Chapter 338 Who Else is There?
William never expected that he would be repaying their favor so soon.
"Alright, I promise to save your Master, but remember you owe me," William said jokingly. However, to his surprise, Arianna's expression became extremely serious.
"As long as you can save Lionel, I'll do anything for you," Arianna said earnestly.
William didn't expect Arianna to take this seriously, which made him realize the deep bond she had with Lionel.
"Go and pick a few bear's paws at the entrance for me. I'm hungry and haven't eaten enough. If we start fighting later, I won't have the energy," William said quite earnestly.
Facing Ryan, William wasn't entirely confident in his abilities to defeat him.
"Alright, I'll go pick it immediately!" Arianna said, turning and running out.
Meanwhile, William composed himself and walked in from the entrance, speaking calmly.
"If you want to kill Master Lionel, you'll have to ask me first."
This statement instantly drew the attention of everyone present, including Lionel and Ryan, who turned to look.
"Who do you think you are? Do you have a say here?" Ryan directly insulted him, not taking him seriously because of his youth.
"I am a guest invited by Master Lionel, and I can say whatever I want. What can you do about it?" William slowly approached Ryan, shielding Lionel behind him. By this time, the suppressed insect toxin in him had already erupted, causing his once rosy complexion to quickly turn a greenish-purple color, which was quite horrifying.
Luckily, Lionel's superpowers were strong, constantly trying to suppress the poison, which prevented him from immediately succumbing.
"Since you're looking for death, then I won't be polite." Ryan was about to teach William a lesson when someone interrupted.
"Let me handle this."
As he spoke, a young man in a white bodysuit stepped forward. His name was Charlie. Back then, he escaped rebellion with Ryan and now he had come with Ryan to kill their former Master.
Charlie saw that William was young and wanted to show off in front of Ryan. Perhaps after defeating the Ocean Guild later, Ryan would give him some benefits.
"All right, Charlie, this person is all yours." Ryan had great confidence in Charlie. Although young, Charlie was already a master level. Ordinary clan leaders wouldn't be his match, let alone this young man in front of them.
At the same time, Ryan intended to test William's strength.
With Ryan's permission, Charlie eagerly walked towards William, speaking arrogantly.

"You talk too much!" William said and without hesitation punched him.
"Daring to make a move before me, let me show you how I'll beat you to death." Charlie didn't take William seriously at all. He thought it was just an ordinary punch and swung his fist to clash with it.
However, when he made contact with William's punch, fear filled his heart, but it was already too late. The tremendous force from that punch directly sent him flying out of the doorway.
His whole body was like a kite with its string cut, flying several meters in the air before heavily crashing to the ground. The people in the hall were all stunned.
Even Ryan and Lionel were amazed.
Arianna, who had just finished picking bear's paw, was astonished as she watched Charlie fall not far from her. She couldn't help but cheer for William, though she didn't know why.
Ryan was a bit shocked as he witnessed this, perhaps he was too hasty in doubting William's abilities. Charlie, who grew up in the Ocean Guild and gained power at a young age, was sent flying with a single punch. It was terrifying to think how strong the seemingly ordinary bastard standing before them was. Given a few more years, Ryan believed he wouldn't even be a match for him anymore.
Lionel was also shocked. Although he had heard from experts and subordinates about William's strength, he never expected it to be to this extent. With just one punch, he sent his former student flying. If they knew that William had been practicing his superpowers for less than a year, they would be even more astounded!
"Is there anyone else who wants to challenge?" he tauntingly asked as he glanced at the people Ryan had brought with him, noticing that none of them dared to step forward.
Shortly after he had spoke, another person who couldn't accept defeat stood up. He was thin but composed, emanating strong energy with bright eyes, clearly a grandmaster.
"Please enlighten me," the man said provocatively, launching an attack towards William.
"You think you can beat me?" William's gaze turned cold as he directly clashed with the man's provocation, using his Tiger-Crane Fist.
The collision of the two distinct styles of martial arts sent the man flying. He followed a parabolic trajectory and landed outside near where Charlie had fallen.
Witnessing this, the crowd was once again shocked. Another grandmaster was defeated with a single move, and it seemed like William didn't even use his full strength.
"Anyone else?" William's gaze shifted from those worthless individuals to Ryan.
Meanwhile, Ryan had initially intended to use his men to test William's abilities, but unexpectedly came across a super expert. Now he found himself in a difficult situation with no way out.
However, he had come here to take over the Ocean Guild. He couldn't let William, a bastard who suddenly appeared, stop him.
"Low-life, it seems I have to personally teach you a lesson. You should consider it an honor." Ryan said, approaching William with a murderous expression.
"I've been waiting for you. Come at me!" William stood calmly, unaffected by the changing circumstances.
Behind him, Lionel, while suppressing toxins, managed to muster some strength and cautioned him, "Mr. Brown, be careful. If the situation becomes untenable, it's better to retreat."
"I am already grateful for your help at this crucial moment, Master Lionel," William replied calmly. "You have been kind to me, so naturally, I will not abandon you. He cannot harm me."
"Damn, so arrogant! Let's see what you've got!" Ryan exclaimed, launching a powerful palm strike directly towards William, with a force that resembled a ferocious beast pouncing on him.
