Chapter 176 Detecting Identity

Since childhood, he had been praised for his exceptional skills and meticulous attention to detail; nothing ever escaped his control.

The most difficult person to deal with in the Livingston family was him because no one could read his emotions.

Charles really wanted those who praised him to take a look at Adeline.

Now, it wasn't him in control, but her controlling him. This lack of command over the ups and downs felt like someone scratching his palm with a cat's paw, a heavy sensation pressing on his chest.

It made him involuntarily tighten his grip on the teacup in his hand, his eyes once again sweeping towards Robert, who was intently typing on the keyboard in the hall.

Due to the angle, he couldn't see what Robert was typing.

But Robert didn't seem like the kind of kid who would enjoy playing games.

Moreover, Jason's attitude towards him was indeed worth pondering.

Charles withdrew his gaze and looked down at his waist, his eyes suddenly deepening completely.

Adeline had bitten him before; she couldn't just not take responsibility, even if his last name was Livingston.

In the hall, Robert was still typing away with a piece of bread in his mouth, his fingers moving rapidly. He had a keener intuition than most people.

Suddenly, he lifted his little face and looked towards the second floor.

In the light and shadow, he could only see a vague, distinguished figure, unable to see the person's face. His features were obscured by a large cluster of roses, the only visible part being his hand.

It seemed familiar.

Robert stopped typing and pouted, instinctively disliking that person. He stood up, walked over to Jason, and gestured, "Who's upstairs?"

Jason half-guessed, half-understood. "Someone on the second floor?"

Robert nodded.

Jason looked over and saw Alexander's elegant and authoritative face. "Mr. Vanderbilt! I didn't expect him to come to Eldoria too."

"Not the old one, the young one!" Robert pointed to the person opposite Alexander.

Jason recognized the dark trench coat on Charles. "That's Mr. Livingston, the president of the Livingston Group!"

Robert's eyes narrowed suddenly, and he looked up at the second floor again.

This was the culprit who caused him to lose a custom-built computer!

Jason noticed the fierceness in his eyes and quickly stopped him, lowering his voice. "You can't hit that person. If you do, both of us might get into big trouble."

Robert didn't listen, placing his hand on the chair's armrest, ready to cause a scene.

Jason immediately said, "Adeline has already agreed to cooperate with him. If you mess it up, you'll have to explain it to Adeline."

Hearing this, Robert relaxed his grip, his little brows furrowing deeply, clearly unhappy.

So, when he was remotely controlling, he became even more irritable!

Charles deliberately avoided Robert's gaze, wanting to know what an eleven-year-old boy was doing with a tablet.

Judging by his typing speed, it didn't look like he was playing games. More like a professional IT person.

Charles's eyes suddenly deepened further; no one knew what he was thinking. Including Patrick, who was by his side.

He could only sense that Charles was in a bad mood, but knew nothing else.

At Innovative Health Middle School, the broadcast was still repeating. "Mr. Bianchi, whatever you say goes..."

The broadcast station was out of control, and the entire school was already in shock.

Almost all the teachers and students had heard that!

Everyone stopped, eyes wide with astonishment!

"Isn't that Whitney?"
