Chapter 284 I Won't Deceive You with These Requirements
William beat Jeremiah brutally in public. Then he snatched away the steel spike knuckles from him. This thing might come in handy in the future.
"Jeremiah, I'm in a good mood today, so I'll just disable one of your arms temporarily. But considering the incident where you almost killed my friend on the street, we need to have a proper discussion when we go back!" William intended to take Jeremiah away.
Jeremiah was stunned by William's astonishing strength. He didn't expect this guy to be so formidable. So for now, he had no choice but to comply.
"Bastard, count yourself lucky. How much money do you want?" Jeremiah clenched his teeth, but with his right hand disabled and the steel spike knuckles taken away, he decided to settle the matter with money. However, William had a different idea.
"There are too many people here. Let's discuss it later!" William said as he grabbed Jeremiah and forced him into his Ferrari.
"Where do you think you're taking me? You better let me go, or you won't see the sun tomorrow!" Jeremiah tried to intimidate him. However, William punched him in the back of his head with just the right amount of force, knocking him unconscious.
"So much nonsense!" After knocking out Jeremiah, William stuffed him into the passenger seat of the Ferrari and then waved to the stunned Julia and Michelle.
"Julia, Michelle, get in the car. We won't be able to have a buffet today; we need to go back now! Hurry up!"
Michelle and Julia finally reacted and quickly got in the luxury car.
Soon, they disappeared from the sight of the onlookers.
In the car, Julia asked uneasily, "William, where are you taking Jeremiah?"
"Don't worry about me. I'll drop you off at home first. In the next few days, you two shouldn't go out. Just stay at home. I'll send Sharon over to protect you." William knew that with so many people watching this incident on the street, news of Jeremiah being taken away would quickly reach Howard's ears.
So he needed to prepare quickly to face the revenge of Bevery Club. Michelle and Julia were also present on the street, and many spectators captured the scene on their phones. Therefore, Michelle and Julia were definitely exposed.
Given Howard's methods, it would be easy to locate Michelle and Julia, so to be safe, William decided to send Sharon to protect them.
"William, what about you? Jeremiah's father will definitely seek revenge on you," Michelle said worriedly.
"Don't worry, his son is in my hands. He wouldn't dare to do anything to me," William said calmly. Since he had decided to bring down Bevery Club, he couldn't show mercy. He needed to act swiftly without giving them much time to prepare.
"William, please be careful," Julia also expressed her concern.
After escorting Michelle and Julia to their doorstep, William instructed them to stay at home for the next few days. He made a phone call to Sharon and asked her to come and protect Michelle and Julia.
Once he had done all this, William drove back to the Garden Villa in Jeremiah's Ferrari. After getting out of the car, he left Jeremiah, who was still unconscious, on the villa's ground.
Everyone in the villa was shocked. The first to approach him was Baca.
"Mr. Brown, who is this person?" Baca asked and even kicked Jeremiah as he spoke.
"The son of the director of Bevery Club, Jeremiah," William replied faintly.
As soon as the words left his mouth, Larry and Raymond, who were sweeping and cleaning the windows, were startled. They turned around to look at the person lying on the ground. When they saw his face clearly, they were both amazed.
"It is really Jeremiah! You actually brought Howard's son here! Are you trying to get yourself killed?" Raymond was extremely startled but secretly delighted. William was nearing his end.
Nobody who offended Howard can escape unscathed. It is either death or destruction.
Larry also concealed his joy and pretended to advise William.
"I suggest you release him, or else you're as good as dead."
In reality, Larry hoped that William would kill Jeremiah, as this would create an irreconcilable grudge between William and Howard. Larry and Raymond could escape only if William died.
"Do you really have such kind intentions? I bet you would be happy to see me get beaten to death by Howard!" William smirked lightly. He knew what Raymond and Larry were thinking, but he chose not to mention it.
"We wouldn't dare have such thoughts. You're overthinking," Larry and Raymond wiped their sweat secretly, not daring to admit to those words, otherwise they would be beaten up again.
"By the way, do you have Howard's phone number?" William turned to ask them.
"Yes, we have his number. Are you planning to extort him?" Raymond tried to guess what William had in mind. However, if they called Howard, it would mean William's death would come sooner.
"Well, that's perfect. Just call him and tell him that Jeremiah is in your hands. If he wants him to live, he should come to the JUNE Club in the East district tonight," William said with a slight smile.
As soon as the words fell, Raymond's face turned pale. He knelt down immediately and begged, "I've been working hard these days. You can't harm me! Howard's subordinates are all experts. If I make this phone call, won't they think I kidnapped his son? Please don't harm me."
Larry rejoiced secretly. He was glad he didn't speak up earlier, otherwise he would have been used as a scapegoat for this situation.
"I'm not harming you, I'm helping you. As long as you listen to me obediently, I'll let you do less work and have slightly better food than Larry. I'll also add a bottle of beer to each meal for you and let you smoke. How does that sound?" William said calmly.
"Really? Please don't deceive me!" Raymond couldn't wait to have a drink and cigarette after spending such a long time without them.
"Don't worry, I won't deceive you!" William patted Raymond's shoulder and smirked.
