Chapter 508 William and Hayden (109)
"Get out!" Suddenly, Hayden broke free from William. She took two steps back, pointing toward the door. "If you continue to harass me, I’ll call hotel security or the police right now! What do you say, William?"
"Hayden!" William completely lost control, took a step forward with outstretched arms, and pulled her into his embrace, holding her tightly. Then, his other hand grabbed her chin, and he swiftly pressed his head down, capturing her lips with precision.
She couldn't react in time as he controlled her. Hayden desperately struggled, resisted, and forgot that she had a child in her belly.
However, no matter how hard she resisted, it was in vain.
They had been together for almost six months, and William knew her body too well. He even knew how to avoid her next moves before she made them.
After a brief struggle, Hayden had failed to escape, and William had her on the sofa. He lifted her hands above her head, and one of his legs suppressed her legs while skillfully avoiding her lower abdomen.
Hayden felt tired as the man moved her around and brought her close. Maybe her body's honest reaction made Hayden slowly stop struggling.
When William felt her quiet down, his movements deepened even further.
As William completely relaxed, Hayden raised her hand and slapped him hard across the face. Then, she pushed him away and got up from the sofa.
Caught off guard, William fell back onto the sofa.
"William, if you stay for one more second, I’ll call the police." Hayden grabbed the landline phone next to the sofa.
William couldn't help but shudder as he looked at her angry and satisfied crimson eyes. All rationality instantly returned to him.
"Is this how we end, Hayden?" William finally asked, looking at her.
"Yes." Hayden smiled coldly and mockingly. "Don't tell me you can't handle it, William! You can’t trifle with Miss Hayden of the Smith Family."
William looked at her, smiled mysteriously, then raised his hand and wiped the corner of his mouth. He stood up and said, "Alright, I’ve paid my final respects to you."
With that, he turned around, and walked away with long strides.
Hayden watched him leave. After the front door closed, the mask of mockery she had put on instantly collapsed. She raised her hand to touch her lower abdomen, and the faint pain she had been ignoring was now spreading throughout her body.
William hadn’t not pressed her lower abdomen, but she hadn’t controlled herself and had exerted too much force, especially in the last push, where she had used all her strength to push William away.
After pushing him away, she felt something was wrong when she sat up.
Hayden slowly settled herself on the sofa, relaxing against the back of the chair. She closed her eyes and took several deep breaths, trying to calm herself down.
But it seemed useless. The pain in her lower abdomen came in waves, becoming stronger and stronger.
"I'm sorry, I was just joking with you. I'm not really angry with your dad. I don't really want to separate from him. Please, stop it, okay?" She caressed her lower abdomen, trying to reassure the little thing that had not yet formed inside.
"I love him very much, Baby. I promises we’ll only be separated from him for a few years. When you’re born, you’ll call him Dad, and our family will be together."
Hayden desperately tried to comfort the little thing in her belly, but it was useless. Her lower abdomen grew tighter, and her eyebrows furrowed even more.
Maddox left the hotel, hailed a taxi, and arrived at the bar where he had arranged to meet his friends in about ten minutes.
He thought Hayden was waiting for him to bring back some food, so he only chatted with his friends for a short while. After about an hour, he got up and bid farewell to his friends.
However, he hesitated when he thought about the late-night snack Hayden wanted. She had asked for dessert.
After thinking for a moment, he called a taxi and asked the driver to take him to a place where he could buy some delicious desserts.
The driver was an honest person and quickly took him to a suitable place.
Maddox bought some desserts and planned to go back and eat them with Hayden.
After packing the food, he took a taxi back to the hotel.
The hotel was not far away, and when he got out of the car after twenty minutes, the food was still hot.
Maddox quickened his pace without realizing it.
However, when he arrived at the private elevator entrance of the presidential suite, and the elevator door opened, he raised his eyes and saw William coming out of the elevator.
There was no emotion on William's face, but the depth of his gaze would give anyone chills.
William saw Maddox standing outside the elevator. As Maddox was about to greet him, William walked straight out of the elevator, passed Maddox, and walked away, heading toward the outside of the hotel.
He couldn't tolerate a man who had an ambiguous relationship with his woman, even if Maddox and Hayden were only staying in the same suite.
From now on, he and Hayden were truly over.
Yes, it was over!
Maddox looked at William, and smiled after a moment of hesitation.
Although he suspected that something was going on between William and Hayden, he didn't know what had happened between them, so the best course of action was to remain silent.
Before the elevator doors closed, Maddox stepped into the elevator and went straight to the top floor.
William left the hotel. Jeffrey was waiting for him at the hotel entrance. When he saw William, he immediately opened the back door for him.
"How is Teresa? Is it serious?" William immediately asked after getting into the car.
Ten minutes ago, he had received a call telling him that his sister Teresa had been in a car accident.
Teresa was his only sister, and he had spoiled her since they were young.
No matter what happened in the future, he would always love Teresa.
"She’s just been taken to the hospital; the details are still unclear," Jeffrey respectfully answered from the front seat.
"Was it an accident or intentional?" William's face turned completely cold, unlike his usual expression. The cramped space in the car suddenly felt frozen.
"The police are still investigating it. The results are not yet available," Jeffrey immediately replied.
"Get someone to find out what happened," William ordered heavily.
He was worried that Finn was behind this.
"Yes, William."
