Chapter 152 Satisfy His Needs
When Magnus saw that figure, a glimmer flashed in his lustful eyes.
Magnus leaned against the head of the bed, managing to raise his hand. and beckoned to the person at the door. "Why are you standing there?"
Magnus seemed to be afraid that she was scared, so he smiled faintly and said, "I won't touch you if you don't want me to. Come over."
Juniper took a deep breath and walked up to Magnus.
Magnus sat on the edge of the bed and pulled Juniper into his arms.
Juniper sat on his lap.
Magnus gently rested his forehead against hers, holding back his desire to the extreme, but still managed to ask with a hint of sobriety, "Why have you come back again?"
Juniper could have left.
Given his current situation, he couldn't force her to stay.
"You are still my creditor now, I owe you fourteen billion dollars, and we are still under the agreement. It wouldn't be honest if I ran away."
Hearing Juniper's serious reply, Magnus chuckled dumbfoundedly.
He brushed her nose tip, amused and helpless.
She was quite conscientious about the agreement.
Once the debt was agreed upon, Juniper diligently worked to repay it.
Juniper didn't want to dwell on these matters with him. What mattered most now was how to resolve the situation.
She went straight to the point. "How can I help you?"
Magnus looked at her, his voice hoarse, saying, "You really want to help me?"
"Yes."
If Juniper didn't want to help, she wouldn't have come back.
Magnus suggested, "Take me to the hospital?"
Hearing that, Juniper actually got up to help him up.
Magnus stopped her with a large hand.
Juniper looked at him suspiciously.
Magnus chuckled lightly, bitter and helpless. He was just teasing her casually, and she took it seriously.
Going to hospital probably wouldn't solve anything.
He should either endure it or satisfy his needs.
Going to hospital in this manner would be undignified.
Magnus looked at her, unable to resist the urge to kiss her. Juniper instinctively turned her face away.
Juniper had just swallowed two Paroxetine pills without even drinking water, making her mouth extremely bitter.
It was not the right time for kissing.
However, in Magnus' eyes, Juniper's gesture of turning her head was a silent resistance.
His lustful gaze fell silently on her red lips.
Magnus lightly brushed Juniper's lip corner with his fingertip.
However, this idea was quickly dismissed.
It might scare her.
Magnus had never treated her like that before.
He leaned against Juniper's neck, holding her soft hand, his voice tired and gentle, "Can you use your hand?"
She hesitated, her heart pounding as she met Magnus's gaze.
Her ears burned hot.
Her face blushed.
Juniper buried her face in his neck, softly s a yes.
It was as soft as a mosquito's whisper.
However, Magnus heard it nonetheless.
Juniper agreed.
Magnus's eyes gleamed. He held her hand and continuing downwards...
Juniper dared not look into his eyes, simply burying her face in his shoulder and allowing him to proceed.
Inside the black Bentley.
Ophelia gave the address of her small apartment.
She didn't want to go back to Mission Hills Villa, the Browns, or the Perezs.
Imperial Capital was vast, but whenever she argued with Robert, it seemed like there was no place for her.
Mission Hills Villa was where Robert lived and belonged entirely to Robert.
If Robert told her to leave, she had to leave.
The Browns were Robert's parents' home. No matter how good Robert's parents were to her, they ultimately stood on their son's side.
The Perezs was Ophelia's parents' home.
If Ophelia's parents found out she argued with Robert, they would immediately call Robert to apologize.
Regardless of who was right or wrong, Ophelia would be forced to apologize.
Because her father, Patrick Perez, relied on Robert, the major benefactor, who funded the Perez Group.
Patrick dared not blame Robert.
He only blamed Ophelia for not being virtuous enough.
Before marriage, Robert set the rules, saying they should each do their own thing.
However, in reality, she had to please Robert's parents, deal with their pressure to have a baby, and handle various scandals for Robert.
She even had no time to catch her breath.
Doing their own thing was a joke.
Only Robert was playing.
Ophelia didn't dare to play, nor could she afford to play.
In this marriage of convenience, the Perezs needed Robert.
Ophelia would never be humble in this profitable marriage.
Ophelia had to cater to Robert, but she didn't want to anymore.
For two years, she had been struggling in this difficult situation, and she had had enough.
Ophelia's tears fell inexplicably.
She seemed to have forgotten there was someone else sitting next to her.
Thomas handed her a clean handkerchief. "Wipe your tears."
"Thank you."
Ophelia took the handkerchief, wiped her tears, and blew her nose without caring about her image.
Thomas just watched her.
Ophelia choked, "I'll give you a new one later, I ruined it, sorry."
Of course, Thomas didn't mind that.
He just wanted to know how she had been in the years he was away.
However, Ophelia couldn't help but cry.
It was obvious she wasn't doing well.
Thomas instinctively wanted to reach out and pat her head, as he had done in the past.
However, then he remembered that Ophelia was married now.
So, he withdrew his hand.
Thomas had always known the boundary, and tonight, he kissed Ophelia because he didn't know she was already married.
After five years, meeting Ophelia again still made his heart race.
Facing the woman who he liked when he was young, he always felt nervous.
Even just looking at Ophelia, Thomas felt that this trip back home was worth it.
Soon, they arrived at the apartment entrance.
Ophelia got out of the car. "Thank you for bringing me back."
If it weren't for Thomas, she would have to wait at the hotel entrance in high heels and a dress for a long time to get a cab.
Thomas got out of the car, too.
He walked up to her and said in a deep voice, "I know you were forced into a marriage with Robert, Ophelia. If you don't want to continue, you can divorce him."
Divorce.
Ophelia had never dared to think about before, let alone mention, even though she had been diligently playing the role of the Browns' daughter-in-law.
After all, the Perez Group needed the Browns' financial support.
However, now, Thomas said it so easily.
Seeing Ophelia's hesitation, Thomas said, "I know what you're worried about. You married him for the Perez Group, but now, I can fund the Perez Group. If you're willing, divorce him."
She thought, 'Divorce Robert and rekindle the old flame with Thomas?'
Ophelia smiled and lowered her head, as if feeling it was ironic, saying, "But have you forgotten, we had broken up five years ago, and it was you who initiated it."
After saying that, Ophelia lifted her dress skirt and turned into the hallway.
She didn't look back.
Back then, Ophelia had longed for a warm home with Thomas.
She naively believed that anywhere Thomas was her home.
But how did they end up like this?
Tears silently welled up in her eyes.
The burning tears scorched Ophelia's face.
Robert wasn't right for her, and neither was Thomas.
Thomas stood by the car, watching her slender figure, his gaze deep.
Five years ago, Patrick forced Thomas to leave Imperial Capital, forcing him to break up with Ophelia, pointing at him and saying, "Ophelia has been spoiled since childhood, living a luxurious life with no worries about food and clothing. Who are you, a poor guy, to have her? Can you afford the lifes she wants? Our Lily's handbag costs more than your annual expenses."
"Thomas, don't be ungrateful, Break up with Lily!"
"You, a poor boy! How dare you pursue Lily! You are overestimating yourself!"
"Lily will marry into a wealthy family! Don't drag her down!"
"Get out! Get out of here!"
Thomas closed his eyes, those words haunting and hurting him so much.
At the age when Thomas was most powerless, he met a girl he wanted to take care of for a lifetime.
In the end, it didn't end well.
