship with Gabriel was secure, and Teresa's with Liam seemed solid. The former rivalry had dissipated.
"Unity," Teresa replied, her smile was polite.
"Katherine, Gabriel, here to visit Mason?" Liam asked.
The hospital, the favorite among the elite, had been Mason's residence for some time.
Gabriel's gaze flickered over Teresa then settled on Liam with a curt nod.
Teresa's radiant beauty and Liam's evident happiness were a stark contrast to the tension in Gabriel's eyes.
Liam introduced Teresa to Katherine. "Katherine, this is Teresa, my fiancée."
The word 'fiancée' changed something subtle in Gabriel's expression, but Unity beamed. "Congratulations, Teresa!"

Katherine's smile was measured. "The Queen heiress? Impressive, Liam."
Liam, arm around Teresa, asked Gabriel, "So, you and Unity are official?"
Unity, hand on her belly, and exchanged a look with Gabriel.
"Yup!" Gabriel confirmed quietly.
"Double celebrations then!" Liam exclaimed. Unity's gesture was clear to all.
Katherine nodded, and faked a smile. "We're looking forward to Mason meeting his great-grandchild."
"Congratulations, Unity," Teresa offered it warmly.
At that moment, Gabriel's phone buzzed. He checked it and excused himself quickly.
"Gabriel's dedication is unwavering," Katherine said with a hint of pride. She then turned to Liam. "We should get going. Take care of Teresa."
"Will do, aunt Katherine."
