Chapter 107 Conquer Them With Delicious Food
William managed to gain a foothold in Sophia's villa using the power of delicious food.
The next day, Kylie and Sophia slept in until noon, indicating that they hadn't slept well in the mountains. Once they were back in a big bed, they were too comfortable to get up.
William finished two sets of martial arts practice in the yard but still didn't see them waking up. He furrowed his brow, feeling a bit speechless.
"These two people are really lazy," William muttered to himself, then entered the kitchen to start cooking, still waiting for them to wake up.
Wendy had given him a cookbook she personally wrote. He could simply follow the instructions to cook. Opening the notebook, William quickly found a seafood paella recipe and began cooking according to the recorded instructions.
As for the ingredients, William had bought plenty from a nearby supermarket ever since arriving last night. They were now stored in the refrigerator, ready for him to use.
After some tinkering, he soon finished cooking the seafood paella. He then went on to make Boeuf Bourguignon, vegetable salad, tomato spaghetti, roasted potatoes, and a total of seven dishes and one soup.
Even William himself couldn't believe that he could cook so many dishes.
"I didn't expect that I could cook this well," William said with a faint smile. He then placed all the dishes on the table one by one. However, as soon as he turned around, he noticed Sophia and Kylie, both dressed in pajamas, already sitting at the table, not even having washed their faces.
"You two?" William was somewhat astonished that they came down right after the meal was completed.
"Where are the utensils? William, bring me the utensils. I'm hungry," Kylie said, wearing a black lace nightdress that was slightly translucent.
Speaking of Kylie, although she was Sophia's aunt, she was actually only thirty-two years old, and she hadn't even gotten married yet. She could be considered as an unmarried woman of advanced age!
But with her beautiful face, great figure, and family background, it was estimated that ordinary men wouldn't catch her eye, and it was also unlikely that she would catch the eye of a wealthy young man of a prestigious family. So she ended up being delayed.
Sophia, on the other hand, was wearing a pink short-sleeved chiffon nightgown. The skirt was a bit short, only reaching her knees, leaving her two white legs exposed, which made William momentarily stunned.
"What are you staring at? Go and get the utensils!" Kylie urged impatiently when she saw that William was still dazed and not moving.
"Oh." William responded and turned to go to the kitchen to fetch the utensils.
Sophia and Kylie couldn't resist the temptation of this delicious food once they had the utensils in their hands. They ate without any decorum.
Silently shaking his head, William wondered what Sophia's fans would think if they saw their idol eating like this, without any semblance of elegance.
"Why is the food you cook so delicious, William? And I feel like it's even better than the first time you came to our house," Sophia said with a chicken wing in her mouth, speaking vaguely.
Kylie also vigorously nodded, completely agreeing with what Sophia said.
"I've studied professionally, so naturally, it tastes better!" William replied with a faint smile. Wendy's cookbook had proved to be useful indeed. The taste of this meal was noticeably better than before.
"No wonder it's so delicious!" Sophia and Kylie clearly believed William's words.
This slightly surprised William, as he didn't expect them to actually believe him.
"William, how about becoming my personal assistant? I'll pay you $100,000 a month. You can cook and clean for me on regular days, and if I have a concert, you can work as my bodyguard." Sophia suddenly came up with this idea. If William was with her, she could enjoy delicious food every day.
"You can't be serious, Sophia. You want to hire this poor guy as your personal assistant and pay him a million dollars a year?" Kylie became unhappy. She couldn't bear having this poor guy following them around in the future.
William was somewhat surprised. It seemed that Sophia had developed a liking for the food he cooked.
"No, I'll not take that up." William smirked. He was here to break off the engagement, after all.
"Fine." Sophia felt a bit disappointed, but the dishes on the table didn't go to waste.
After half an hour, they finally finished eating and sat there.
"By the way, you two can eat less for lunch. Tonight, I'll take you to the food street in the West district. They have lots of delicious snacks there; some you've probably never tried before," William suddenly remembered and said.
As soon as the words fell, both of them were surprised.
"Why didn't you say so earlier?" Kylie had already eaten enough, but luckily there were five to six hours until evening, enough time for her stomach to digest the food.
"Let's save it for tonight then! I can't move anymore. I have to get up and walk around. I ate too much, and my stomach is too full," Sophia said as she stood up from her chair, wearing her pajamas and pacing back and forth in the villa. Her legs made William dazed.
At 7 o'clock in the evening, after emptying their stomachs completely, Sophia and Kylie decided to go out for some delicious snacks.
To avoid paparazzi, they both wore masks before leaving. However, even with a mask, Sophia looked surprisingly beautiful.
The paparazzi were familiar with Sophia's car, so they had to take William's car. But when they saw that the poor guy William was driving a six-million-dollar Ferrari, they were quite amazed.
"You, you drive a Ferrari?" Kylie couldn't believe and asked.
"This is my boss's car. I don't have the money to buy a Ferrari." William casually came up with an excuse.
"I knew it. How could a poor guy like you afford a Ferrari?" Kylie didn't believe for a second that William could afford a Ferrari.
After they got into the car, they drove straight out of Ring Villa.
The food street in the West district would be filled with various snack stalls in the evening, offering a wide variety of delicacies. There were professional hygiene personnel conducting checks here, so the food here was still hygienic.
Over time, this place has become a famous food square. Even the rich heirs and beautiful ladies sometimes enjoy coming to places like this to eat good food.
William brought Sophia and Kylie here, and it was already crowded with people, mostly young ones.
"Wow, so many people, so much food." Sophia was very happy. Coming to such a food square was definitely a dream come true for her.
"This place is nice, I like it," Kylie said, pulling Sophia's hand and rushing inside.
"Slow down, there are too many people here. It's easy to get lost." William was speechless. These two would forget everything when they encountered good food.
William shook his head helplessly and quickly caught up with them.
However, there were too many people here, and in a blink of an eye, he couldn't see them anymore. William became worried and hurriedly searched inside.
After searching for over ten minutes, he still couldn't find them.
"I have to call them." William had to call them. However, after several rings, nobody answered the phone. It seemed that it was too noisy here, and they couldn't even hear the sound of the phone.
"I can only keep looking." William couldn't let Sophia's true identity be exposed here, or it would be even more crowded.
Another half an hour passed, and William finally found them. But it seemed like they were in trouble. Several local hooligans were surrounding Sophia and Kylie, trying to strike up a conversation.
"Aren't you annoying? Get lost!" Kylie couldn't stand these hooligans anymore.
"Why are you so fierce? I can take you to eat something better, something more delicious." One of the young men with purple hair and tattoos on his arms kept harassing Sophia.
"If you don't leave, I'll call the police!" Kylie desperately protected Sophia and blocked these thugs.
It must be said that even though Sophia was wearing a mask, she was extremely beautiful.
"What's the point of wearing a mask? Take it off and let us have a look." The blond guy seemed fearless and unafraid of Kylie calling the police. His eyes were fixed on Sophia, and a hint of wickedness flashed through his eyes.

With a swift step forward, he threw a punch and knocked down the thug who was getting physical.
