Chapter 131 The Class Reunion (Part 2)

"Judson, I’m on my way to Amber Hot Springs Resort. That's where the reunion is."

She was fed up with his threats and such excessive behavior. Someday, she vowed to turn the tables.

Finally detecting a hint of amusement in Judson's now less icy tone, he replied, "Alright! Have fun."

Hearing the location, Judson pondered his next move. He was planning to take the day off, maybe he could take her niece and nephews to play in the water, while also getting a chance to see what Eula was wearing to the hot springs.
The call ended, and Eula released a sigh of relief. Judson was just too much to handle. Any slight deviation from his way, and he'd threaten to fire her. She was having a tough time, alright.

After driving for more than an hour, Eula finally arrived at the Amber Hot Springs. Stepping out of her car, she slung her bag over her shoulder and made her way into the bustling lobby. The place was lively, with groups of men and women chatting and laughing together.

Suddenly, someone shouted, "Eula's here!" Hearing that, Emma Johnson, who was at the front desk, walked over and greeted Eula with a warm embrace.

"We finally have everyone from our class here this year."

Almost instantly, many former classmates surrounded her, including the tallest among them, Ethan Scott. He stepped forward to Eula and asked, "Do you remember me, Eula?"

She glanced at him – tall, handsome, the former high school heartthrob, Ethan Scott, no doubt.

Eula gave a squinty smile, "Ethan, you just keep getting better looking."

Ethan Scott looked at the beautiful girl before him. Unlike other female classmates with their elaborate makeup and extravagant dresses, she was makeup-free, clad in casual sportswear, but she still stood out as the most beautiful, the most unique one.

"It's been too long, Eula!"

Unable to hold back her amusement, Emma Johnson chuckled, "Ethan Scott, I managed to make the reunion you wanted happen this year. Remember our deal? You owe me a few more orders."

Ethan Scott, the CEO of Scott Enterprises and a figure from a prominent family, caught her teasing hint.

Eula raised an eyebrow, "Head of the class, so my invitation wasn't just because someone was missing, but for your business deals?"

For a moment, she had actually thought they had missed her. Turns out she was mistaken.

Emma hugged her, still smiling. "Don't take it to heart, Eula. I'm doing a good deed here."

She then gave Ethan a suggestive wink, silently cheering him on.

Right then, Kristina arrived, decked out in a white fur coat, holding a limited edition designer bag, her high heels echoing assertively. She waved at her classmates, "Long time no see, my old friends. I've got today's expenses covered."

Just as the rumors suggested, whenever classmates who've done well paid the bill, it was a moment to show off their status.

Several girls flocked to her side, "Kristina, that outfit, that bag – they must have cost a pretty penny?"

Their eyes were glued to her attire, which was easily worth tens of thousands.

Kristina offered a faint smile, "Ah, my boyfriend bought them for me. I don't really know how much they cost."

A collective gasp went up, "Who's your boyfriend? Must be loaded!"

One of the girls, Kristina's close friend Lily Smith, smirked playfully.
Kristina's boyfriend is someone to talk about. He's the scion of the most influential family.

A chorus of astonished gasps filled the room. "Judson?"

It was almost in unison, their exclamation loud enough to draw the attention of other classmates nearby.

"Kristina, you gotta look out for us, okay? We're your classmates; don't forget your old friends."
