Chapter 36 Weren't You Quite the Fighter Yesterday?
Joah's words made Luna's hand shake as she held the phone.
She was aware that Alice had a flair for drama, but she hadn't anticipated her swift actions.
Luna briefly explained the previous events, and Joah was aware of her situation: Living under someone else's roof, she also had a brother with a rare illness.
"Luna,I'll have your back this time. Take the day off, but make sure to sort out these problems pronto!"
”You know our job. We can't let these family conflicts spill over into the department."
Joah had trained Luna and Warren for a year at the police academy and trusted Luna's character.

After thanking Joah, Luna hung up and began to think of a plan.
At that moment, her Facebook kept pinging. It was Molly looking for her.
Molly Gold (Molly): [ Luna, where are you now? I'm off today. I want to go shopping and watch a movie with you.]
Looking at the message, Luna frowned.
Among the Browns cousins, Molly was the closest to her, but Molly hated typing and always sent voice messages.
Moonlit Luna (Luna): [Didn't I tell you last time? I was transferred to another precinct. I am very busy now. Did you forget so quickly?]
Molly Gold (Molly): [Oh right, you did say that. I forgot. Luna, where are you? I'll pick you up so you don't have to take the bus.]
Luna didn't reply, however, she was certain that the person on the other end wasn't Molly.
It must be Alice and Ella who took Molly's phone and were using her name to get her address.
Luna thought for a moment and directly called a voice chat, which was quickly hung up.Then she was even more certain it wasn't Molly.
She didn't have to be nice and she just needed to call them out directly!
Moonlit Luna (Luna): [I know it's not Molly chatting with me. It's Alice or Ella using her Facebook!]
[You all went to the precinct today and know the situation! You believe throwing a tantrum will intimidate me just because you know I'm scared of losing my job and still have to look out for myself and Eric!]

After sending this message, Luna didn't delete Molly's Facebook.
On the other end, Alice was so angry that she started cursing and crying.
Ella wanted to call Luna, but she found that Luna had already blocked her.
Not just her, but all three of their family's phone numbers and Facebook accounts were blocked.
"That ungrateful brat! I raised her and that sickly boy for four years! Was it all for nothing?"
"Since getting a wife is so expensive now, I'm saving money for her and Ethan in the future! But she just moved out without a word. Who knows what kind of people she's messing around with!"

Ella cursed furiously.
