Chapter 370 Adeline, the Premier Diviner

The elderly were a bit confused, discussing among themselves.

"Didn't they say this ball couldn't be flattened?"

"Yeah, I remember that, and it was supposed to be pretty scary too."

"They said anyone who tried to step on it would definitely fall. Didn't we always hear noises at night? I suspect it was this ball."

"But there's no one in the yard, how could it make noise? Stop talking about it, it's getting dark, and don't scare Robert."

Scare him? Robert looked up, holding the ball innocently.

Someone said, "Well, it's normal, isn't it? Didn't Adeline say Robert is actually quite capable?"

Just then, Summer set out fruits and other refreshments in the yard, ready to invite the neighbors for a card game.

It was quite a sight; the once evil house was now bustling with people.

Over there, Adeline was setting up a grill, preparing to roast a leg of lamb.

A passing real estate agent was stunned. He rubbed his eyes and asked the person next to him, "Nothing happened here?"

"No, everything's fine. It's making me want to buy a courtyard house myself. It's just too expensive. I wonder how much this yard cost."

How much? He sold it at a loss! The agent was regretting it!

Over there, Lyle was walking over with Ronan and Joe, looking quite wealthy.

The agent thought he could make another sale. "Gentlemen, interested in a house? Courtyard homes are on special offer!"

"Special offer? I think you're trying to sell an evil house," Lyle said, still checking the address.

The agent pointed to the side. "Don't say that. Do you see this house? Everyone in the alley says it's an evil house, but look, people are living in it. They say it's evil just to lower the price."

Lyle, being a native of Zelphoria, knew there were a few courtyard houses that shouldn't be bought.

Bad environment aside, the main issue was the presence of evil things.

With the agent's gesture, Lyle recognized the place.

It matched the location he had been given.

Ronan, sometimes quite clever, said, "Mr. Warner, your niece is amazing. If she can fix an evil house, she can definitely handle our prayers!"

Prayers? So the previous owner was a Master? The agent opened his mouth, looking at the courtyard house.

Originally planning to deceive them, he suddenly felt a chill and quickly left!

The yard was vibrant and well-planned, even featuring a semi-glass tea room that let in sunlight. It didn't look like an evil house at all!

Even more astonishing was Joe's reaction. As soon as he entered, the chill on his back disappeared, and his shoulders felt much lighter.

It was as if the thing that had been following him had vanished!

Joe's eyelids grew heavy, and he naturally yawned, then excitedly grabbed Ronan. "Ronan, it really works!"

Ronan was puzzled. "We haven't even started yet, what works?"

"I love it here. I just want to stay. It feels safe!" Joe couldn't describe the feeling, but he felt a deep sense of peace.

How could it not be peaceful?

Robert was standing there, still holding the ball, his eyes narrowing slightly when he saw Joe and Ronan.

Then he ran over to Adeline, tugging at her and excitedly gesturing: 'The rich guys are here to give us money! I really like the smell on that guy!'

Being liked by Robert was not a good omen.

Adeline raised an eyebrow coolly, looking in the direction Robert pointed, her gaze falling lightly on Joe.

Joe wouldn't live long.
