Chapter 365 He Didn't Even Need to Take Action

Eula helped him sit on the bed and then stepped back, waiting to hear what the doctor had to say.

When she looked up, Hugo was already staring at her.

Eula forced a nervous smile. "I, uh, brought him breakfast."

Hugo glanced at Geoffrey lying on the hospital bed, feeling bad for him because of his blindness.

But seeing Eula there taking care of him made him think of Judson, who had called him earlier that morning with a headache.

Judson got hurt protecting her, yet here she was, looking after another guy.

He felt a bit uneasy but kept quiet.

The attending doctor was discussing Geoffrey's condition when Hugo chimed in, "Mr. Hopkins, don't worry, you'll get better."

After saying that, he left with a group of doctors, still talking about Geoffrey's condition.

Eula was lost in thought. 'What a coincidence running into Hugo doing rounds. But he's not even from this department.'

She hadn't expected it, but it made sense. He was the hospital director; he could be anywhere.

Geoffrey waited for a bit, then asked, "Eula, is my breakfast ready?"

Eula snapped out of it, quickly set up the small table, and placed the breakfast.

She started feeding him, but her mind was elsewhere.

When Hugo came back in, he saw this and took a picture with his phone.

Geoffrey noticed but had to keep pretending to be blind, so he acted like he didn't see it and kept eating.

Hugo originally wanted to ask when she'd return to the company. He planned to have her take some medicine back for Judson, but now it seemed better not to disturb them.

He left the room, and a noticeable smile appeared on Geoffrey's lips.

He didn't need to do anything; Hugo would tell Judson. This time, he wouldn't let Eula go. She could only be his.

At the Lowe family, Melissa was sick and bedridden.

After visiting her, Kristina left and went straight to the Nash family.

When she arrived, she saw Jessica and Robert having breakfast in the garden, a picture-perfect scene!

Jessica was eating her breakfast while a servant fed Robert.

Jessica was very elegant, sipping her tea and smiling at Robert. "Robert, this breakfast is pretty good. You should eat more."

Robert's face darkened, and he patted his thigh. Jessica could mostly guess what he meant now. "You're saying Judson hasn't been back for a while, right?"

Robert stopped patting his thigh and just stared at her, indicating she was right.

Jessica sighed, "He's managing the Nash Group all by himself. It's huge now, and he's busy! He's on a business trip and will be back next week."

Hearing this, Robert turned his face away and stopped eating.

The servant looked a bit troubled and glanced at Jessica. Jessica waved her hand.

She knew Robert missed Judson, and so did she. Now the Nash family only had Judson, so it was understandable that Robert was anxious.

Back then, if it weren't for those incidents...

Thinking of her son, her expression changed. She didn't even want to think about those events now.

If things had gone well, the Nash family would definitely have more than just Judson, and there would be a bunch of grandchildren.

Kristina walked up to them and greeted them with a smile, "Mr. Nash, Mrs. Nash."

Seeing her, Jessica asked, "Have you had breakfast?"

Kristina sat down. "Yeah, I have."

Her gaze turned to Robert. She wished Robert were healthy because if he were...

Judson wouldn't be with Eula, and she would have married into the Nash family long ago. The more she thought about it, the more regretful she felt, wanting to cure Robert as soon as possible!
