William felt calm at the moment. He even ordered some desserts and pastries from the boss, enjoying them with Sophia and Kylie.
He was not at all impatient, while making sure Sharon kept an eye on Jovan to prevent him from escaping.

"Why hasn't he come yet?" Jovan was becoming very worried. It had been four to five hours already, and there was no sign of him. This made him restless, afraid that something unexpected might have happened.
"No, I need to make a phone call. We can't keep waiting like this." Thinking this, Jovan took out his phone and dialed his uncle Pierre. The phone rang multiple times with no answer. Just as he was about to give up, the call finally connected.
Jovan was overjoyed. "You finally answered the phone! When are you coming to Mandro Street? I'm being bullied here."
"I have been temporarily suspended for investigation! You're still trying to harm me." Pierre's angry roar came through the phone, and then he hung up.
After listening to the call, Jovan was completely dumbfounded.
"What's going on? My uncle has been suspended for investigation. Does that mean he won't come here today??" With this thought, Jovan looked devastated.
"Why would he suddenly be suspended for investigation? This is too coincidental." Jovan couldn't believe it. Just as he had finished his bet with William, his uncle was suspended for investigation. It was too coincidental.

Just as Jovan was about to take a step to escape, he was startled to find Sharon, this woman, grab him tightly by the shoulder.
"You think you can run? As long as I'm here, you can't escape," Sharon said without hesitation, gripping Jovan firmly and bringing him in front of William.
"Didn't you say your uncle would come? Why do you want to run now?" William said with a smile, not forgetting to grab a dessert and leisurely put it in his mouth.
"William, luck is on your side!" Jovan was feeling a bit helpless now.
"Since your uncle can't come, sign these three transfer agreements!" William said, once again handing the three agreements to Jovan.
Jovan felt hopeless as these three assets were the highest-quality ones under his name, worth at least 3 billion dollars combined. It was difficult for him to let go of all this in an instant.

"I advise you to sign these three agreements as soon as possible, or else I will make sure you leave here horizontally," William threatened lightly, his tone carrying an undeniable authority. He wasn't afraid of the Walsh family in Canada, so why would he fear Jovan's family?
As soon as he finished speaking, Sharon tightened her grip on Jovan's hand, making it clear that if he didn't behave, there would be consequences.
"Fine, I'll sign!" Jovan swallowed his pride, vowing silently in his heart that he would exact tenfold or hundredfold revenge in the future. He grabbed the pen and humiliatingly signed his name on the three agreements.
"Not bad, not bad. You can leave now," William smirked slightly. He never expected to gain three high-quality assets just by coming for breakfast. It was quite a pleasant surprise.
"You're ruthless, William. I will seek revenge on you sooner or later," Jovan said, leaving with a resentful expression.
The events that unfolded had stunned the onlookers. In their eyes, Jovan was a wealthy heir of a prestigious family, while the young man in cheap clothes was clearly poor.
The disparity between the two identities was astonishing to those around, and the outcome of this encounter was beyond their expectations.
Nobody could believe that William would be the victor. This was truly surprising for everyone present.
"Jovan, is that it? What about his uncle?"
"Didn't you hear? Jovan's uncle has been suspended for investigation and can't come. Otherwise, Jovan wouldn't have backed down."
"No way, this person is so lucky. Pierre was investigated earlier, so Jovan lost miserably."
The bet between William and Jovan was known to both Sophia and Kylie. They were now feeling a sense of melancholy as they witnessed William's victory.
With the outcome determined, they soon lost interest in watching and dispersed.
"Have you eaten? Let me show you around. I have a nine-star VIP card here, which grants us top-notch treatment in this place." Seeing that the shop was empty, William turned to Sophia and the others. It was still early in the day, so they could continue exploring here.
Sophia and Kylie hadn't yet fully recovered from the shock of Jovan's sudden submission to William, going from arrogant to fearful in an instant. This transformation was too quick.
They were scared to the point of wanting to escape just a second ago! And now, everything seemed to have disappeared.
