Chapter 351 You Can't Go Down the Mountain

At the villa halfway up Euler Hill, Michelle and Julia were enthusiastically feeding grass to the alpaca and moose. William was absent, but they were still enjoying themselves.

"Michelle, how can William just leave without saying anything! And he didn't mention when he'll be back," Julia complained.

"He'll come back after finishing his business," Michelle replied, giving a wild berry to the alpaca as she spoke. She also gently caressed the alpaca with her tender white hand, a look of joy in her eyes.

"If my boyfriend did something like this without telling me anything, I would definitely break up with him," Julia said, imitating Michelle by feeding the alpaca some grass and then petting its fur with her hand.

Michelle's lips curled up slightly. She unconditionally trusted William.

While the two were chatting, Julia's phone suddenly rang. Seeing her father's name on the caller ID, hesitation flashed across her face before she answered.

Before she could say anything, Oscar's urgent voice came from the other end of the phone.

"Julia, something big happened at home. Come back quickly."

"What happened?" Although Julia disliked her father pressuring her to marry into the Denckman family, he was still her father, and she cared about what happened at home.

"Did you guys fight the Denckman family's people? They're now coming to settle the score with us." Oscar's voice came through the phone once again.

Julia thought for a moment. It seemed true. Didn't William beat up Damian's bodyguard when they went up the mountain?

"It seems like something happened. What's going on?" Julia nervously replied.

"The Denckman family has sent people to deliver a message. They want you to return before nightfall. You need to have Michelle and William come back too. If this matter isn't handled well, your mom and I are done for," Oscar trembled as he spoke, indicating that the Denckman family's methods were extremely ruthless this time.

"I understand, Dad. Don't worry, I'll come back right away," Julia said after hanging up the phone. Her face was tense, and she even felt a little helpless. She had never encountered such a difficult situation before.

"What's wrong, Julia? Did something happen?" Michelle asked with concern when she saw Julia's face change.

"Last time, William beat up Damian's bodyguard. Now, the Denckman family has sent people to hold my parents accountable. They want us to quickly go down the mountain and apologize, or else they'll destroy my family," Julia said, on the verge of tears.

"Julia, don't panic. Let me think of a solution," Michelle furrowed her brow and began to consider how to handle this situation.

"Stop thinking about it. Let's go down the mountain first, or else my parents will be in danger," Julia said, trying to pull Michelle towards the bottom of the mountain. However, they had only taken a few steps when a figure in red fell from a tree and blocked their path.

"You can't go down the mountain!" The person was Waverly, sent by William to protect Michelle and, of course, Julia as well.

"It's not your family that's being threatened, so get out of my way," Julia only wanted to apologize to the Denckman family as soon as possible. If she was late, her parents would be in danger.

"No, William ordered that you two cannot go down the mountain. You can only go down when he returns," Waverly came with orders from William to keep an eye on Michelle and Julia and prevent them from going down the mountain. William also ordered her not to reveal his identity as the Ocean Guild master.

"So, we can't go down the mountain until William returns. That means we're stuck here," Julia found William's actions a bit excessive. Who was he to limit her freedom? To put it more deeply, she felt like she was under William's house arrest.

"Yes! You can only go down the mountain when William returns," Waverly responded without any politeness.

"You, you bastard," Julia cursed at her and tried to hit her, but was shocked to find that Waverly flicked her away with just one finger.

"With me here, you won't be able to go down the mountain. I'm doing this for your own good," Waverly left these words behind and leaped onto a large tree, continuing to overlook everything around.

"Julia, are you okay?" Michelle quickly ran over to help her up.

"Stay away from me! It's all because of your boyfriend that I can't even go home," Julia, with red eyes, blamed Michelle for everything.

"William must have his reasons for doing this! But I have a way to save Uncle and Aunt," Michelle understood Julia's feelings at this moment, but she came up with a temporary solution.

"What method?" Tears welled up in Julia's eyes.

"Find Antony. He has a good relationship with William, and now we can only seek his help," Michelle could only think of this method. Antony was the only person in her phone who could be of help.

"Then contact him quickly!" Julia suddenly remembered that William had entrusted this villa to Boss Jones. It seemed that their relationship was not simple. Antony now occupied half of the market share on Long Island and had significant power and influence. If they could persuade him to help the Julia's family, that would be ideal.

"I'll look for his contact information."

"Hold on," Michelle said, pulling out her phone and scrolling through her contacts. She remembered that William had asked her to save Boss Jones' number in case they couldn't reach him in an emergency and needed his help. Julia was anxiously watching beside her.

"Found it!" Michelle quickly dialed Antony's number. She wasn't sure if someone as influential as him would help them, but they had no choice but to give it a try.

Meanwhile, Bazel, the head of the Denckman family, along with his son Damian and a group of bodyguards, had surrounded Oscar's house. He had received a secret command from The Earth, instructing him to threaten Oscar and force his daughter, as well as Michelle, to return.

"Oscar, when will your daughter and her friend be back? They attacked the Denckman family's bodyguards, and we need to settle this matter," Bazel took this opportunity to provoke. Who would go to such lengths over a bodyguard and have the chairman personally get involved to demand an explanation?

"There must be a misunderstanding. My daughter and Michelle will be here soon," Oscar replied, trembling with fear.

"Sooner is better. I have little patience," Bazel said coldly.

Oscar had no other way but to wait anxiously. He inwardly cursed William, regretting why he had to pick a fight with the Denckman family's people. This had only damaged the relationship between the two families.

As time passed, Julia, Michelle, and William still hadn't returned. The sun was setting, and their absence made Bazel furious.

"Oscar, it's getting dark, and they're still not back. Do you want to die?" Bazel threatened.

"I'll call and urge them. They must be on their way back!" Oscar nervously responded, sweat dripping from his forehead.

He quickly dialed their numbers, but the result was that they couldn't come down the mountain. This outcome left Oscar frustrated and desperate.

"What did you say? You mean they can't come down the mountain? Are you trying to kill your parents?" Bazel's brow furrowed as he listened to Oscar's rant. It seemed that without taking drastic measures, they wouldn't be able to deceive the two girls into coming down the mountain.

"Get someone to break Oscar's legs and take a photo to show his daughter. Let's see if they dare not to come then," Bazel yelled, and two black-clad bodyguards stepped forward.

After hanging up the phone, Oscar turned pale with fear when he saw the bodyguards approaching. He felt hopeless.

However, at that moment, a booming voice came from outside the door.

"Long time no see! Why is there such heavy hostility?" It was Antony, standing next to Oscar.

And there was Ralph, followed by a group of people, surrounding the Denckman family.

"Boss Jones, Mr. Sullivan," Bazel was shocked to see these two important figures from Long Island appear at the same time.
