Jessica smiled warmly. "Adeline ran into someone she knows."
"Someone she knows? That's great! Why don't you come back with us?" Leroy enthusiastically placed his hand on Kristoffer's shoulder.
Kristoffer quickly shook his head. "No, no, I have a car."
As he spoke, he looked at Adeline. "I'm heading off now. Be cautious on the road!"Adeline smiled. "Don't worry. My parents are with me. I'll be fine."
