Munro's comforting words are were considerate and thoughtful. Although he suspecteds that the painting William might have givenhad given him was isa fake, he doesn't didn’t mind. He only careds about William's intentions, not its authenticity.
""Mmm."" William remained calm. Although he already knew his painting was genuine, he didn't argue or refute anything Master Munro said. He simply waited for Master Earle to appraise it again.

""Grandfather, it's so livelythere’s such a crowd here today! I think there are over a hundred people! I took a tour, and there are over a hundred collectibles! It all looks aAmazing,"" Tim, a typical flatterer, complimented him.

""Krister smiled smugly.
""KristerY, you're so thoughtful, Krister! You've gavegifted me a $38 million painting, and now you've brought me Imhotep's jade. Do you want something from me?"" Munro was perceptive.
""I simply just wanted to repay you. My father often saysid that he has received much a lot of favors from you, and I should learn to respect and honor my teacher."" Krister's words sounded beautiful, but only he knew his true intentions.
""Well, it seems both you and your father are considerate. I have high hopes for you. If you ever need any help in the future, feel free to let me know,"" Master Munro said enthusiastically.
Krister's flattery made Munro extremely pleased.
