Chapter 917

Elizabeth immediately glanced at Alexander. What did he mean by that?

Wasn't he greedy for food and play when he was a child?

"I was smarter than Aubrey when I was a kid." Alexander raised an eyebrow, looking very pleased with himself.

Elizabeth pouted and couldn't help but snort. A hint of dissatisfaction flashed in her beautiful eyes, and her face took on a slightly coquettish expression.

"So, you're saying I'm an idiot?"

Alexander squinted and laughed.

Elizabeth was too cute, especially when she asked that question, making her even cuter.

An idiot?

"No, I'm the idiot." He said helplessly.

Elizabeth pouted, "You don't sound very willing."

"Why would I be unwilling?"

"You're very unwilling. If you're smart, then you're smart. I don't mind. Anyway, I was very happy as a child."

"I wasn't bad either," he said.

She didn't feel like chatting with him.

But Elizabeth couldn't help but say, "Aubrey is so cute, I really like him."

Alexander asked, "Do you want to have a child?"

Elizabeth smiled, "Do not even think about it."

"The baby you have would definitely be cuter than Aubrey," Alexander said lightly, but his gaze towards Elizabeth grew deeper.

Elizabeth looked at him, "Then the standards for a husband would be very high. If I had a child with you, it definitely wouldn't be cute."

"Why not?" Alexander pursed his lips.

"You're not cute at all. If the child inherited from you, life would be unbearable." Elizabeth scoffed coldly, full of disdain for Alexander.

Alexander was being despised.

What a tough situation.

Alexander leaned against the wall, crossed his arms, and smiled at Elizabeth with a relaxed posture, "Then I'll change."

"Mr. Tudor. Having a child is about genetics, not your acquired personality." What good would it do for Alexander to change now!

Alexander raised an eyebrow and asked her, "Haven't you heard that parents are the best teachers for their children? How I behave will shape how my child turns out. Educating a child starts from a young age."

Elizabeth looked at him, gave a cold smile, and just as the elevator door opened, she said perfunctorily, "Oh, never heard of it."

Alexander was speechless!

There weren't many people in the elevator, so the two stood near the door.

But as the elevator descended, more people kept entering, and they were gradually pushed to the back.

Elizabeth really didn't like this crowded feeling, where her body wasn't her own and she was completely pushed around.

Suddenly, a warm sensation came to her waist. Elizabeth looked up to see Alexander pulling her in front of him.

He lowered his head, and they were very close. Elizabeth could clearly see his sexy Adam's apple, and above that, his well-defined jawline.

Elizabeth pressed her lips tightly together, looked at him, swallowed, and quickly lowered her head.

To say the least, if she could have a baby with Alexander, the child would definitely be good-looking.

Alexander was really too handsome, fitting all a woman's fantasies about a man.

There wasn't a single flaw on him.

God was really unfair.

"Next time, let's take the private elevator," he said lightly.

Elizabeth didn't understand, "What?"

"Next to us, there's my private elevator," he said.

Elizabeth asked, "Why didn't you say so earlier?"

Alexander coughed lightly, frowned, and said guiltily, "I was afraid you wouldn't like it."

Elizabeth laughed.

Was he afraid she wouldn't like it, or was he afraid that the private elevator's space was too big, missing out on this chance for close interaction?
