Alexander slightly lowered his eyes to look at Elizabeth. The two were so close that his breath could touch her face.
"Is it good?" She looked up and met his intense gaze.
Alexander hadn't eaten yet, but hearing her question, he tasted it with interest.
Not bad.
"I can try it more often in the future," he replied.
Elizabeth smiled, "You can try different flavors."
"Then please take me to try more," Alexander said seriously.
Elizabeth raised an eyebrow, "No problem, welcome to my world."
For a moment, Alexander thought Elizabeth had accepted him.
But that was enough; he wasn't greedy.
"Should I thank you then?"
"You're welcome, I'm very generous," Elizabeth lazily smiled and walked alongside him.
This time, he didn't follow behind her but walked beside her.
Their shadows were cast on the ground, following them as they walked.
Such a scene was indeed rare.
Elizabeth cherished it especially.
They watched a performance and ate snacks. Elizabeth had so much fun that she forgot about Lila.
Lila had sent Elizabeth several messages, but Elizabeth hadn't seen them.
Compared to Elizabeth's comfort.
Lila's situation was evidently more complicated.
