Chapter 62 Their Father Is Over Seventy

Judson raised an eyebrow. He hadn't paid much attention and had forgotten about Grandpa.

He had only just woken up, and now he was watching entertainment news. Judson figured Grandma must have forced him into watching it.

Grandpa used to never watch these things when he was in good health, let alone accompany Grandma to watch such boring news.

Now that he was sick, he could only tolerate Grandma's ways. Judson couldn't help but chuckle.

He could already imagine Grandpa's unwilling face, but he had no choice and had to watch.

Seeing that he was not saying anything, Grandma Nash asked, "Judson, are you there?"

Judson replied, "Grandma, I'll come over tonight. I have to go now."

Grandma Nash listened to the disconnected call and looked at Grandpa, who was staring at the TV screen, pointing at it, on the verge of falling off his wheelchair due to excitement.

"Grandpa, don't get too worked up. Judson said he'll come back and explain tonight."

After saying that, she heaved a sigh, not knowing why Grandpa liked Miss Lowe from The Lowe Family. She thought Eula was also good.

Even though she had given birth to three children, the Nash family wasn't lacking in money to raise another one or two when she came. It would be lively.

Grandpa Nash turned his head to look at Grandma, babbling and his hand shaking even more.

She felt it was a mistake to watch entertainment news with him today and wouldn't dare let him watch these things again, seeing how excited he got.

If he had another rush of blood to the head later, it would be troublesome.

Grandma got up, pushing his wheelchair with the help of a servant, and they left the main building.

She pushed Grandpa for a walk in the garden. The sunlight at this time was just right, warming them. It was quite lovely.

"Now that you're awake, you must get better. Leave Judson's affairs to him. You must make decisions about yourself, okay? Just accompany me, so we can live a few more years. We can't leave Judson alone in this world.”

Judson's parents died early, in that car accident, taking away their son and daughter-in-law, so the Nash family only has Judson. These two elderly people cherished and loved him, unable to bear leaving him alone.

Grandpa Nash's eyes carried a hint of a smile; although he couldn't speak and his limbs were not agile, his mind was clear. He had just frightened his wife, so he decided not to do it again. Suddenly, he weakly raised his hand and grasped Grandma's hand, and his expression became peaceful.

Grandma smiled and placed her other hand on top of his. "You understood what I said, right? Stop fooling around. Judson will come back tonight to explain everything to you."

During her lunch break, Eula took Angie and Mary to the hospital, took them back home after receiving her IV drips, and then went back to the company.

She returned to the company at exactly 3 o'clock, pushed open the door to the president's office, and said, "Judson, I came back on time, no need to deduct my salary!"

They had agreed when she left, that if she only took an hour off, her salary wouldn't be docked. She planned to work overtime in the evening.

However, she didn't see Judson. Instead, she saw Kristina sitting in Judson's office chair with her back facing the desk.

Upon hearing Eula's voice, she turned the chair around and smirked at Eula. "Eula, what does it feel like working for a living? Gaining a meager salary while running out of breath, it's really pitiful."

After speaking, she raised her hand, adorned with diamond-studded nails, and admired them.

"But you have three children to support! Isn't that exhausting? Why not look for the father of your children? That old man should still be alive, and his retirement pension at over seventy should be decent."
