Chapter 303 Becoming a True Master

William initially wanted to leave the hospital once he had recovered, but Michelle and Sophia insisted on observing him within the hospital. Even Antony and Ralph requested that William stay a few more days in the hospital for observation until they could be sure everything was alright before allowing him to be discharged.

They were probably scared, and the fact that a pill could bring someone back to life made them quite skeptical. It didn't seem to align with scientific explanations.

William was assigned to a separate VIP ward, and Michelle took time off to accompany him. Sophia was forced to stay by William's side since the master-level assassin was definitely not dead yet. William didn't feel at ease letting her go back to the Garden Villa.

Ralph and Antony even arranged multiple bodyguards outside the ward, ensuring William's safety around the clock.

"William, do you still feel uncomfortable anywhere?" Michelle asked with a concerned look in her eyes.

"I'm perfectly fine now. I feel like I can even knock out a tiger with a single punch." William wasn't just boasting, he truly felt that his strength had made a qualitative leap. He could now release super energy effortlessly, without relying on the Inch Punch. In other words, William's current strength was now at the master level.

If he were to use the Inch Punch again, even if he encountered the master-level assassin from before, William was confident he could defeat him.

"That pill is truly miraculous, and the fortune-teller is quite mysterious too. And what he predicted turned out to be so accurate. When he said there would be bloodshed, there indeed was. And he said the pill could save lives, and it really did." Michelle blinked her eyes, filled with surprise and doubt.

"But it's also possible that he knew beforehand that someone would try to assassinate us." William pondered and recalled the two individuals who had informed him about the kidnapping plot against Sophia during the New York auction. It wouldn't be surprising if the fortune-teller had prior knowledge about the assassination attempt and deliberately set up his booth there, waiting for them.

"I wonder where the fortune-teller will appear next?" William remembered he had mentioned that they were destined to encounter each other three times. They had only met once so far, which meant there were two more encounters to come. This fortune-teller was definitely not ordinary.

While William was lost in his thoughts, Sophia suddenly handed him a peeled apple and said, "William, do you want to eat an apple? I've peeled it for you."

"How about an orange? It'll replenish your vitamins." Michelle also handed him a peeled orange, her expression full of earnestness.

William looked left and right, unsure who to choose first. If any of the men outside saw this, they would surely go crazy.

Anyone pursuing Michelle or Sophia would line up for miles, but now these two beautiful women were doting on William, making countless men envy him.

"Being pampered by two beautiful women, I must say it's quite blissful!" William couldn't help but tease, then he took the orange with his left hand and the apple with his right hand, and began to eat.

"

"Sophia is a big star, and it's an honor for you to have her peel an apple for you," Michelle giggled and peeled an orange for Sophia.

"Sophia, have one too!"

Sophia was taken aback, feeling that Michelle was too kind. Not only was she beautiful, but also gentle and virtuous. Compared to her; Sophia felt that she, as a big star, paled in comparison. No wonder William liked her so much.

"Michelle, I'm sorry. It's all because of me that William got injured." Sophia held the orange, feeling a mix of envy and jealousy towards Michelle, but unable to feel jealous anymore.

"But William is fine now, you don't need to worry about it." Michelle said as she pursed her lips.

"But he will have to protect me in the future, taking up your time. Will you blame me for that?" Sophia said anxiously.

"No, why would I blame you? You guarantee the ratings for 'Wilderness Life,' and protecting you is part of his job. I understand that." Michelle smiled.

"Michelle, you are truly amazing. If I were a man, I would want to pursue you." Sophia was deeply moved by Michelle's character. This kind of woman was truly rare to come by. But this caused her heart to ached even more.

"I want to pursue you too! You're beautiful, come from a good family, and most importantly, you're a big star. Millions of fans love you. If I were a man, I would definitely see you as my dream goddess." Michelle laughed as she responded.

"Now that you say that, I feel embarrassed!" Sophia's fondness for Michelle increased instantly after being praised by her. Although she was the girlfriend of the person she liked, she couldn't feel jealous of this kind-hearted and gentle woman. Instead, she wanted to be friends with her.

"When William is discharged, we can go shopping, eat delicious food, and watch movies together. This way, he won't be hindered from protecting you, and it won't interfere with spending time with me. Isn't it killing two birds with one stone?" Michelle suggested a compromise.

"Right, Michelle, you are so clever. Let's go shopping in a few days!" Sophia's eyes lit up at the mention of delicious food.

"Sure, let's invite William to join us. Before that, he almost forgot about me." Michelle said with a hint of resentment.

William was at a loss for words. When did their relationship become so good? They became friends after chatting for just a few minutes.

At night, Michelle and Sophia squeezed onto one hospital bed and fell asleep embracing each other. Before that, they had talked for a long time, seemingly treating each other as friends.

William stood up and looked at them sleeping, unable to help but sigh. He didn't know if they would still be this good after his identity was exposed.

Another two days passed by with them still in the hospital.

Williiam had to undergo a series of examinations; and only after it was finally confirmed that there were no health issues; was he finally discharged from the hospital.

Upon coming out, Michelle and Sophia immediately took William shopping.

Michelle was eager to spend every day with William, while Sophia had been cooped up in the Garden Villa for quite some time and was itching to have some fun. Now that they had the chance to go out, of course they wanted to enjoy themselves.

The two beauties happily strolled ahead, and William followed behind, helping them carry their bags.

"You two better not stray too far from me," William reminded them. Ever since his strength had reached the Grandmaster level, he had the confidence to trap that assassin. If he dared to show up again, there would be no return for him.

"We know," Sophia replied, and then they rushed off to another shop together. William casually trailed behind them, keeping up with their pace.

As he accompanied them on their shopping trip, William's gaze swept around, his ears alert to the sounds in the surroundings.

Since his strength had reached the Grandmaster level, his senses had become much sharper. His eyes could see farther. Suddenly, a familiar figure caught his attention.

"Is that fortune-teller?" William focused his gaze and indeed saw a fortune-teller sitting in a corner, the same old man they had encountered just a few days ago.

"This fortune-teller is quite extraordinary. However, he also saved his my life, so he deserves some thanks." William muttered to himself and called out to Michelle and Sophia up ahead.

"Ladies, would you mind getting your fortunes read again?"

"Sure," Sophia and Michelle also noticed the old man not far away as they turned to look at William.
