Chapter 1030

Natalia, troubled, pulled Charles up from the sofa and took him to the bathroom.

Charles looked up, his face flushed and eyes dazed, "Natalia, I didn't throw up."

Natalia looked at the mess on the floor, feeling even more troubled. He had thrown up, yet he was saying he hadn't?

"You can't handle alcohol, yet you drink so much!"

"What are you talking about, you sound like you're saying, saying, saying." Charles immediately leaned over the toilet. He couldn't understand a word Natalia was saying.

Natalia sighed, pinched her nose, and turned to wait outside.

Ten minutes passed, Natalia had cleaned up the house, and there was no sound from Charles in the bathroom.

Natalia frowned and called out, "Dad?"

Alright then, he was probably going to sleep on the toilet.

As soon as Natalia walked over, she saw Charles slumped over the toilet, unconscious.

Natalia immediately used a wet wipe to clean his hands and face, then helped Charles up, "Not throwing up anymore? I'll help you back to bed."

"Why did you get yourself into this state?"

Natalia sighed deeply, feeling very troubled.

Natalia threw Charles onto the bed and heard him say, "Natalia, you."

"You need to be nicer to your sister!"

He furrowed his brows, grabbed the blanket, and said with his eyes closed, "Did you hear me? Be nicer to Elizabeth."

Natalia glanced at Charles, "Alright, alright," she said dismissively.

Was she not being nice to Elizabeth now?

"I'm your daughter, and you never tell Elizabeth to be nicer to me." Natalia huffed, helping Charles take off his shoes, and asked him, "Not throwing up anymore? If not, then go to sleep."

"You're all, all the same." Charles leaned against the headboard, reaching out to Natalia for water.

He barely opened his eyes and said, "Elizabeth had a hard time!"

He struggled for a long time to get that "hard time" out.

Natalia felt very uncomfortable hearing this, "Yes, yes, Elizabeth had a hard time."

"Yes!" Charles took the cup Natalia handed him.

He sighed, took a big gulp of water, and then looked at Natalia.

Natalia tilted her head, quietly taking care of Charles.

After drinking the water, Charles leaned back against the headboard again. He sighed, as if he had something to say, but remained silent.

"Natalia. She's just like you."

Charles pointed at Natalia.

Natalia nodded, "I know, Dad, I was just joking earlier. I know you treat me and Natalia the same."

"I've been with the Percy Family for so many years, and I remember all the good things the Percy Family has done for me. I won't be jealous of Elizabeth." Natalia patted Charles on the shoulder, signaling him to stop talking and go to sleep.

Drinking too much was the worst.

Throwing up was one thing, but the main issue was the pounding headache. When the temples hurt, it triggered a chain reaction.

"I mean."

Charles opened his eyes, looking at Natalia with blurry eyes, "she."

Natalia frowned.

Why did it seem like Dad had something to say?

Did he mean something else?

"What's wrong? Do you want to say something else?" Natalia asked patiently.

Charles's eyes turned red, "Dad is telling you, don't tell anyone."

Natalia was getting more and more confused.

What?

"A secret, it's a secret." The strong smell of alcohol on him mixed with his breath as he leaned closer to Natalia.

Charles stared at Natalia, looking guilty, and whispered very quietly.

"Elizabeth." He said Elizabeth's name.

Other than the name Elizabeth, Natalia couldn't hear anything else.

"Dad, I can't hear what you're saying," Natalia said, troubled.
