Chapter 328 Hoping She Marries Judson

After Eula and the kids got back home, they hit the yard to open up some presents.

Dewitt and Rodolfo were tearing into gifts with Angie, while Eula chilled in a chair, snugging her scarf tighter around her shoulders.

She watched them with a sweet smile plastered on her face.

Then, the doorbell rang, and Eula jumped up, feeling a mix of excitement and annoyance. 'Could it be Judson at this hour?' she wondered.

She was still ticked off that Kristina had gone to his place for Christmas. No way was she ready to forgive him yet.

Eula shoved her anticipation aside, walked to the door, and swung it open.

She looked down, bracing herself to hear what he had to say.

"Miss, here's the medicine you ordered." A stranger's voice made her look up. A delivery driver stood there, holding out a bag.

Eula's eyes widened a bit as she took it. "Medicine?"

The delivery guy, seeing her surprise, double-checked the address. "Yep, this is the place, and the phone number ends with this."

Eula glanced at the receipt and realized it was the medicine Geoffrey had ordered. She said, "Thanks! Merry Christmas!"

Working this late, the delivery guy must be beat.

As she shut the door, Eula carried the medicine bag back to her kids. She plopped the medicine on the table and then looked up at the sky.

But something felt different now. Once you fall in love, you start missing someone.

Whenever he wasn't around, it felt like something was missing.

This must be what longing feels like!

It wasn't until Angie got too sleepy that Eula took the three kids to their rooms, bathed Angie, and stayed with her until she conked out before leaving her room.

Back in her own bedroom, she found the medicine box on her desk with a note. [Mommy, remember to apply the medicine. We love you forever!]

The handwriting was clearly Rodolfo's. She smiled.

Those two kids, they never say much, but they get everything.

She felt all warm and fuzzy inside.

After a shower, it was already 1 AM. She picked up her phone and glanced at it.

She saw that Judson had sent her a message earlier, asking: [What time will you be home?]

It felt like they had been married for years. Eula turned off her phone and hit the sack.

The next day, Mary came back early to whip up breakfast for them.

She was worried about the three kids, knowing they all loved her cooking, while Eula's cooking skills were just passable to Judson.

Mary was making breakfast, figuring they must have stayed up late last night and were sleeping in, so she didn't plan to wake them.

Then, the doorbell rang.

Mary walked to the door and saw through the video intercom that it was Judson outside. She smiled and called out, "Mr. Nash, so early?"

She pressed the door open button and waited at the door.

When Judson came in, she greeted warmly, "Mr. Nash, Merry Christmas!"

Judson handed her a stack of cash. "Mary, Merry Christmas!"

His voice was low and cold, yet magnetic and pleasant.

But the dark circles under his eyes showed he hadn't slept well last night, probably stayed up late. Mary also caught a whiff of alcohol on him, meaning he had drunk quite a bit.

"Mr. Nash, I can't take this. You should save it for Angie and the others!"

Judson looked at her coldly. He was always like this, as cold as an iceberg.

"You've worked hard. Just take good care of them for me." Every time he gave Mary money, he said the same thing. Mary could tell that Judson genuinely cared for Eula and the three kids.

She hoped Eula and Judson could end up together. Eula deserved to be happy.
