Chapter 198 Skills and Thrills
Ivan's strength is the strongest William has ever seen! In a one-on-one fight, Sharon is probably no match for him. Thankfully, Hunter is here, or else William would've been done for.
Hunter's boxing style is authentic Jujitsu, much stronger and fiercer than Sharon. He launches an attack on Ivan, with a faint sound of breaking the air.
But Ivan's Taekwondo is equally impressive.
They engage in a fierce battle, attacking and defending, making it difficult to determine a winner for a while.
"Hunter is unexpectedly formidable. Luckily Sharon invited him this time, or it would've been over." William secretly admires the strength of his new team member, while Dorian on the other side is just as astonished. Everyone around William seems to be getting more and more capable.
"What kind of person is he? He actually hired bodyguards who are more powerful than the previous ones!"
While Hunter and Ivan fight relentlessly, Aurora and Sharon are also engaged in an intense battle with the security guards. Despite their outnumbered situation, they are feeling no pressure from the remaining ten security guards.
Seeing that both battlefields don't concern him, William sets his sights on Dorian across from him.
With a smirk, William charges towards Dorian. The latter has been focused on Ivan and never expected that William would audaciously target him.
"Dorian, surrender obediently." William swings his fist and rushes towards Dorian.
When Dorian realizes it, the fist is already close to him, impossible to avoid. Not knowing any martial arts skills himself, Dorian is knocked down by William's punch and rolls several times on the ground before finally stopping.
"You bastard, how dare you hit me! Watch how I kill you!" Dorian burns with anger and, after climbing up from the ground, takes out a sharp and chilling dagger from his waist before stabbing it directly towards William.
"Just based on you? You think you can kill me? Watch how I deal with you." William seizes the opportunity and kicks toward Dorian, accurately kicking the small knife out of his hand. Dorian is greatly shocked, never expecting that William also possesses martial arts skills. This prompts him to turn around and run.
"Help me!" Dorian shouts loudly while running, his face looking a bit unpleasant.
William doesn't give him a chance. After picking up the small knife that was kicked away, he quickly catches up with Dorian in just a few steps.
Seeing Dorian being chased, Ivan feels anxious. Dorian must not get into trouble.
After forcing Hunter back with a punch, Ivan turns and charges towards William. However, Hunter won't give him the opportunity to chase after William. Utilizing his footwork, he grabs Ivan's hand and forcefully pulls him back into the battlefield.
"No one can save you now." William sees that Ivan is tightly entangled by Hunter.
As they battled on, William's companions were trying to keep an eye on him to ensure he stays safe. When they saw him chasing after Dorian, they were overjoyed, and the security guards were quickly eliminated by Aurora and Sharon, leaving them feeling relieved.
Dorian's face turned pale. He felt that this was no longer about getting rid of William, but more about his survival. He regretted not investigating his situation beforehand. Had he known that William had two powerful companions by his side, he wouldn't have acted so hastily.
Dorian desperately ran towards his luxury car, hoping to escape. However, William was much faster than him. Just as Dorian reached his car and prepared to open the door, William swiftly kicked with tremendous force.
He was sent flying and landed on the ground, embarrassingly tumbling and looking disheveled. Dorian's nerves were on edge and he felt afraid. He never expected William to be so difficult to trap.
"William, I surrender. I admit defeat. The four to five billion dollars' worth of assets you deceived from my brother, I accept it. I won't come after you anymore," Dorian pleaded.
"You, of all people, begging me for mercy? That's quite disappointing," William's eyes turned cold. He walked over and forcefully stomped on Dorian's chest and then proceeded to stomp on his leg; resulting in a loud crack. It seemed like his leg had fractured from the impact!
Dorian howled in pain; his forehead instantly covered in sweat.
"It hurts, it hurts, William. As long as you spare me, I can tell you a secret. It's about the Watson family's ambush on Antony," Dorian had no choice but to betray those three idiots of the Watson family in order to save himself during this life-and-death situation.
"Ambush on Antony??" William frowned. What was going on? Could Antony be in danger? He exerted even more pressure with his foot, issuing a warning.
"Speak quickly, or I'll break your other leg."
"First promise me that you'll spare me! Then I'll tell you!" Dorian pleaded, feeling a chill run down his spine. He, Dorian, the honorable man from Canada, had ended up in this miserable state. It was his first time experiencing such humiliation.
"What you've said satisfies me. I'll consider sparing you," William smirked.
"Rodrigo and Manuel should have already laid an ambush with five hundred men on the route Antony will take to return home. As long as Antony comes home today, he will definitely fall into the ambush set up by the Watson family," Dorian gritted his teeth and spoke. At this point, he could only look out for himself.
"It seems that the Watson family has pushed things too far!" William's tone carried a hint of murderous intent.
Immediately, William grabbed hold of Dorian and began dragging him towards Sharon and the others. Dorian resisted fiercely, shouting and yelling as he tried to break free.
"William, where are you taking me? Didn't I promise you? Spare me, please. Can't you be a little more trustworthy?"
"Enough talk, how do I know if you're tricking me!" William said, delivering a straight punch to Dorian's temple, instantly knocking him out. He then carried him and headed straight to find Sharon and the others.
At the same time, he took out his phone and called Antony, only to hear that it was switched off, which made William's heart tighten.
"It seems Antony is really in danger."
With this thought in mind, William hurried back to the battlefield. By now, Sharon and Aurora had taken care of the security guards, while Hunter and Ivan were still evenly matched, showing that their strengths were on par. Continuing the fight would only be a waste of effort.
"Stop!" William shouted loudly. He needed to find Antony urgently and couldn't waste any more time here!
Aurora and Sharon had originally intended to help Hunter, but with the loud shout, they abruptly halted and Hunter also withdrew.
"If you don't want anything to happen to Dorian, then step back!" William saw Ivan still intending to make a move and used Dorian, who he held on his shoulder, as a threat.
As expected, when Ivan saw that the young master he was responsible for was held captive, he instantly lost his temper.
"Release him now, or I won't spare you." Ivan shouted loudly. Dorian was his protected target, and if he were to be injured right under his watch, it would ruin his reputation. No one would hire him in the future, and even his family would look down upon him.
"If you want him to stay alive, don't follow us. Otherwise, I'll kill him." William took out a small knife and waved it in front of Dorian's neck, immediately scaring Ivan. He couldn't bear this responsibility.
The Walsh family's influence was immense. If Dorian were to die in his hands, he would have no hope of survival, and it would bring disgrace to his family as well.
"Fine, calm down!" Ivan could only comply with William.
"We're getting in the car. Keep an eye on him; this person will be useful later." William handed Dorian, who he carried on his shoulder, to Hunter, and then instructed them to get in the car.
Stepping hard on the accelerator, the car rumbled loudly as William drove towards Antony's residence in the East district.
If anything were to happen to Antony, it would cause a stir in both the WE ARE Chamber and the Power Group, greatly affecting William's future development. Therefore, saving Antony was crucial.
