Adeline's tone was all professional. "It's not stomach cancer, but you should get it checked out early. Cut down on takeout and eat more easily digestible foods. And don't let your studies mess with your health."
If people were watching for laughs before, now they were just stunned!
The boy's friend chimed in, "What's going on? Is what Adeline said true? Are you really sick?"
The boy didn't answer. He had pulled his dorm mates in just to see Adeline mess up.
