Chapter 171 Timothy is Catherine's Great-Uncle!

Timothy couldn't keep his cool when he heard the news. "Sick? He didn't say anything about being sick when he got here. How did he suddenly fall ill?"

'I'm not really worried about Jacob's health. The real problem is I just told Catherine she could see him, and now he's in trouble. It's gonna look like I did this on purpose!' Timothy thought.

Sure enough, Catherine gave Timothy a sideways glance, sighed, and fiddled with her bracelet. "Grandma, is this your friend? If he didn't want to agree, that's one thing, but agreeing and then pulling this stunt is just lame."

Her tone was dripping with disdain and sarcasm, which to Timothy felt like a full-on mockery! But he didn't let his anger show. Instead, he slapped his subordinate and demanded, "What the hell happened?"

"We went to Jacob's cell to get him, and found him unconscious. He's being rushed to the medical room for emergency treatment," the subordinate reported.

Timothy waved his hand dismissively. "Wake him up. If that doesn't work, cut him a few times to wake him up. Let this girl ask her questions, then he can die. He can't die now, how unlucky!"

"Yes, sir!"

Timothy rubbed his hands, looking at Catherine with a hint of flattery he didn't even realize himself. "What's your name? I swear I didn't set this up! Believe me! Do you have any other photos or videos of Elodie? Can I see them?"

Catherine raised her chin slightly, looking arrogantly at the fierce-looking Timothy. "My name is Catherine Windsor. Weren't you planning to have me killed? Why are you pretending not to know now?"

Timothy smiled awkwardly. "That's a great name! No wonder Elodie came up with it. I did want to have you killed because I didn't know you were raised by Elodie earlier."

Catherine looked at Timothy coldly. "You also tried to have my grandfather killed multiple times, right? No one from the Windsor Family can step into Ironclad Jail, or they die. That was your order, wasn't it?"

Years ago, when George was working as a Doctor Without Borders internationally, he almost died several times near Ironclad Jail!

In this area, the only one who could give orders was the grey-haired Timothy in front of her.

"The Windsor Family deserves it because of Marcus! If he hadn't betrayed Elodie and married another woman, would Elodie have had such a miserable life? Why should Marcus have a big family? The Windsor Family should all be buried with Elodie!" The more Timothy spoke, the more agitated he became. His eyes flashed with a fierce, cold light, and his words were filled with hatred, as if he wanted to go to Stellara and kill Marcus himself!

Timothy glanced at Alexander and said lightly, "If Felix weren't Elodie's friend, do you think you could meddle in my territory?"

Alexander placed his hand on Catherine's shoulder, pulling her closer to him. "Timothy, Catherine is my fiancée and Elodie's biological granddaughter. The person you almost killed before is also Elodie's biological grandson. By blood, Catherine should call you grand-uncle."

'Grand-uncle? Catherine is Elodie's biological granddaughter?' Timothy couldn't stay calm upon hearing this title. His eyes lit up as he looked at Catherine, and he walked quickly to her, filled with hope and disbelief. "You're Elodie's biological granddaughter? Then Brandon is her biological son?"

Catherine nodded coldly. "So what? Last night, Elodie came to me in a dream and asked how I was doing. I told her you almost killed my grandpa and my brother, and you still want to kill me!"

Timothy freaked out! "No, Elodie, it was all a mistake. I didn't know they were your kids. Marcus doesn't matter. Luckily, the kids are fine."

Then Timothy whipped around to his subordinate. "Who cut George last time? Feed him to the sharks! How dare you touch Elodie's grandson!"

Catherine sneered, "Would they dare without your order?"

The injury on George's arm was all under Timothy's orders.

Catherine tilted her head and looked at Timothy. "George is a surgeon. If that cut affects his ability to perform surgery, my grandma will be very sad."

Cold sweat broke out on Timothy's forehead. "I didn't know. I really didn't know. I didn't arrange this. Please believe me!"

Catherine sneered, clearly not buying it.

Timothy knew it was too late to explain anything now, so he didn't bother explaining the past. After all, he did want to kill Marcus's entire family.

Timothy turned and took a book from his shelf, carefully opening it and handing a photo to Catherine.

The photo was old, showing a woman with delicate features and a gentle demeanor, standing next to a tall, rugged man with a noticeable scar on his face.

There was a line of elegant handwriting on the back: [From Elodie to Timothy.]

Timothy's eyes filled with nostalgia. "Elodie is my biological sister. I took my teacher's surname, Wallace, and she took her teacher's surname, Smith. I've been wanting to avenge Elodie all these years. Marcus deceived her; doesn't he deserve to die? Why should they live happily while Elodie died young?"

Catherine looked at the young Elodie in the photo, who was graceful and scholarly, and she thought, 'It seems grandma has many things she hasn't told me. What were they? Timothy's teacher is undoubtedly the previous leader of Ironclad Jail, but who is Elodie's teacher?'

Catherine suppressed her curiosity and handed a document to Timothy. It was a DNA report she had prepared in advance, knowing someone like Timothy would believe what he saw.

Sure enough, when Timothy saw the matching parentage report between Brandon and Elodie, his eyes were filled with regret and guilt! "Luckily, I failed last time! Otherwise, Elodie would have killed me!"

Catherine noticed Timothy's expression was still not good. "Why were you so insistent on having me kill my grandfather?"

'If I remember correctly, Timothy initially posted an order on the dark web, specifically asking Blackfire to kill Marcus. Did he want to see the Windsor Family kill each other?' Catherine wondered.

Timothy realized the gravity of the misunderstanding and quickly explained. "No, I didn't know you were Blackfire at the time. I only asked because I knew Alexander wouldn't take the job."

Catherine sneered, "I don't believe a word you're saying!"

Timothy felt very awkward. He had indeed done many inexplicable things, but he was determined to avenge Elodie! "It's all my fault. Don't be angry. Can I call you Catherine?"

Catherine coldly shook her head, ruthlessly rejecting him. "My name is Catherine Windsor. Timothy, you should call me by my full name."

She deliberately emphasized "Windsor," her eyes full of mockery.

Timothy knew she still resented him for targeting the Windsor Family, and he scratched the back of his head awkwardly. This joke had gone too far, and Catherine was as stubborn as Elodie. "I'll take you to see Jacob! Don't worry, I'll make sure he tells you everything he should and shouldn't say!"
