Chapter 217 Causing Chaos
Indeed, Octavio's strength was formidable. Just from that swift grab, there was a sound of breaking air, which startled William.
Fortunately, he wasn't some spoiled second-generation rich kid. Faced with that grab, William exerted all his strength and collided head-on. He wanted to see the disparity between himself and a top-notch master.
"Oh? You still want to resist?" Octavio curled his lip in contempt. In his opinion, William, an ordinary person, couldn't possibly be his match. However, during the clash of claws and fists, he didn't gain any advantage.
Though he only used three layers of strength, he ended up in a draw against William, which surprised him greatly.
"He actually knows martial arts." Octavio, at a glance, recognized the boxing technique William had just used and was slightly astonished.
As for William, after retreating several steps, he finally stabilized himself. He had already exerted his full strength, but he could only barely withstand Octavio's attack. It was evident how terrifying Octavio's strength was.
Kyle and Camden, standing on the side, were also shocked to see William able to take on Octavio's attack.
"This guy actually knows martial arts?" They hadn't expected William to be skilled in martial arts.
However, they were taken by surprise. "I didn't expect you to have some skill," Octavio said with a cold snort before reaching out with both hands to grab William.
This time, William didn't dare to confront him head-on and immediately shouted at the top of his lungs. "Someone is causing trouble!"
As soon as his voice fell, everyone turned their attention towards them. Octavio's movement stalled, and his attack slowed down, allowing William to dodge it.
This Jujitsu Dojo was William's territory, with most of the fighters from the Underground Fight Club present, including Hunter and Sharon. He wasn't afraid of Octavio, so he shouted at the crowd. "These three are causing trouble. Surround them!"
The crowd began to stir, and many people who knew William were shocked and quickly moved to surround Octavio and his group. The first to arrive were several black fighters who were paid by William, naturally, they would protect his interests.
"What do you think you're doing? Dare to cause trouble here? You want to die, right?" Several black fighters warned Octavio loudly as they surrounded him.
Kyle and Camden became increasingly nervous as more and more people surrounded them. They instinctively glanced at Octavio, who remained calm.
"Octavio, should we retreat?" Kyle secretly swallowed his saliva and asked.
"No need, today, I will capture William," Octavio said, his gaze chilling, reaching out towards the black fighters surrounding him.
The black fighters, seeing that he dared to attack, naturally wouldn't back down. They simultaneously launched an attack against him.
The surrounding people, realizing they were about to fight, involuntarily scattered and created enough space for them to battle.
It was expected that in this outnumbered fight, Octavio would be defeated. However, the result was that the several black fighters couldn't withstand Octavio's two moves, which were his full force strikes.
In just a few breaths, the four black fighters fell to the ground, howling in pain.
The whole scene was shocked, even William was astonished. "Octavio is really formidable! It seems that the strike he used on me earlier was only a fraction of his full strength," William secretly swallowed his saliva. If Octavio had also used his full force just now, he wouldn't have been able to withstand a single strike from him.
"William, today I will destroy you," Octavio, having defeated the four black fighters, once again pounced towards William. His speed was extremely fast, and this time he didn't hold back, intending to end the fight quickly. Otherwise, it would become troublesome once the Jujitsu Dojo's experts arrived.
William didn't have time to react, and Octavio's hand was already in front of him. Fortunately, Hunter rushed over and grabbed Octavio's clawed hand firmly.
"Sir, today is our opening day, and you are causing trouble here. Are you showing disrespect towards us?" Hunter frowned his sword-like eyebrows.
"Hit me first before saying anything," Octavio seemed arrogant. After swiftly removing Hunter's hand, he attacked him.
Hunter didn't dare underestimate his opponent. With so many people watching, if he lost, it would be a great embarrassment. Moreover, today was the opening day of the jujitsu gym. If he lost, these onlookers would surely look down on Brazilian jujitsu, which would damage their reputation.
After a loud shout, Hunter launched an attack on Octavio.
The two immediately engaged in a fierce fight, causing the surrounding crowd to scatter. Their exchange of blows was an exquisite and exhilarating display.
Unlike exhibitions or fights shown on television dramas, this was a real combat, with flesh-on-flesh strikes and complex martial arts techniques embedded within. The audience was enjoying every moment.
"Impressive."
"So thrilling! Their moves and boxing techniques are incredible."
"Both fighters are impressive, but it seems like the older one has the upper hand."
The crowd's observations were correct. After dozens of rounds, Hunter's attacks gradually weakened. It wasn't that he lacked strength; rather, Octavio seemed to have figured out his fighting style and skillfully countered him. Hunter felt helpless.
Being nearly twenty years older than Hunter, Octavio possessed abundant combat experience. After understanding Hunter's boxing techniques, he began targeting him, slowly gaining the advantage.
"Oh boy, Octavio has seen through Hunter's attacks," Sharon anxiously stood by the side.
William also noticed that Octavio was more formidable than Dorian, the taekwondo expert. William secretly admired Octavio's skill.
The battle continued, and after exchanging blows for some time, Octavio hit Hunter's chest with a move called "eagle soaring," causing him to stagger back several steps.
"Jujitsu is nothing special," Octavio arrogantly smirked. This infuriated Hunter and his companions, who were about to advance when a deep voice suddenly resonated from the crowd.
"You probably haven't witnessed true jujitsu."
As the voice sounded, a middle-aged man in a gray short-sleeved shirt walked out of the crowd, exuding a dignified aura.
