Chapter 743

She made it!

Elizabeth immediately transferred the data to her iPad. She was about to go home to show Celine the data when she called and found out that Celine had gone to the hospital for a follow-up appointment today.

So, Elizabeth drove to the hospital.

The purity of SerenityLeaf's extraction reached 88%, and their research project could finally move forward.

The success of SH2N was getting closer and closer!

Elizabeth was on the phone with Sheldon, sharing the good news, while getting out of the car and heading to the hospital.

Sheldon was also very excited to hear the news and said he wanted to come to the hospital to see Celine and meet up with Elizabeth.

Elizabeth did not refuse.

She entered the elevator and hung up the phone. Just as the elevator doors were about to close, a hand blocked them, and someone said, "Sorry, hold on a second."

Elizabeth looked up and saw Henry.

Henry was also stunned when he saw Elizabeth at the door.

He didn't say anything, just nodded, and then came in, standing next to Elizabeth.

Elizabeth glanced at him and thought of the message Felix had sent her last night.

Esme was not the daughter of the Russell Family.

Henry was looking for the biological daughter of the Russell Family.

It was hard for Henry; he knew Esme wasn't his real sister, yet he was still so good to her.

Esme was so spoiled, and Henry had contributed a lot to that.

The elevator doors opened, and Elizabeth walked out.

Henry looked at Elizabeth's back, his eyes somewhat complicated.

He had been looking for his sister's whereabouts recently, and in the end, he even investigated Elizabeth.

He always felt that Elizabeth had an inexplicable connection with the Russell Family, but he didn't know what it was.

Every time he saw Elizabeth, he couldn't help but want to get closer to her.

More importantly, Elizabeth looked so much like his mother.

Through Elizabeth, it was as if he was looking at his mother.

Elizabeth quickly walked ahead and glanced back.

She could feel Henry's intense gaze; he had been staring at her.

Elizabeth quickened her pace and hurried to Celine's hospital room.

Laughter was coming from the room. Elizabeth squinted and looked inside, stunned.

Elara?

There was no one else, just Celine and Elara.

Elizabeth pushed open the door to the hospital room.

When Elara saw it was Elizabeth, she immediately stood up, "Elizabeth."

"Elara, what brings you here?" Elizabeth smiled, somewhat surprised.

"I happened to run into Celine coming for a follow-up, so I chatted with her for a bit," she said.

Elizabeth responded with an "oh" and didn't ask much more.

"Grandma, have you started the check-up?" Elizabeth asked.

Celine shook her head, "Your grandpa went out to the doctor. We'll start it in a bit."

Elizabeth nodded and didn't forget to ask Elara, "How's Lily?"

"She's not doing well. She even fainted last night. She hasn't woken up yet," Elara sighed. "We'll be transferring to a private hospital this afternoon."

"That's good. Private hospitals are safer."

After all, Lily was being targeted now.

If they didn't transfer, something would happen sooner or later.

"Will you be able to visit Lily more often after that?" Elara privately hoped Elizabeth could visit the old lady more.

Elizabeth smiled, "I will."

Elara was relieved.

She looked at Celine and said apologetically, "It's been so many years, and we've long been used to having Elizabeth around. Celine, you don't know how hard, painful, and helpless it was for Lily and me after Elizabeth and Alexander divorced."
