Chapter 120 Hurry and Reunite
Alexander leaned on his cane. "They're hard to track down. After that battle, they're now under top command."
"In the last three months, they've resurfaced," Nathan whispered. "Heard it's on their boss's orders."
Alexander's eyes narrowed. "You handle it. Find Savannah, and we'll pay whatever it takes."
This was an old man's hope for his granddaughter, wishing she could come home.
When Adeline got the message, she raised an eyebrow.
Meanwhile, Isaac Cook, the Aetheris Group representative, was still talking, "Ms. Vanderbilt, should we step in?"
Adeline, with her Bluetooth headset on, was still in Chrysanthemum Alley. She smirked. "I was just told not to do business with the Vanderbilt Family."
Isaac asked, "Who’s that clueless?"
Adeline casually twirled her teacup. "You're running ShadowNet Syndicate now. If you want it, take it."
Isaac looked uneasy. "Ms. Vanderbilt, you started ShadowNet Syndicate. You'll always be our boss. Even Lynx is with you now; he only listens to you."
Adeline glanced at Robert. "He’s got a head injury and can't remember some things, but it's fine. If you need, he can go with you."
Isaac quickly waved his hands. "No, he should stay with you. My place can't handle his chaos."
Adeline remained silent.
Isaac hesitated. "Ms. Vanderbilt, when are you coming back to Zelphoria? We're all waiting for you."
Adeline put down her teacup and watched the people entering the clinic. "Soon."
Isaac lowered his voice. "Did you start a live stream? Jason saw it. Even though you didn't show your face, he bets it's you and wants to come to Eldoria to bring you back."
Adeline calmly replied, "Seems my live stream is pretty effective if you can see it in Zelphoria."
Isaac chuckled. "Your medical skills are amazing. Only in a small town like Eldoria would no one connect you with a miracle doctor."
Adeline poured hot water into the teapot. "Alright, I have things to do here. If Jason comes, tell him to keep a low profile. Summer is old and can't handle the excitement."
Isaac adjusted his tie. "I'm afraid it's too late. You know him; keeping a low profile isn't his thing."
"He's definitely flashy." Adeline suddenly noticed the TV in the pharmacy, showing a local business interview in Eldoria.
A group of Eldoria's business leaders and some officials were present.
The reporter smiled and asked, "I heard Mr. Bailey is coming to invest in Eldoria. Is that true?"
Jason, in his forties, looked energetic. He was impeccably dressed in a suit, very business-like, and was smoking a big cigar. "I've always been optimistic about Eldoria's growth, especially some of the young people's ideas."
The reporter looked puzzled. 'What does this have to do with young people's ideas?'
Jason continued to praise, "For example, Eldoria's pharmaceutical industry is doing great, especially the younger generation."
The reporter then understood and smiled broadly. "You're talking about Harold from the Mitchell Family. He is indeed excellent, and I heard he's only a sophomore this year. His future is very promising."
Jason frowned. "Who's Harold? Sorry, I don't know him."
He was talking about their boss!
He still didn't know what his boss's name was!
Only Isaac knew, and he wasn't telling!
Jason went on this interview just to let the boss see that he was here and quickly come to recognize him.
Why were these people mentioning the Mitchell Family?
What if the boss misunderstood!
