Alexander took a sip of water, his gaze calmly falling on Elizabeth.
Elizabeth was eating, her expression indifferent and uninterested.

Elizabeth's sarcasm made Alexander very uncomfortable.
Alexander continued to admit his mistake, "Elizabeth, it really was my fault. Please don't talk to me like this. I truly hope you can forgive me."
Elizabeth's gaze became even colder.

"Have you fallen in love with me?" Elizabeth asked him seriously.

Elizabeth bit her lip, "I've been persistent for more than just three years."
