Chapter 360 Dust Settles

The one who arrived was none other than William, who had climbed up from the cliff. In his arms, he carried Michelle, who was weak from excessive blood loss and lack of rest over the past few days.

"William, how are you not dead?" Ryan was shocked to see William alive; his face turned pale. The members of The Earth were equally shaken.

"You thought a cliff could kill me? You underestimated me." William smirked and leaped into the air, appearing beside Beauvoir in just a few jumps. His incredible speed left everyone speechless.

Even Beauvoir couldn't catch William's movements clearly. His strength had reached a terrifying level in just a few days. Perhaps he wouldn't even be able to take a single move from William.

"Sharon, take care of Michelle for me." William entrusted Michelle to Sharon's care.

Michelle turned her head with effort and said, "William, be careful! I'll be waiting for you to come back."

"Don't worry. Nothing will happen this time," William reassured her before standing up again and leaping toward Ryan.

William and Ryan faced each other once again, but this time, Ryan didn't have Michelle to threaten William.

"Ryan, you'll die today!" William shouted and attacked Ryan fiercely.

Ryan didn't dare to confront William. He turned and ran away, shouting to the Earth members behind him, "Stop him!"

However, no one dared to step forward.

"Ryan, you can't escape," William said, taking a step forward and quickly catching up to Ryan. Startled, Ryan turned around and pulled out a long sword, lunging at William.

With the infusion of super energy, the sword emitted a buzzing sound as a solid white energy flew straight toward William.

William dodged the attack effortlessly with a slight tilt of his head. He then threw a punch that directly hit Ryan's chest.

The tremendous force sent Ryan flying a long distance. He crashed into the crowd of The Earth members and spat a mouthful of blood.

"Run!" In this critical moment, Sawyer stood in front of Ryan with a few loyal members of The Earth, trying to buy him time to escape. However, with one punch, William's super energy swept through like a tornado.

Sawyer and the others were sent flying, landing on the ground and coughing up blood, their fate uncertain.

From that moment on, no one dared to step forward to protect Ryan. It was clear that anyone who dared to oppose William would meet their demise. No one was foolish enough to sacrifice their lives.

With a leap, William once again stood in front of Ryan, who struggled to stand up from the ground.

"William, you won. But you may not be able to secure the position of the Ocean Guild's master. Someone will avenge me," Ryan said bitterly. His voice was filled with hatred.

"Is that so?" William stood with his hands behind his back and said it calmly.

"Haha, don't think that being in the Silver Level makes you invincible. Someone will avenge me!" Ryan laughed a few times and then used the sword in his hand to slit his throat, committing suicide.

As his body fell to the ground, it marked the end of this internal battle within the Ocean Guild.

However, this battle had greatly damaged the vitality of the Ocean Guild. Most of its core members at the Grandmaster level had been killed, and those who survived were heavily wounded.

Now, it was time to clean up the mess.

William had no time to reflect as he shifted his gaze away from Ryan.

"Those willing to return to the Ocean Guild and follow me can stay, but if you insist on leaving, you can go down the mountain now. I won't stop you."

William's voice, infused with super energy, spread throughout the entire Ocean Guild. The members of The Earth hardly hesitated and began kneeling down one after another.

"We are willing to return to the Ocean Guild and follow the master."

Over two hundred members of The Earth chose to submit to William and return to the Ocean Guild.

Beauvoir, Antony, Ralph, and others were all surprised to see that William had actually become the master of Ocean Guild.

"This is unbelievable!" Ralph knew the strength of Ocean Guild.

Beauvoir was also amazed by William's strength breaking through to the Silver Level, which was a realm that was out of his reach.

"William really gives me so many surprises."

After organizing The Earth members, William quickly led them to the back of the mountain, where the grandmaster-level experts of Ocean Guild were lying.

However, most of them were dead. Only Fitch, Roy, and Hadley, along with some other high-level experts like Waverly, were alive.

The twelve grandmaster-level experts Ryan brought with him also lost half of their numbers, with Fennis and Dean among the dead. It showed how powerful William's previous punch was under the doubling effect of the Inch Punch.

William organized manpower to take them down for recovery, and everything was proceeding in an orderly manner.

At night, in a room in Ocean Guild

Michelle was lying on the bed. Her leg injury had already been taken care of by someone, and the problem was not significant anymore.

After everything was done, William came to see Michelle.

He noticed the worried expression on her face and felt a bit distressed. It was evident that she had suffered a lot during these days.

"Michelle, I won't let you suffer again in the future." William sat by the bedside, tightly holding her tender hand.

Michelle seemed to sense William and subconsciously opened her watery eyes.

"William, you're back!" Her voice was weak, but it couldn't conceal the joy in her tone.

"Yes, I'm back. Does your leg still hurt?" William asked with concern.

"Sharon helped me with the medicine. It doesn't hurt anymore," Michelle replied, her eyes filled with love when she looked at William.

"Then go to sleep quickly. I'll stay by your side," William said tenderly.

"Why don't you come and sleep too? Otherwise, you might catch a cold." Michelle moved aside, making half of the bed available for William.

"That's not good!" William said, feeling a bit embarrassed.

"I don't mind at all. What are you afraid of?" Michelle blushed a bit, but she was worried that William might catch a cold sitting like that.

"Alright then!" William agreed and carefully got under the blanket, his heart beating a little faster.

This was the first time he and Michelle slept together, but he had no impure thoughts. Michelle was weak right now, and no matter what, William wouldn't do anything to her.

Just as William lay down, Michelle leaned tightly against him, using his arm as a pillow and resting her head on it.

Then she curled up in William's embrace like a cat, as if it was the only way to feel safe. Her face was adorned with a rosy glow.
