Chapter 108 Seeking Death
The thug falling to the ground instantly shocked the onlookers, especially the other gangsters. They never expected someone would dare to confront them here.
Sophia and Kylie, on the other hand, felt relieved upon seeing William's arrival. Joy appeared on their faces.
"William, you finally came!" Sophia and Kylie instinctively took cover behind William.
"I told you not to run around and yet you still did. Next time, let's see if you dare not to listen to me," William intentionally put on a stern face and scolded.
The two of them lowered their heads like children who did something wrong and did not answer. Meanwhile, the thug struggled to get up but was kicked down again by William.
"You dare to stand up again? Watch me beat you to death!" William angrily exclaimed.
"Get him!" The other three gangsters rushed toward William.
He was just about to engage in a real fight when three gangsters conveniently offered themselves as punching bags.
Although William couldn't achieve Sharon's level of one-hit kills, with his refined Jujitsu skills, he quickly brought down the three gangsters.
However, William himself sustained several injuries. It seemed he still needed more practice. If Sharon were here, she could probably knock them all out with just one punch each.
"Aren't you coming?" William looked at the four fallen figures on the ground, his voice cold.
"You're vicious, but don't think you can walk away without consequences!" the thug with yellow hair struggled to stand up, issued a threat, and then left with his three gangsters.
After they left, William finally felt the pain on his body, especially on his arms and back. Even though he appeared brave fighting three against one, the truth was he had taken quite a few punches from them.
"William, are you okay?" Sophia approached and asked with concern on her face.
"I'm fine, it's nothing. I just need some medicine when we get back." William brushed it off and knew he had to train more when he returned.
"Should we still eat?" Kylie weakly asked. She had been running around with Sophia in search of food and got separated from William.
"Of course, what are we afraid of? Remember, I'm treating you all today. Just eat to your heart's content," William said nonchalantly, not considering those few small fries.
Moreover, this West district belonged to Louis. If he got really provoked, he could call Louis to wipe them out.
"That's great! Let's go eat," Kylie and Sophia cheered. However, this time they didn't dare to leave William's side for even a step.
"There are plenty of delicious foods here. Turkish ice cream, tempura, hot dogs, sandwiches, etc. Let's try them all!"
"I'm afraid you won't be able to finish all of it," William explained while leading them to eat.
Meanwhile, the gangster who had been beaten was resentful and filled with hatred.
"He really hit hard," the gangster said, rubbing his swollen face with dissatisfaction.
"We need to find someone to teach him a lesson, or else we won't be able to get by in the future. Rack, what should we do now? Should we ask Lo to bring his people?" The other gangsters, with their bruised and swollen faces, also had expressions of discontent.
"This guy is so good at fighting. It seems like only Lo can deal with him. And those two masked beauties by his side, they look exceptional. Especially the younger one, she bears a resemblance to the famous star Sophia. It would be amazing if I could sleep with her."
Rack had approached the masked beauties because he thought the younger one resembled Sophia, but he didn't expect to be beaten up by that guy.
"Now that you mention it, that beauty does look quite similar. Let's find Lo!" After discussing amongst themselves, the gangsters took an interest in the young lady who resembled Sophia. As for William, they also wanted to seek revenge.
Soon, Rack grabbed his phone and called Louis. In the West district, Louis was the most influential figure in the underworld, and ordinary people dared not provoke him.
Deliberately exaggerating the incident, Rack described William as someone attempting to take over their territory, which caught Louis's attention.
"You guys keep an eye on him. Whoever dares to come and steal my territory clearly doesn't want to live!" Louis's cold voice came through the phone.
Though the food street's territory was small, they could still make a decent profit every night. They couldn't afford to lose it.
After hanging up the phone, Rack was filled with excitement. "Let's go keep an eye on that guy and make sure he doesn't escape."
Eager for revenge, the group quickly disappeared into the crowd. With Lo there, they were determined to teach that guy a lesson.
William, accompanied by Sophia and Kylie, strolled around and tried various delicacies they had never eaten before.
"William, that ice cream is really delicious." Both of them were already quite full, but they couldn't resist taking some home.
"The cake was also delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness." Kylie couldn't help but savor the taste.
"Alright, it's time to go back. The event here is also ending soon." William checked the time, and it was already past 11 PM. It was time to go back.
"Well, why don't we come back tomorrow then?" Sophia said, feeling a bit disappointed.
"Tomorrow, it's my treat." Kylie seemed unsatisfied as well.
William couldn't help but shake his head, speechless with them.
It was getting late. When William and the others were about to leave, they came across the same group of thugs who blocked their way before.
"You bastards, do you think you can just go back after hitting us?" Rack looked arrogantly at William, as if he wanted to fight him again.
Kylie and Sophia noticed that they hadn't left yet and their faces changed slightly. They instinctively hid behind William.
"Do you still think you didn't suffer enough from my punches? Want to try my fists again?" said William calmly. If they dared to come closer, William didn't mind giving them another beating.
"Don't act so smug. My boss will be here soon, and you can wait to die! And those two women behind you won't be able to leave tonight either," Rack insulted, causing William to furrow his brows.
It seemed like these thugs needed a lesson. How dare they even think about his women!
Since they had called someone, William decided to call someone as well. Louis should be closest to the West District, so if he called him, he could probably arrive within half an hour.
With that in mind, William took out his cellphone to call Louis, but unexpectedly, Louis himself was already approaching with a large group of people.
Rack and the three thugs became excited when they saw Louis coming with so many people.
"You're going to die. Lo is here. You'll see how formidable I am later!" Rack said, trying to please Louis.
Meanwhile, William was slightly surprised. He didn't expect Louis to be Rack's boss. That made things easier! A smile appeared on William's lips.
