Chapter 415 Misunderstanding
Judson had been sleeping soundly, but he opened his eyes and stirred when he heard the commotion.
With a large hand supporting the bed, he propped himself up.
The light made his eyes squint a bit, so he narrowed them slightly.
He saw Eula standing at the foot of the bed, staring at him blankly, her eyes glistening as if with tears.
He let out a soft sigh, "Hmm, Eula, what are you guys making a fuss about?"
Hearing this, Eula turned around. He looked so enticing, so incredibly sexy that she couldn't handle it.
Not to mention Kristina. If they hadn't arrived in time, would they have ended up making love?
Thinking of this, she couldn't take it anymore. She shook her head and strode out. Judson called out to her again. "Eula."
His head still hurt, and fine beads of sweat covered his forehead and face.
His voice was low and deep as he called her, but Eula forced herself not to hear it and ran out quickly.
Darcy and Kristina were wrestling, but when Darcy saw Eula running away, she let go. "Eula, why are you leaving?"
Eula had clearly agreed to come and catch them in the act, so why was she running away first?
Darcy kicked Kristina, making her stumble back a few steps.
"Get out." She let out a light roar and then chased after Eula.
Kristina raised her hand to fix her hair, cursing inwardly, 'Who the hell is this woman? She came in and started hitting me, pulling out chunks of my hair. So barbaric.'
She looked at Judson on the bed, her breathing still a bit rapid. "Judson, you're awake? The doctor just checked you. You have a slight fever. He asked me to unbutton your shirt. He went to the back annex to get the medical kit."
It was only then that Judson noticed her. Seeing Kristina annoyed him.
The reason his head hurt so much was all because of Kristina. She had ordered someone to assassinate Eula, which led to his injury.
Thinking of this, his face darkened. "What are you doing here? Get out."
He had no good attitude or patience for someone who wanted to harm the woman he loved.
Kristina was stunned by his shout, tears almost falling from her eyes, feeling very wronged. "Judson, Mr. Nash asked me to take care of you."
What kind of attitude was this? He should be gentle with her.
At this moment, the family doctor came in. "Mr. Judson Nash, I brought the fever medicine. Take it and get some sleep, and you'll be fine."
Judson's head still hurt, and seeing people at this moment annoyed him. "I'm not taking it. All of you, get out."
The doctor carefully placed the medicine on the bedside table. "I'll leave the medicine here, Mr. Judson Nash. Take two pills when you feel uncomfortable."
"Get out." Judson shouted, scaring the two of them into quickly retreating.
Even Kristina sped up because he looked so terrifying at that moment, like a roaring lion.
At the door, Kristina straightened her back. "Dr. Lee, is Judson going to be okay?"
He still seemed unwell, covered in sweat and burning up. How could he not take the medicine?
The doctor shook his head. "He should be fine. Mr. Judson Nash has always been in good health. Ms. Lowe, you don't need to worry. Go get some rest."
Kristina was indeed exhausted. Today, she had been on edge all day, taking Robert for treatment and then rushing around.
Fortunately, it wasn't a wasted trip. Robert was better now, and she had support again.
Thinking about how she would soon marry into the Nash family, she felt particularly good, her eyes looking towards the bedroom door.
'Judson, don't be so harsh on me. It won't be long before I become your wife. We'll share a bed, and I'll bear your children!' Kristina thought.
Just thinking about having children with him made her excited.
She couldn't help but laugh, and the doctor glanced at her.
She raised her hand to fix her hair, covering up her momentary lapse. "Dr. Lee, I'll leave it to you to keep an eye on him. If anything happens, call me. I'll be resting in the guest room."
