Chapter 194 Alexander is in Danger, Come Quickly!
Emilia was the apple of the Hughes Family's eye in this generation.
The secretary hesitated. "Sir, if something happens to Ms. Hughes, Mr. Anthony Hughes will be hard to deal with."
"He dotes on her because he hopes she'll bring a good marriage prospect to the family. Didn't we find a new daughter? Let Esme take her place." Maurice said.
'Esme's nothing like Emilia, a total fool with ambition but no brains, easy to control,' Maurice thought. "Tell Esme that if she gets rid of Emilia, she'll be the only daughter of the Hughes Family!"
The secretary got that Maurice was setting Esme up to take the fall.
Maurice had always blamed Emilia for driving his mom out of the family and believed she caused his mom's car accident. Whether Esme could handle Emilia or not, Maurice had nothing to lose.
"Yes, I'll find Esme right away."
Emilia walked out of Hughes Manor, stretching lazily, her slender waist swaying like a willow branch.
A hand suddenly grabbed her waist, covering her mouth and nose before she could react, dragging her to a car parked by the roadside!
Emilia's eyes widened, her scalp tingling with fear!
"Ms. Hughes, you'd better cooperate, or I can't guarantee you'll return to the manor safely." The voice was cold, and the blade pressed against her skin was even colder.
Emilia's mind raced, and she suddenly burst into tears. "I don't want to die. I'll do whatever you want! Do you want me to take off my clothes? I can do that! Just let me live!"
George's hand clamped around her neck, his thumb pressing against her jaw, silencing her sobs. "It's not that complicated. I'm taking you somewhere, and you just need to help me identify the territory."
"Okay, as long as you don't kill me, I'll do whatever you want!"
George looked at Emilia, who seemed willing to do anything to stay alive, and thought this spoiled girl from the Hughes Family sure didn't follow the script.

Catherine's motorcycle was parked by the roadside, and a few people in Blade of Dusk uniforms were standing at the intersection ahead, glaring at Catherine and Juniper.
It was Juniper's first time seeing such a scene, and she was both excited and scared, her voice trembling. "Catherine, don't be afraid, I'll protect you!"
Catherine's gaze swept over the burly men, and after quickly assessing their combat abilities, she casually replied, "Alright, thank you."
The burly men locked eyes on Juniper and Catherine, striding towards them and quickly surrounding them. "Come with us!"
Catherine's hand gently landed on the back of Juniper's neck, and she softly said, "Juniper, take a rest."
Juniper's eyelids suddenly grew heavy, and she collapsed into Catherine's arms.
Catherine didn't even lift her eyelids, her tone indifferent. "Keep it quiet. You have five minutes."
The burly men were still in a daze when suddenly a dozen people jumped out from behind the low wall by the roadside!
Mercury, holding an electric baton, grinned wickedly, "You guys are really bold. It's because of scum like you that I lost two years of salary!"
Jared said, "Five minutes is more than enough for these people, you're underestimating us."
The Blade of Dusk members were all stunned. 'We've been following the two daughters of the Windsor Family and haven't seen anyone trailing us! Where did these people come from?'
Three minutes later, the dozen Blade of Dusk members were all sprawled on the ground. Jared and the Faceless Ones moved in and out like shadows. "Miss, George is on his way. We'll leave this to you and head to the next spot!"
"Got it, I'll catch up with you later."
A surprised voice came from the intersection. "These guys are core members of Blade of Dusk, and they got taken down just like that?"
Facing Emilia's shocked gaze, Catherine said calmly, "They won't die."
The Blade of Dusk members had some wounds, making it tough for them to move, and they could only watch Catherine and the others with wide eyes. They hadn't even realized what hit them before they were down!
Emilia patted her ample chest and rushed over to grab Catherine's hand without asking any questions, plopping down on the road, her face immediately turning tearful.
George appeared at the intersection with the police, seeing Catherine holding the unconscious Juniper and Emilia crying loudly beside them.
Emilia wailed, "Save us! These people came out of nowhere and tried to attack us."
The Blade of Dusk members were silent, thinking, 'We are the ones who got taken down, aren't we? This is clearly a lie!'
George bent down to pick up the unconscious Juniper and helped Catherine up, his eyes full of concern. "Catherine, are you okay? Why did Juniper faint?"
Catherine pointed to the Blade of Dusk members on the ground with wide eyes. "They did it. I don't know why. Juniper just fainted."
"Don't worry, I'm here now!" George said.
Emilia looked at the Blade of Dusk members on the ground and said in a low voice, "You know what you've done. No matter what the truth is today, it's all on you."
Although Emilia didn't know what had happened, she was sure that the scene she saw had something to do with Catherine.
Everyone had secrets, and curious people usually didn't live long!
The Blade of Dusk members recognized the Hughes Family and had dealt with Emilia before. Hearing her words, they thought it was the Hughes Family's order and gritted their teeth in silence.
Emilia tugged on Catherine's sleeve. "Catherine, give me a hand."
Catherine casually pulled Emilia up from the ground.
Under George's orders, the Blade of Dusk members were quickly taken away, with not one being left behind.
George's gaze fell on the surveillance camera at the intersection, deep in thought.
Juniper opened her eyes and was a bit surprised to see George's face. "George, why are you here? I remember I fainted just now. How's Catherine?"
"It's good that you're okay. Why did you suddenly faint?" George asked.
Juniper shook her head blankly. "Maybe it was the Blade of Dusk people, I don't remember. Fortunately, you came!"
George felt relieved seeing that Catherine and Juniper were okay.
Emilia looked at George, holding onto Catherine's arm, and said aggrievedly, "Catherine, your brother is really scary. He almost strangled me just now!"
George didn't know the relationship between Emilia and Catherine, and he felt a bit embarrassed, awkwardly coughing. "Sorry, it's just that you're most familiar with Blade of Dusk, so I wanted you to lead the way. I apologize for any offense."
Emilia's mother was the only daughter of the Blade of Dusk leader, but she had an accident during a gang fight in her early years, giving Maurice's mother a chance to rise.
"Just say you came to save Catherine!" Emilia snorted.
George knew he had been a bit rude earlier and sincerely said, "I'm sorry."
Emilia clearly wasn't buying it. "An apology is useless!"
