Chapter 171 Getting Even Stronger

The next day, William got up a little after six in the morning, planning to practice some martial arts and do some running to improve his physical fitness. "Weighted bags? Tied to the feet?" William's eyes lit up. He hadn't thought of using this to improve his leg strength. Immediately, he excitedly took the pair of weighted bags from Sharon's hands and tied them to his feet.

Once the weighted bags were tied, they hugged his calves tightly. Each bag contained four iron blocks, securing the front, back, left, and right of his calves. Then, he put on a black ankle protector over them, making it less visible from the outside.

Surprisingly, after tying them on, his feet did feel much heavier, and it was a bit challenging to walk. However, William believed that once he got used to it, it would get easier over time, and his leg strength would greatly improve.

"This thing is great!" William was satisfied with this training tool.

"I've phased these out. When you start, 22 pounds on each foot is enough. Once your leg strength improves, you can increase the weight, which will quickly enhance your leg strength," Sharon explained again carefully.

William nodded understandingly. No wonder Sharon had such strong leg power; it turned out she had developed it through weighted training.

"The wristbands are for adding weight during punching practice. Wearing them casually doesn't have much effect, but when you're training punches, wearing the wristbands will give you the best effect," Sharon explained professionally.

"Then please give them to me! I'll try wearing them later." William thought that during his upcoming workout, he could go for a run and throw punches at the same time, training both his hand and leg strength.

"Alright, but don't complain about tiredness later," Sharon said, taking out a set of weighted wristbands from the rest room and handing them to William, explaining how to use them.

"Let's go, Sharon!" William said, running out of CH Real Estate eagerly and starting to jog around the building.

Sharon saw William's high spirits and gave a rare smile.

William started off with a light jog, feeling relatively relaxed. However, after only a few hundred meters, he became exhausted and had to resort to walking, his forehead covered in sweat.

"Sir, can't keep up already?" Sharon lightly jogged over and playfully teased him.

"I'm a man, how can I give up so easily!" William was determined and gritted his teeth, continuing to jog. But with 44 pounds of weight strapped to his feet and 22-pound weighted wristbands on his hands, it was indeed quite challenging.

Seeing this, Sharon approached and offered some guidance.

"Sir, when you're running, coordinate your breathing. This way, you can conserve energy and train your perception."

"Really?" William looked at Sharon with surprise, not expecting there to be so many hidden tricks to running.

"With persistent practice, you will gradually gain insights. However, the length of time for these insights to occur depends on your talent and determination!" After Sharon finished speaking, she continued running on her own.

Meanwhile, William kept trying and experimenting with the method Sharon taught him, searching for the synchronized rhythm between breathing and running!

Over an hour later, William was exhausted, but he had made some progress in understanding the synergy between breathing and running, even though he hadn't fully grasped it. This was still a significant improvement for him, considering it was his first attempt.

"Not bad, finally some progress." William slightly smiled, then took off the weighted bags and bands intending to take a shower. However, as soon as he took them off, he instantly felt a sense of relief and his movements became much more powerful.

"Fantastic, this weighted training really works. As long as I persist in it, I will definitely make significant progress in my strength."

William felt great joy in his heart, finally having something to look forward to.

After taking a shower, William changed into clean clothes and it was already close to nine o'clock. Kayla, on the other hand, only just got out of bed, feeling drowsy. She couldn't sleep well last night, constantly tossing and turning on the bed. Every time she closed her eyes, she couldn't help but picture William's bare body, which made her both resentful and itchy.

"Why do I keep thinking about him?" Kayla shook her head forcefully.

"Kayla, hurry up and get ready. We need to pick up Finn. If The Bell family finds him before us, we might not be able to secure that deal!" William urged Kayla, who had just woken up.

"I know. You go out, I need to change clothes!" Upon hearing about Finn, Kayla quickly responded, wanting to get ready.

Kayla was quickly recovering her composure. While speaking, she turned her back to William and took off her sexy red silk nightgown, preparing to change clothes.

Upon seeing Kayla's bare back and her two fair, uncovered legs, William was momentarily stunned. He quickly dashed out, afraid that if he looked any longer, he wouldn't be able to resist pouncing on her.

Turning her head to see William's abrupt departure, Kayla smiled ever so lightly.

"You deprived me of sleep last night, so tonight I'll let you taste how it feels." Kayla deliberately changed clothes in front of William just now, but she only had her back turned to him.

Underneath the nightgown was her proud figure, and although it was just a view of her back, the completely exposed sight was undoubtedly alluring.

Kayla soon changed into a loose sportswear. Today, she would rescue Finn, and if they encountered anyone from the Bell family, they might have to run. Wearing a dress would be inconvenient for running, so she opted for a sportswear and sports shoes.

She appeared less seductive but added a touch of beauty.

Outside, William was busy retying the weighted bag and adjusting the weighted wristbands. When both were fixed satisfactorily, Kayla emerged from the rest room.

"It seems that Finn is really driven to the edge." William smirked at the corner of his mouth. He then put on Sharon's harness and the three of them got into the car, driving towards an abandoned factory on the outskirts of the North district.

During the journey, William drove very carefully, fearing that someone might be following them.

After all, he had offended two major families in the North district and was likely being watched. That's why William had borrowed someone else's car today, afraid of being tracked.

Fortunately, no one followed them along the way.

They arrived smoothly at the abandoned factory in the outskirts of the North district. However, when they arrived, they found several people outside the abandoned factory, around ten of them, and there was even a large wolfhound barking fiercely at the factory.

Sharon and the two of them were enough to deal with the situation. While speaking, William took off the weight bags on his hands and feet. He couldn't fight with them on, otherwise he would only end up being beaten!

"William, Sharon, be careful," Kayla said with concern.

"Sharon, come with me!" William nodded and quietly led Sharon towards a group of ten people not far away.
