Chapter 304 His First Time
Eula finally stopped fighting it and let Judson hold her hand as they strolled out of the office.
Outside, Winnien and Myles were hanging around. When they saw the two of them holding hands, they instinctively took a step back.
"Mr. Nash."
They greeted him together and then turned to Eula.
"Ms. Lowe."
Eula tried to pull her hand back, but Judson wouldn't let go.
A hint of embarrassment flashed across Eula's face. I mean, they were colleagues, and now she was holding hands with Judson in front of them. Awkward much?
Judson, cool as ever, said, "You two can head home now."
Then he led Eula past them, making a beeline for the CEO's private elevator.
Myles trailed behind, "Mr. Nash, let us drive you home."
Judson shot back, "You all can go home. No need to follow."
Usually, Myles and a few bodyguards would tag along to keep him safe.
Hearing this, Myles didn't push it. He stopped and signaled the bodyguards to follow Judson discreetly.
In the elevator, Eula leaned her head on his shoulder, feeling all warm and fuzzy inside.
Being with him in the open was pretty awesome. She had a boyfriend now; she was in love.
Eula, who had never really tasted the sweetness of love, thought it was amazing. She couldn't help but smile.
Just then, her phone rang. It was David. She picked up.
"Grandpa."
"Eula, remember to come home for New Year's this year. Bring the three kids and Geoffrey."
David was convinced the three kids were Geoffrey's, so he had let go of the past.
Hearing David's cheerful voice, Eula responded.
"Okay!"
Then she asked about David's health and chatted for a bit before hanging up.
They were already in the car, and Judson was busy on his phone, probably with work stuff.
Eula glanced at him secretly, thinking she had caused trouble again. Geoffrey had gone to see David that day and claimed the kids were his.
She hadn't explained because it was the kids' first visit to the Lowe family, and she didn't want them to face any nasty comments. So, she went along with Geoffrey's story.
David had already accepted Geoffrey as his grandson-in-law, but she loved Judson.
She needed to figure out a way to explain.
After finishing his messages, Judson looked at her.
"Was that your family calling? Do you want me to visit them on New Year's?"
Since they had decided to be together, he figured he should meet Eula's family.
Eula shook her head, "No need."
Then she leaned on Judson's shoulder and asked.
"What should we eat?"
She deliberately changed the subject, not wanting to bring up the call that had upset her.
Judson didn't push it. If Eula didn't want to talk about it, he wouldn't force her.
After all, Judson had heard some things about Eula's family. It seemed she didn't have much contact with them, and going back wouldn't be fun.
"Ash and Dine, do you like it?"
Judson's go-to spot. Whenever he dined out, it was Ash and Dine.
"I like it. The food there is really good."
Eula wasn't picky, and Ash and Dine's food was top-notch.
Judson held her delicate hand in his and said softly.
"The last time I had dinner with my parents was at Ash and Dine, so I have a special feeling for the place. If you don't like it, just tell me, and we'll go wherever you want."
