Chapter 210 The Worries of the Beautiful Anchorman

William never expected these people to actually pay black boxing fighters to frame him. It made him both angry and amused. After all, each of these black boxing fighters earned a million dollars annually, and William even planned to have them trained in jujitsu at the martial arts gym next.

"You arrived just in time. Surround these people for me," William coldly commanded the black boxing fighters, pointing at Kyle and Camden. Since they spent money to hire people to frame him, William wouldn't be polite to them either.

"Yes, Mr. Brown," the four black boxing fighters nodded in agreement and quickly surrounded Kyle and Camden.

This frightened them both.

"I brought you guys here to teach him a lesson, but why are you attacking me?" Kyle trembled and nervously shouted, shaking his chubby face.

"Sorry, we can't accept this money." One of the black boxers directly threw the bank card back to Kyle, with an unfriendly expression.

"I am the young master of the Riordan family, I'd like to see who would dare to touch me." Kyle shouted again, attempting to threaten William with his family's status.

However, William was not afraid of him at all and responded sternly, "Break their legs. I want them to understand who's in charge in New York."

As soon as he finished speaking, the four black boxers pounced on them like wolves and scared Kyle and the others into a panicked retreat. But they couldn't run far before being caught and forcefully subdued, with each of their legs brutally broken.

The screams of agony echoed one after another, and William nodded in satisfaction.

"Bastard, you can’t get away with this. We will make you pay." Camden endured the pain and threatened with resentment, feeling a hundred grievances in his heart.

William glanced at him and noticed that the person speaking was the one who had been trying to pursue Kayla. His face immediately darkened, and he said in a harsh tone, "Break both of this man's legs."

As soon as he spoke, a black boxer stepped forward, grabbed Camden's other leg, and with a forceful punch, snapped it. Camden cried out in pain, covered in cold sweat, and eventually fainted from the intensity of the pain, collapsing to the ground.

This scene terrified Kyle and the others, making them realize how ruthless this man could be.

Too frightened to speak, they dared not utter another word. If they offended him again, their lives could be at risk. They silently vowed to find a way to take revenge when they returned.

"Remember, if you dare to provoke me again, more than just your legs will be broken." After giving them a stern warning, William left with Kayla.

Sitting in the car, Kayla still had lingering fears. Fortunately, they had hired black boxers; otherwise, it would have been difficult for them.

"William, do you think they will come after us for revenge? After all, they are a powerful family." Kayla looked worried.

"Don't worry, with me by your side, there's nothing to fear!" William grinned and reassured her while driving. Not to mention a multi-billion-dollar family, even a trillion-dollar family, he wasn't afraid!

With his words, Kayla's anxious heart suddenly calmed down. It seemed that as long as William was there, no matter what happened, she didn't have to be afraid.

When they arrived at Ring Villa, it was already around 11 pm.

Fiona was still livestreaming in her room. Lately, she had been working quite hard, gaining a geometric increase in both her short video and livestreaming fans. She was becoming a popular internet celebrity.

"Little famous indeed," Kayla reminded William in a hushed voice as she entered the room.

"Has Fiona been working so hard lately?" William instinctively glanced at the time, surprised to see it was already past eleven in the evening and Fiona was still livestreaming.

"Yeah, she's been pushing herself lately. She's been leaving for work early in the morning and staying up late to livestream at night. It's like something has motivated her," Kayla said as she came into the room, poured William a glass of water, and sat down.

"The strange thing is, when I ask her, she doesn't want to tell me. And lately, she's been looking so burdened every day! It's a complete change from her usual cheerful and lively self. She doesn't even want to go shopping anymore, which she used to love."

"That's definitely a problem," William furrowed his brow. Her change in behavior must mean she's going through something. He then said to Kayla, "You go rest! I'll take care of Fiona's situation."

Kayla nodded and yawned before heading upstairs to shower and sleep.

Meanwhile, William sat on the couch and took out his phone to enter Fiona's livestream. Fiona in the livestream, as usual, was chatting with everyone and even occasionally singing.

William initially wanted to talk to her in person, but knowing that she didn't even want to tell Kayla, she couldn't possibly share it with his real self. After all, in reality, William often forced her to do household chores she didn't want to do, leaving a bad impression.

With this in mind, William suddenly gifted Fiona one million dollars in her livestream room.

He wanted to try communicating with her through the internet, to see if he could help her in any way.

For William, one million dollars was chump change, but in the livestream room, to give away one million dollars in one go was truly rare.

Instantly, the tens of thousands of viewers in the livestream room went into a frenzy, and Fiona was both shocked and delighted. Her long-lost number one fan had returned to support her.

Ignoring the flood of praise on the screen, William didn't pay much attention to it. His gesture was simply to catch Fiona's attention and goodwill, to lay some groundwork for their conversation to come.

After gifting the one million dollars, William opened the private chat with livestreamer Fiona in his phone's interface and typed directly.

"Long time no see. How have you been? I can see a hint of worry on your face. Have you encountered some trouble? Tell me, I might be able to help."

William asked directly. After sending the message, all he had to do was wait for Fiona's reply.

Fortunately, Fiona quickly replied to William's private message.

"Long time no see! I have indeed encountered some trouble recently, but you can't help me with it."

"There's nothing I can't solve. As long as you tell me, I'll definitely be able to help."

"You." William tried to chat with her in a relaxed tone, hoping to make her let her guard down.

Fiona hesitated for a long time before replying.

"I might not be able to livestream anymore! I won't be able to become a star either."

There was a hint of frustration and loss in her words.

Seeing this, William furrowed his brow. It seemed that Fiona was really facing some trouble. He immediately typed and asked.

"What's bothering you? Just treat me as someone you can confide in."

After hesitating for a long time, Fiona replied.

"My father's company's funding chain in Long Island is about to break. As a condition for an alliance and capital investment, he has arranged for me to marry into the Turner family in Long Island. Starting next month, I won't be able to livestream anymore."

Perhaps she really wanted to find a place to confide in, and William online happened to be the best person to talk to. She wouldn't need to be on guard or worry about being mocked by friends.

William was taken aback. Fiona indeed had something on her mind, and it was such a big issue. However, anything that could be solved with money was not a significant problem. He quickly replied.

"The funding chain is breaking? I know an investment company that I can introduce to your father. It will ensure that he has no financial worries in the future."

"Really? But my father's company needs at least 5 billion US dollars, can they handle it?" Fiona, being innocent, seemed to believe William's words, or rather, the fact that William had given her so much money as tips made her trust him.

"No problem, even 20 billion US dollars is possible." William replied with a smile. It so happened that WE ARE Chamber was preparing to expand internationally, and the first ideal city for expansion was Long Island. William planned to go there once the Bay Area matters were settled.

"That's great! Can you come to New York the day after tomorrow? I want to see you and also ask you to help me get rid of someone!" Fiona replied happily.

"No problem." William hesitated for a moment but still typed his reply.

As for the issue of revealing their identities when they meet, William thought it would be better to wear a mask and change his identity. This way, Fiona might accept it better.
