Chapter 356 Determined to Die
At the peak of Euler Hill, in the Ocean Guild, William was still in seclusion, training. On his fifth day, his six students, who took turns guarding the cave, looked anxious.
They had received news about what was happening in the mountains. Ryan had already started clearing the boulders in his path, and they estimated that he would reach the Ocean Guild again in two or three days.
"Fitch, what should we do now? Ryan is launching a massive attack while Master is in seclusion. We definitely can't match his strength," said Roy, who had reached the level of Grandmaster.
"No matter what, we must hold them off. If worst comes to worst, we have to delay them as much as possible," Fitch replied, his brow furrowed. Among the six of them, he was the oldest and most experienced, naturally becoming their leader.
"Fitch, I'll go and hold them off for a while," Hadley suddenly stepped forward.

"Alright, go with Roy! Delay them for as long as possible," Fitch instructed with concern. Now, only a few of them were left in the Ocean Guild, and they couldn't afford any more trouble.
"Yes, Fitch!" Hadley and Roy acknowledged in unison, then hurried up the path to confront Ryan and his group.
At this point, Ryan and his group had already blasted open the iron gate leading up the mountain, but the only passage into the Ocean Guild was now blocked by boulders. However, Ryan had already organized a team to clear the path.
"Ryan, there are so many boulders. It will take at least two days to clear them all," Fennis reported to Ryan after inspecting the frontlines.
"Hmm, let's speed it up. William is still in seclusion, so now is the best time for us to attack. We have to get to Ocean Guild and kill him before he emerges. Only then can we eliminate this hidden danger."
Deep down, Ryan feared William. Despite his young age, William's strength was already on par with his own. Ryan feared that once William emerged from seclusion, he might no longer be his match. That's why he was so eager to attack Ocean Guild.

"They actually dare to come down and kill our people?" Fennis erupted in anger. "Ryan, I'll take my men to kill them right away."
"Don't rush. Who are the two that came? How did they get here?" Ryan was not in a hurry. He calmly asked for details.
"It's Roy and Hadley. They jumped straight down from the mountaintop," Sawyer reported.
"Got it. Fennis, take Dean with you! Make sure they never make it back." Ryan assigned Dean, who had been by his side, to Fennis, with determination and anger in his eyes.
Hadley was far more powerful than the core members Fennis brought along, so Fennis was no match. That's why Ryan sent Dean.
Dean's strength ranked right after Ryan's. With him there, Hadley and Roy wouldn't be able to harass them for long.
"Alright, Ryan!" Fennis acknowledged the order and led his men to intercept Roy and Hadley's harassment.
Everything was progressing smoothly. Ryan seemed to glimpse hope in defeating William and claiming control of Ocean Guild.
Later that evening, Hope hurriedly approached Ryan with a worried expression and reported, "Ryan, something's not right."
"What's the matter?" Ryan abruptly opened his cold eyes and asked sharply.
"That girl Michelle has been on a hunger strike for almost two days now, and she has passed out from starvation," Hope said in a panic.
"Why panic? Blend the food into a liquid and force-feed her if she refuses to eat. She can't die yet. If she dies, it will have to be after I kill William," Ryan spoke with a relentless and ruthless expression. "If anything goes wrong in the meantime, don't expect to live either."
The only use for this Michelle is to blackmail William. Once William is dead, this woman loses her purpose, and her death would be inconsequential.
"I understand, I will take care of it immediately," Hope replied, feeling anxious as she went downstairs.
Upon returning to Coral Tower, Hope headed straight to the kitchen. She juiced the apples, bananas, oranges, and other fruits using a juicer, then took a cup back to Michelle's bedroom.
She forced Michelle's mouth open and poured in the juice.
"You better drink it. You might want to die, but I don't want to die with you," Hope knew Ryan was terrifying and ruthless. When he said something like that, it meant more than just a scare tactic.
Michelle reluctantly sipped the juice, regaining consciousness.
"You think you can use me to blackmail and hurt William? Think again," her weak eyes revealed a determined expression.
During these past two days, Michelle had also figured out why they had abducted her. It was probably because they held a grudge against William and wanted to use her to blackmail him.
"If you want to die, fine. But don't you want to see your boyfriend one last time before you die?" Hope naturally knew the weaknesses of women who felt deeply, so instead of forcefully pressuring her, she decided to use this weakness against her.
As soon as Hope's words fell, a glimmer of hope appeared in Michelle's weak eyes.
"Drink it!" Seeing Michelle's desire to hold on, Hope quickly handed her the juice.
Michelle accepted the juice, and at the same time, she had already made up her mind. If she really became a tool to blackmail William, she would not hesitate to die. She was only alive right now because she wanted to see William one last time before dying.

At the same time, in the back mountains of Ocean Guild, Fitch, Hadley, Roy, and the other six people held long swords, guarding the cave where William was in seclusion. Each and every one of them had resolved themselves to die.
"This battle today determines the life and death of Ocean Guild. Only by protecting this cave do we have a fighting chance," Fitch stood at the forefront, his eyes determined.
"We swear to protect Master's emergence. We are willing to live and die together with Ocean Guild," Hadley, Roy, and the others shouted their thoughts out loud.
Everyone stood in the chilling air, waiting for the decisive battle to unfold.
