Chapter 370 I'm in a Hurry, So Act Quickly
Frederick and his group were all taken down by Arianna. The terrified manager quickly brought out all the specialty dishes, fearing the consequences of displeasing William and his gang.
"Miss Smith, it's on the house!" The manager wanted to build a good relationship with them.
After thanking him, Sophia and the others started to eat. They had been hungry since morning and couldn't ignore the food in front of them.
At the same time, Frederick struggled to get up after being beaten by Arianna. He felt resentful but helpless.
"Frederick, are you alright?" Rack staggered over.
"This woman is surprisingly strong. She punched me so hard that it made my blood boil. It seems like we are no match for her." Frederick was unwilling to accept it. The reason he hadn't left yet was because he had arranged to meet Cameron here.
"For now, let's not bother with them. Wait for Cameron. We'll seek revenge. You go downstairs and wait for him." Frederick sent Rack downstairs to await Cameron.
He glanced at William with a cold look in his eyes and then led his subordinates outside.
A luxury car stopped in front of the door, and a middle-aged man in a gray robe stepped out of the car. He had a slender figure and a steady presence. His sharp eagle eyes revealed his extraordinary skills. This man was Cameron, who had come to Toronto for the sake of the mineral vein.
"Cameron, Frederick is waiting for you upstairs," Rack said respectfully as he saw Cameron approaching. Masters of this level were rare. Moreover, Cameron was a peak-level master, so Rack dared not be negligent.
"Hmm!" Cameron nodded, his demeanor filled with arrogance.
Rack led Cameron upstairs. He was bruised and limping. Cameron furrowed his brows at the sight, but he didn't pay too much attention to it. Conflicts and injuries were inevitable among those involved in the gray industry.
After reaching the second floor, Rack led Cameron into one of the private rooms where Frederick and his subordinates were waiting.
"Cameron, you finally came!" Frederick, seemingly filled with hope, welcomed Cameron as soon as he saw him.
"Frederick, why are all your subordinates injured? And why is your aura unstable?" Cameron glanced around the room, noticing that most of them were injured to varying degrees, as if they had just experienced a fierce battle.
"I'll be honest with you. To prevent others from overhearing our conversation, I planned to book this place privately. But unexpectedly, a table of guests acted arrogantly and completely disregarded me," Frederick explained hastily, his thoughts racing.
"I made it clear that today I was hosting a banquet for you, but they continued to be arrogant. They even insulted the Flood Boxing Guild and claimed that they could destroy it single-handedly. I couldn't tolerate it, so I confronted them, but then they started beating us up. It was truly cruel," Frederick exaggerated, hoping to instigate Cameron to seek revenge for them.
Indeed, Frederick's provocation worked.
"Damn it! How dare they call us trash! I'll teach them a lesson. Where are they now?" Cameron grew furious.
"They are still on the second floor, having dinner. I asked my subordinates to keep an eye on them," Frederick said, feeling a sense of relief.
"Let's go. Take me to them. I'll show them what they deserve," Cameron said, filled with anger. He himself was quite proud.
"Sure, Cameron. I'll take you there right away." Frederick led the way ahead, feeling secretly delighted. After a few steps, they arrived at the table where Sophia and the others were eating.
"Cameron, these are the people who degraded the Flood Boxing Guild to nothing!" Frederick instigated again, standing by Cameron's side.
"Hmph, I know!" Cameron snorted coldly. "Was it you who fought with Frederick?"
William and his group looked at Cameron. He had an imposing aura, much stronger than Frederick's, even slightly surpassing Arianna when she faced him.
This person was extremely powerful and could be considered one of the best among Grandmasters. Seeing that he was hostile, William furrowed his brows.
"I was the one who fought Frederick." Arianna stepped forward and showed no fear toward Cameron.
"You?" Cameron was surprised to see how young Arianna was. He then turned his head to Frederick, who nodded in agreement.
"It was this girl who fought us," Frederick responded.
Cameron was slightly taken aback. He glanced at Arianna, sensing that she had already stepped into the realm of Grandmasters. He asked cautiously, "May I ask which guild you belong to?"
To have reached the realm of Grandmasters at such a young age, there must be someone supporting her. Cameron wanted to clarify before taking action.
"I'm a freelancer!" Arianna said.
Members of the Ocean Guild generally don't disclose their affiliations to outsiders. After all, the Ocean Guild is an intelligence organization. They need to conceal their identities.
"In that case, don't blame me for being ruthless," Cameron said. Although he was still surprised, he no longer had any worries.
"Are you Cameron, the first disciple of the Flood Boxing Guild?" Arianna asked him.
"That's right. If you apologize, I might show some mercy," Cameron said arrogantly.
"Hmp! Apologize to you? You aren't worthy!" Arianna, a natural talent, had only suffered some minor setbacks when facing William. Otherwise, she had never been at a disadvantage. How could she possibly apologize to Cameron?
"In that case, don't blame me for being impolite!" With that, Cameron clenched his fist, intending to attack Arianna, but William interrupted him.
"Arianna, you're no match for him. Let me handle it." William calmly stepped forward. Cameron was already a late-stage Master. He was only one step away from reaching the Silver Level, while Arianna was still an early-stage Master, clearly not a match for him.
"Do you think you can play the hero, you bastard?" Cameron turned his gaze toward William. He was instantly surprised, as he couldn't sense his aura at all.
"I'm pressed for time, so let's get this over with," William responded calmly, completely disregarding him.
Hearing this, Cameron's anger grew even stronger.
"You bastard, I'll show you how powerful I am!" Cameron's fist transformed into a claw as he attacked William, the sound of breaking air filling the room. He was like a raptor descending from the sky; his momentum was astonishing.
Frederick and the others watched in amazement. Cameron was indeed powerful. His claw strike was comparable to a colossal axe. It seemed he could cleave William in half.
