Chapter 128 The Situation Suddenly Reverses
The person who appeared was Kayla, sexy and stunning, with an excellent figure. Her low-cut, off-shoulder dress and slender, fair legs were truly captivating.
Upon seeing Kayla, Ben's eyes also lit up.
"Kayla, why are you here? Are you here to help him?" Ben's tone softened a bit, and his eyes remained fixed on Kayla.
"I'm not trying to help William. I'm doing this for your own good. Do you think you can afford to offend someone who can casually spend four hundred million dollars on a ring?" Kayla tossed her sexy hair and smiled lightly, her red lips enticing.
It was a seductive move, causing men to ogle at her and even catching Ben's attention.
"Kayla, you're overestimating this guy. I refuse to believe it!" Ben still remembered the insult he suffered from William during the day. How could he swallow his pride?
"Whether you believe it or not, if you dare to touch William, I won't let you leave this hotel," Kayla suddenly scolded, her face turning cold and stern.
Ben did not believe in William, but he seemed to take Kayla's words seriously, mainly because of her wide social connections. It was indeed possible that she could make it difficult for him to leave this hotel.
"Fine, Kayla. I respect you, but if I ever encounter William again, I won't stop until I kill him!" Ben arrogantly pointed at William. With Kayla present today, it would be difficult to deal with William.
If he forcefully attacked William, he might not see the next day. Kayla would surely seek revenge. After all, she had some abilities.
"Guys, let's go!" Ben called out to his friends, planning to leave. However, William stopped him.
"You come and go as you please, do you think I don't exist?" William stepped forward, the corners of his mouth curling into a faint smile. Ben had gone too far, and if he didn't teach him a lesson today, there might be more trouble in the future.
"William, I've spared you once already. What else do you want? Are you trying to provoke me again?" Ben raised an eyebrow and spoke in a hostile tone.
"I'm sorry, but it seems like you want to be beaten!" William had already heard the chaotic footsteps coming closer. It seemed that the manager of the Neon Grand Hotel was coming with security.
"This guy is so arrogant. Enough now! I can't control myself anymore!" Ben turned his attention back to Kayla and said, "Kayla, this guy brought it upon himself. Don't blame me."
Kayla furrowed her eyebrows slightly. William was being too foolish. Ben was about to leave, but William still wanted to be arrogant. She didn't know how to help him in this situation.
But at this moment, the sound of chaotic footsteps approached, and soon, under the lead of a man in a black suit, about fifty to sixty security guards from the Neon Grand Hotel came running toward them.
"Hurry, hurry!" the man in the black suit urged anxiously, afraid that even a slight delay would cause a huge trouble.
William felt reassured when he saw the security guards from the Neon Grand Hotel arriving.
Ben, on the other hand, became inexplicably nervous when he saw so many security guards suddenly surrounding them. He thought it was because he was fighting here and being monitored, which led to them bringing people along.
Ben hurriedly tried to establish a connection with the middle-aged man in the black suit standing at the front. "We were not fighting. We're just joking around with friends!"
"Oh really? But we're not joking around." The man in the black suit brushed Ben aside and walked straight toward William. Kayla and Ben looked at each other with confusion. Weren't they here to stop them from fighting?
Michelle and Noah also grew tense when they saw the man in the black suit approaching them. After all, with so many security guards around, the situation was quite intimidating.
"Mr. Brown, my name is Owen. I am the manager of the Neon Grand Hotel. I sincerely apologize for keeping you waiting!" Owen suddenly spoke respectfully to William.
Kayla and Ben were astonished. The manager of the Neon Grand Hotel was following William's every command and showing great respect.
"I saw those people. Take care of them for me! As for Ben, leave him to me," William pointed at the people behind Ben and said coldly. A hint of ruthlessness flashed in his eyes.
"Alright, Mr. Brown. The security guards I've brought are well-trained, so you can trust them!" Owen nodded and turned to his security team, shouting, "Don't let anyone go except for Ben. Take them down!"
Ben's face suddenly turned pale. The situation had drastically changed!
Kayla was even more frightened. Who was this William? How could he command Owen? Moreover, his actions were too ruthless! He wanted to take down all these people.
At Owen's command, the security guards rushed toward the people Ben had brought.
They were trained in combat and much stronger than those small-time thugs. They quickly brought those thugs down, leaving none untouched. All of them were writhing on the ground in pain.
The scene was chaotic, and Ben's face turned completely pale.
"How... How is this possible? How could the owner of the Neon Grand Hotel listen to this guy?" Ben was deeply shocked.
Kayla was also stunned. William seemed even more mysterious and dominant than she had imagined.
"Ben, do you have anything else to say now?" William smirked and walked toward Ben.
Ben's face was now pale with fear, and his body began to tremble.
"William, it's all a misunderstanding. I apologize to you. Can we forget about this incident?" Ben was pushed back by William, with cold sweat breaking out on his forehead.
"Do you think an apology is enough?" William smiled faintly and approached him, lifting Ben up in one go.
"Please spare me! If I give you one million dollars, would that be enough?" Ben's voice trembled as he spoke, fear consuming him completely.
"Do you really think I would care about a million dollars?" William sneered, and with a slight exertion of force, he disabled one of Ben's arms, causing him to cry out in pain. William wanted to teach him a lesson, to see if he would dare to be so arrogant again.
Kayla, who was watching by the side, was shocked. William's actions were too ruthless. Moreover, Ben was a member of the Davis family, so it wouldn't be good if things went too far. She quickly spoke up to remind him.
"William, Ben is a member of the Davis family. This is already enough." Kayla felt that disabling his arm was enough of a lesson, but this also reminded William that the Davis family was a wealthy one.
"If you want me to spare you, then tell me, what is the most valuable property under your name?" William asked casually.
"The most valuable?" Ben hesitated for a moment. He was already terrified by William and dared not hide anything. He replied, "It's a mansion in the North district."
William wasn't sure if Ben was telling the truth, so he turned to Kayla. She was well-connected and would probably know more. "Kayla, is he telling the truth?"
"Yes, he is. That mansion is worth over sixty million dollars. It's considered one of the top mansions in New York." Kayla didn't know what William meant by asking, but she answered truthfully.
"Alright, you can transfer that mansion to me, and we'll consider this matter settled." William then turned to Owen and instructed, "Owen, take him to sign the transfer agreement and transfer the mansion to my name."
A mansion worth over sixty million dollars? William was indeed curious.
"Understood, Mr. Brown. I will take care of it." Owen nodded in response.
William handed Ben over to Owen to handle the transfer agreement.
As for himself, he was going to have dinner with Michelle and Noah. He didn't want to waste any more time here. It would be better for the subordinates to handle these agreements.
Kayla was left dumbfounded. What kind of background did William have to dare to snatch assets from the Davis family? This was too bold!
But it also made her even more curious about William. This young man had brought her so many surprises today!
