Chapter 169 Dominant Plunder
As they locked eyes, Magnus's gaze was intense, and Juniper's heartbeat skipped a beat.
Magnus held Juniper's waist, "Want to come home with me?"
With only 14 days left, he didn't want Juniper to waste her time on irrelevant people.
Like that guy outside, Trenton.
Outside the door—
"Beaumont, are you there?"
Juniper, in the bathroom, responded, "What's up?"
"We're planning to bike around the coast, and see the seaside scenery. Are you coming?"
Magnus's breath, hot and heavy, brushed against Juniper's ear.
He kissed her ear, his voice husky as he instructed her and said, "Reject him."
The warmth came into Juniper's ears, tickling her.
Juniper's ears were sensitive. The slight tickle spread from her ears to her entire body, almost electrifying.
Although he hadn't done much, Juniper's body went weak in his presence.
She liked Magnus by instinct.
The subconscious liking was hard to resist.
But the happier she was with Magnus, the deeper she felt guilty.
This was something Juniper couldn't shake off.
Whenever she was close to him, the image of Lyra's death involuntarily flashed in Juniper's mind.
Juniper's face paled slightly, wanting to distance herself from him.
But Magnus, domineering as ever, pulled her closer, their bodies pressing tightly against each other.
He kissed the corner of her lips, saying "Tell the guy outside you're not going. Tell him to buzz off."
"You let go of me first."
"You tell him to leave first."
In the end, Juniper couldn't resist Magnus.
Juniper told Trenton outside, "I want to rest for a while. You go ahead. I'm not going."
Trenton asked with concern, "Are you still feeling unwell?"
"I still have a slight fever. You go on. Don't mind me."
"Should I stay and take care of you?" Trenton asked.
Juniper's eyes flickered.
She instinctively looked at Magnus, whispering, "What should I do now?"
Magnus, looking impatient, said, "Tell him you don't need it."
Just tell him to buzz off, no need for so much talk.
However, Juniper was evidently polite.
"You go ahead. I'm really fine. No need for care."
Being repeatedly rejected, Trenton didn't know what else to say.
Once Trenton left, Juniper snapped back to reality, feeling a sudden heat on her lips. Her breath completely was taken by Magnus.
Wasn't the deal that if she rejected Trenton, he would let go?
Now.
Magnus pressed Juniper against the sink, kissing her passionately.
Magnus's big hand with well-defined knuckles intertwined with her delicate fingers, beingpressed against the mirror of the sink.
Juniper was pinned against the mirror, feeling the chill behind her and his scorching body in front.
"Magnus..."
"I'm here," he responded in a deep voice.
"I'm uncomfortable. Please let go."
Today, Juniper hadn't taken her medication, so she was slightly overreacting to stress.
Magnus paused slightly.
He pressed his forehead against Juniper's, gazing at her intently, a hint of weariness and resignation in his eyes.
Last night, she was delirious with fever, clinging to him.
But now, sober, she wasn't as passionate as last night.
For fourteen billion dollars, was it so hard to make her smile at him?
They agreed only to hold hands and hug, but was that really the limit?
Magnus was inherently greedy and ambitious; what he wanted was far beyond that.
He wanted Juniper, every inch of her, from body to soul, to be his and only his alone.
This time, he wasn't planning to let her go.
Magnus looked at her and suddenly said, "Put your arms around my neck."
Juniper's breath hitched, realizing what he intended to do. Her heart skipped a beat, "You said no sex during the repayment period."
Magnus's lips curled into a shallow smile, looking at her with a hint of pity, "Juniper, do you really believe a man who says 'just kissing and hugging, no sex'? Are you that gullible?"
The way he looked at Juniper was almost pitying.
A dark shadow loomed over Juniper.
Magnus's gaze at her was filled with a strong sense of possession.
Juniper's lips turned pale in an instant.
